Our stay was in December in the studio apartment which was very clean and warm. The location was great situated in the centre of Bellagio and we were given very clear instructions on how to get there. The kitchenette was very well equipped but we ate out in locally including the Antico Pozzo restaurant and the food was delicious. There was plenty of storage in the studio. My only issue is that the sealant in the bottom of the shower cubicle needs replacing as it was black in places and wouldn’t cost a lot to replace. Everything else was perfect.

Amazing location in the very centre of Bellagio - in the thick of all the restaurants/bars, shops, and super close to the ferry terminal (literally just down the bottom of the steps outside the apartment) which was very convenient. We stayed in the room on the top floor which had a view out to the lake which was beautiful. The place was clean and tidy, and a good size for a couple. We couldn't recommend the location more highly!

There was nothing that we didn't like. However, the bathroom could do with better lighting, and it would be great to include a full-length mirror somewhere in the apartment.

The staff were very helpful. The location was good but a lot of stairs to climb with the suitcases ( there is no lift) good little kitchenette. Nice bed cover not too hot.

Stairs with suitcases but there is a back route that you can wheel the bags that is easier.

The room was in a great location right in the middle of the town. We loved the daily breakfast downstairs and they made us feel very welcome. We were hoping to eat at the restaurant downstairs and asked for a reservation but they couldn’t even accommodate us. For the price we paid that was disappointing.

The room is quite small and dark and you need to open all windows for light. The AC did not work most of the time and the wifi did not work the whole time we were there. The shower was extremely small and not enough space in bathroom overall. Tight for a two person stay. Very hard to get luggage up the steps but this would the same anywhere in town.

The location was fantastic and the room very spacious and clean. I never used the restaurant because on the first night (we arrived late) I asked if I could get something to eat and they simply told me they were closing and to go down the street. They could have gone a little further and offered bread and cheese even... The only other thing... It would be a good idea to tell people there is a back (flat) road that takes you around, to the top of the climb to your property so you don't have to carry heavy suitcases up the cobble stairs. We used these when we left and it was much easier. All in all it was a very pleasant stay and would definitely stay again...

The location is good to explore, the restaurant looked good, simply stunning, romantic hidden alley gem. The view is decent. The owner gave me instructions how to get there with my luggage without taking the steps.

A lot of steps to get there, I only received the instructions on getting there with minimal stairs after I tried to cancel. The room has a view because it's on the 4th floor (no lift). The stairs felt dark and scary, arriving solo. Maybe there are lights, but I didn't have instructions on how to operate them.

Clean, comfortable and convenient spot to stay. We were on the top floor with bags, but it was very private and plenty of room - it felt like your own apartment. The restaurant downstairs was terrific and the staff at both the property and the restaurant couldn't have been nicer. The breakfast was lovely and convenient and it was a really great place to stay. We would stay there again! Wifi was good and had tv and AC access. Comfortable bed.

The location was great in the center of a beautiful street close to everything, BUT the "street" is technically a staircase from the water up to the church / shopping street, SO, when you arrive, have your driver bring you to the walking street above by the church and have him drop you at Miele street and walk down from there, which is a lot closer than having to walk up from the water (which we had to do because our driver sent us down the wrong street!). This doesn't have to do with the property but more on the getting there! We had no issues with the property. I would only offer to any travelers that have mobility issues or trouble navigating stairs, this may not be the property for you.

The location is great, the street goes down right to the boat station. The room was spacious and modern and clean, comfy beds, good sleep. The kitchenette has everything you might need. Breakfast was not very varied, but all was fresh and tasty, great croissants, decent coffee.

In the bathroom just one light worked, not a big deal, but in the shower it was quite dark. It was really hard to adjust water temperature in the shower, it was either too hot, or too cold. But on a second time I've handled it. The staff was polite, but not very friendly.

excellent location. easy check in. comfortable and clean apartment. great view of lake. we had excellent dinner at the restaurant and breakfast also. staff really looked after us.

it’s worth a mention (but didn’t bother us) but there are a lot of steps to get from the dock to the hotel, and then up the stairs to the room. however if you are able to manage steps it’s well worth it.

Wonderful location in the center of the old town with quick access to the ferry dock, great local restaurants and the ability to walk the narrow streets. Parking to drop off luggage was a 3 minute walk down the (narrow) one-way street, using the larger lot in front of a small church. Before you go, make sure you know which one of the narrow streets to go down - the entrance is at the back of the associated restaurant's patio. The owner was quick to respond via WhatsApp with helpful step-by-step directions. Free, on-street parking (500 m away) was not much of a challenge during the very low season of January; I have no idea what you would do when the town is packed.
