The view was superb from the bed and breakfast. You were able to eat breakfast with a view and even on a cooler day the owner made sure we were warm. The breakfast was beautifully fresh and delicious and we were given a breakfast packed up as we left early. The owner and the waitress were polite, kind and attentive. We were given amazing information on the area including bus times, ferry times and local information , also amazing restaurant recommendations.. the room had everything you could want and was clean. I would totally recommend this accommodation as we were treated so well and got the true italian vibe which we loved.

Absolutely nothing

The property was amazing, incredibly views to the lake. The staff were so friendly. We had some issues getting to the town due to a ferry strike, we arrived a little bit late and they came to pick us up at the ferry station. When we were living they also took us to the ferry. Breakfast amazing! The only thing I recommend taking into consideration is that the property is a few kilometers from the center, I loved the walk there, but if you are someone that does not like to walk a lot please be aware!

We chose to stay here because of all the rave reviews and they were right! What an incredible place and hospitality! We got a great welcome with complimentary food and drinks. The room was clean and cosy, very soundproof! Breakfast was great. Great view to the lake from our private terrace. I have stayed in many accommodations before but I have never given a 10* rating until now so that should tell you something!

This is no fault to the accommodation, but the bus C30 by the hotel turned out to be a very unreliable bus for us, making it hassle to travel between the accommodation and other towns like Bellagio, and taxis were impossible to get :/. Nevertheless Giulio was there to drive us to Bellagio and back if needed :). Another con could be there are no elevators but again Giulio helped us with carrying luggages upstairs :)

His responsiveness on WhatsApp was impressive, and he went above and beyond by spotting us waiting for a delayed bus and offering us a ride in his car. Such acts of kindness truly exemplify the exceptional service that Paula and Giulio provide to their guests. The location is ideal, a mere 10-minute stroll from the San Giovanni ferry terminal, which I found to be a peaceful alternative to the bustling Bellagio terminal. The room itself was not only spacious but also meticulously cleaned every day, reflecting the hosts' commitment to maintaining a pristine and comfortable environment. In all honesty, our stay here exceeded all expectations. It was an absolute delight to experience such personalized attention and care from Paula and Giulio. Their dedication to creating a memorable and enjoyable experience for their guests is truly commendable. I've already sung praises about this exceptional Airbnb to my sister, who is planning her visit next year, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking an unforgettable getaway in a picturesque location. Fantastic accommodation, Our room had an amazing terrace with spectacular views of the lake.. The lady who runs the place was amazing so friendly and very helpful with everything we needed. Breakfast was lovely with a good variety of food. The little extras they provide such as welcome drinks and snacks on arrival and also a little gift when you leave are very thoughtful and were very much appreciated. Would also like to say an extra thank you for the umberella they provided to us when we was leaving. Highly recommend to stay at this property.

Great hosts, with a very warm welcome and plenty of local tips. We had a lovely big room with a great view of Lake Como.

Bellagio old town is a good thirty minute walk and with only one restaurant in the local village, getting an evening meal without driving was tricky. It would have been great if our B&B offered a simple Italian evening menu we would have stayed at the property as it has great outdoor eating areas.

We were received by Paola in a very friendly way. She gave us any information we could ask for. The place is a little outside the town, but that makes it more quiet and it is in easy walking distance. Wake up early for breakfast to catch the best table. Breakfast was lovely and the service was wonderful. At the end of our stay we also met the owner, who was also very welcoming.

There simply wasn't.

The host was very welcoming and so was Paolo who looked after us at breakfast. The room was clean, comfortable and had a view of the lake. Breakfast was very generous and had a lovely view of the lake from the terrace.

It was about 10 minutes by car into town, although there is a bus it doesn’t always meet the timetable. There were also quite a lot of stairs to our room, which didn’t bother us but may be a problem for some people.

This place is AMAZING!!!!!! I cannot recommend staying here enough! Giulio and Paola are sensational! Upon arrival we had a wine and snacks on the terrace which has a beautiful view of the lake from above. We stayed in the michaelangelo suite with terrace and our own car space. The room was spotless, very big and all the facilities you needed. They provided us a large bottle of water every day in the room. Breakfast was one of the best Continental breakfasts I have had in Europe including some 5 star resort hotels. So much variety, great coffee and so much food to start your day. We loved our walk from the hotel into town. It is about 20 mins to go in at a leisurely pace, would recommend going through the melzi gardens as a shortcut, you can pay for access to the gardens for the duration of your trip for a low cost, they are also worth visiting so it’s a bonus it’s a short cut too. In saying that there is also a bus stop right outside the hotel which goes into town! Thank you Bellagio bed and breakfast for a great stay :)

Beautiful views of Lake Como, chairs and tables around the property to relax and enjoy the view. Excellent breakfast and very helpful staff.

Location was challenging because we did not have a car and public transportation does not work (nearby bus stop but bus was full when it went by and next one not scheduled for an hour). Guilio and his staff saved us several times by driving us to and from town.
