Elena is the best host you could with for. Years of experience with guests, polite, positive and very friendly! She has tons of information about Bellagio and the lake. Free parking with enough space available. Rooms are big and very clean with a great view. Breakfast is not that standard hotel thing - by absence a little bit smaller to put the focus on local specialities. All was perfect for us and we definetely recommend to stay here when in Bellagio. A quite and beautiful place.

No negative thing at all but please note that it is a 25min walk to Bellagio. We did it every day and it was no problem for us at all - we just want to mention it. We loved to stroll on the old roads having great views every 10m.

This feels like a once-in-a-lifetime type of stay- it’s *that* special. Beautiful views and quiet, cozy location. We especially enjoyed the eco friendly pool. Elena is an exceptional and warm host. It is clear she cares deeply about every aspect of her guests’ experience, from the superb cleanliness of the property (I’ve never had hotel bedding smell this nice!), to the above and beyond service. Her communication prior to our check-in was very prompt and she went out of her way to help us with transportation at the start and end of the trip. Chatting with her feels like chatting with a friend— thank you for a wonderful time, Elena!

Great location up out of the main part of town, but within walking distance. The hills and cobblestones were a bonus workout! Room was exceptionally clean and Elena was a wonderful host! She met us at the ferry terminal and dropped us off so we didn’t have to lug our bags up the hill and she was full of suggestions and recommendations to ensure we got the most out of our time in Bellagio.

Elena was such an incredible host. The location was amazing and I loved that her place was eco conscious. It was very comfortable and the attention to detail was incredible. The breakfast was delicious that Elena prepared every morning. The facilities - pool ( chlorine-free), rain shower, bed, size of the room and parking were all excellent. Elena was very helpful and her dogs were gorgeous. I highly recommend and I really hope I can come back one day and stay longer to explore some of the hiking trails around.

WOW! I'm am so impressed with everything about our stay at Aqua&Co! Elena is so kind and attentive to detail- she went above and beyond to make sure my family and I had an amazing time. We felt like we were at home. The property is absolutely stunning, the room was comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the views of the pool and mountains in the background are jaw-droppingly gorgeous. Our stay here was definitely a top highlight of our vacation. I would happily stay here again in the future!

Everything about the property was perfect from the moment we arrived. The host was very attentive, she met us at the door and shown us our rooms. Made us very comfortable and she had an in depth guide of the area from restaurants to day trips. Secure car parking space and pool which we felt was just our own as there isnt many residents at the same time. Breakfast was great and set us up for the day.

Bring comfortable shoes for up hill walks home from bellagio centre/beach.

The hospitality of Elena. She is very welcoming and gives you tips for places to visit along the lake. The location is perfect for someone who wishes to be in quite surroundings, yet not that far from the center of Bellagio and the ferry. Note you need to have your own car to reach this accommodation, unless you are comfortable to walk. Breakfast was very good too :)

We had an incredible stay. We truly loved every aspect of it. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. The location was perfect, situated outside the city but still within a reasonable distance, only a 30-minute walk away. Elena, our host, was incredibly hospitable and even offered to drive us to and from the city center. However, we opted to enjoy the walk and were pleasantly surprised by the friendly greetings we received from locals along the way, which added to the overall experience. Elena also provided us with recommendations on things to do and see in the area, and she was always ready to assist us with any queries or requests.

Beautiful view! Beautiful pool! Close to the town , it was about a 30 minute scenic route! Elena was very communicative, sweet and she provided and amazing breakfast every morning. Loved the place, my kids had an amazing time and we’ll definitely return. Parking was also not an issue. She has a lot right next to the rooms.

Room is on the smaller side for a family of 4 but we made it work, it really wasn’t an issue. Beds were very comfortable otherwise. Kids loved the candy on the bed in the mornings and it was nice that she turned down the room every morning. Loved the linen sheets.

Everything! The place is stunning, sparkling clean and so peaceful, we stayed for one night as a part of our Italy trip but wished we cut our days in milan to spend more time at Aqua&co in Bellagio! Elena is the best, she picked us up from down town to her place although we are a family of six and she had to come and go twice! She also gave us recommendations on where to eat and what to see which helped us see the best of bellagio in a very short time! We would definitely come back here to stay longer in the future. Do no hesitate to stay at Aqua&co whenever in Bellagio! Thank you so much Elena, we will always remember you and our stay at your place, you made us feel at home at the end of a very tiring trip :)
