Location was great. A slow walk through the beautiful park to Bellagio Centre and the ferries. Staff could not have been more helpful and polite. We had a balcony with side view to the lake. Having good weather meant that at night when dark the views were stunning.

The only negatives would have been the room size. It was slightly on the small size but it did not spoil our stay. The shower was small but again everything else made up for this.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Clean, comfortable rooms and quality and content of food for Breakfast and Dinner was very adequate.

Located up the hill from the main centre of Bellagio, the hotel was a brisk 15 - 20 min walk to get to the main part of town. The Location for us was great as we had a lovely view of the lake from our room. Just be aware that if not so fit you will need to take a taxi. Hotel had an EV charger but wanted to charge 20 Euros regardless of charge required. Whilst this was a good service to offer, we felt based on our stays in other hotels that a standard charge particularly when only wanting to top up was excessive and other hotels did not charge at all for this service. I chose not to use it consequently which was a shame.

The hotel was beautiful and our room was so cozy. There is a great dining room where you can sit and get drinks at night or eat breakfast in the morning. The view is amazing! The staff was also extremely friendly. The property also had a bus that came by around every hour to take you to the center of town if you didn’t feel like walking. It was 3 Euro. This was very helpful when we had luggage!

We loved everything about the property! It is about half a mile outside of the town center so it’s nice and quiet. It can be a little bit of a difficult walk if you have bags because of some inclines. But without luggage, it’s a pleasant 15 minute walk!

The hotel is wonderful the problem was we had to stay 500 m away in a villa, which was not the same. breakfast was nice, the view was grandios ☺️ and worth all the money. same for the service and the staff which were unbelievable nice & Professional. 🙏 We appreciated the food in the restaurant, the view from it and the professional personnel. they made it feel really welcome, like at home (thank you esp to Marta & Jacob).

The cleaning was not as expected. As we arrived there were dust rolls near the bed. Also the soap was missing as well as the shampoo in the bathroom. One day the cleaning lady forgot to close the door but nothing was missing. The next house had dogs barking loud early morning that always woke us up. The bed was also not very comfortable… The parking was steep and improper for our bike…

The hotel has amazing lake view, especially the restaurant where we had breakfast and aperitivo. A big advantage is a private parking, which is hard to find in the most places on the lake. The center is only 10min walk downhill, so it’s very peaceful in the night. Our room was on the second floor (there is an elevator), very clean, modern, with a huge window overlooking the surroundings and lake. The staff, both on the reception and in the restaurant, are so kind! The breakfast was really delicious and various, from salty to sweet.

Unfortunately, the hotel decided to close the restaurant, so it’s open only for breakfast and aperitivo. The heating was on in our room when we arrived, but since it was very hot outside, we asked the staff to turn it off, but still it was on when we came back in the room. We didn’t find the way to turn it off by ourselves, neither to turn on air condition.

The hotel was located around 15 minutes walking distance from the main centre of Bellagio (including the ferry port). It didn’t feel like that and the scenery along the way was incredible. The hotel was perfect for location, our room had a balcony overlooking the beautiful lake, as well as the views during breakfast and for a drink at the bar. We had a free welcome drink token as well as water and sweets on arrival. The staff were so friendly and lovely! I would highly recommend this hotel, we will definitely be returning!

View from breakfast/dinner lounge is exceptional. If weather permits the windows are open. Super menu, it deserves 4 stars, and nice presentation. Cushioned chairs would make it even better. Our reservation had breakfast included which was buffet style and offered everything we needed. Very helpful staff for any questions on the spot plus answering emails before we arrived. Our transfer by private taxi was arranged by the hotel, very clean cars and courteous drivers. Location is 15 minute walk to center of Bellagio (either on the road or along tree lined promenade of Villa Mezli). Being away from center is a big plus as it is QUIET; no noise from traffic and/or late night strollers. Elevator available. Also big terrace for outdoor seating. The staff made our stay memorable. Great job guys!!!!

Plastic chairs in dining room were OK but cushioned chairs would be more comfortable and some 'red' in the room would give more ambience.

The view from our room was gorgeous. We have a 180 degree view of the lake and the mountains on the opposite side of the lake and in the distance were just breathtaking. The balcony was a good size to sit out on with a cup of tea to admire the views. Just a short walk into town and ferries.

Rooms a little small and the air-conditioner did not work well at all. Room was stuffy when we returned after a day out. The shower stall was small and there was no place to hang your towers and clothes in the bathroom.

it was a bit out of bellagio but it was nice have a walk through the beautiful gardens of Villa di Melzi each day. (please note - It does cost 10 euros each day to enter the gardens and the garden does not open until 10am.) Alternative is to walk along the road into bellagio instead which is fine too! For the price, the views from the room and from breakfast each day were spectacular. I would recommend to someone going! staff very friendly.

The hotel was great! The view was spectacular and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay, and we were glad we paid for the room with a direct view over the lake. The location was just right. Walking distance to town, but not right in the middle. Bellagio center gets really full in the daytime, so I was glad we could escape that. The bus stops right outside the hotel, but be aware of boat and bus chaos in Como! We took the slow boat back, as recommended by the staff, and the ride was so nice and beautiful. Definitely do that if you have the time:)

The beds were too hard for my liking, but I know it's pretty common in Southern Europe.
