Good for one night stay on Via Francigena. Great location. Very friendly staff.

New non-smoking signs were posted. Our room was smokey. Perhaps our room was just converted to non-smoking?

Great location, friendly staff at reception. Room was a nice large size, had a lift which was good for luggage. Breakfast was ok. Nice foyer area.

There is a rooftop, that could be really nice and somewhere to sit & have to a drink and watch the sunset, but unfortunately it is neglected and rundown, could be fabulous!

We arrived early, that was no problem. The receptionist was very friendly. Our room, for 3 persons, was big. The hotel is in a new building in the old part of the city. A COOP is close by. Buonconveto is a beautiful little place.

The roofterrace could be used better. Could be a nice place to sit in the evening.

The hotel doesn’t serve breakfast in the winter months but it did not state this on Booking.com. There are no tea &coffee facilities in the room but just in the foyer

The hotel was very close to the town centre, the staff was very helpful. They even prepared packed breakfast for us as we were leaving vrry early. The room.had AC and there was a rack for clothes in the backyard. Everything was perfect. I really recommend this hotel.

The hotel receptionist went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, including insightful knowledge about the local restaurants, and preparing sandwiches in lieu of my needing to leave before breakfast the following morning. Bicycles were allowed in the room, which makes the stay comfortable knowing an expensive bike is secure.

Everything about my stay was top notch.

We were 6 cyclists on a Tour of Tuscany and the hotel was really well set up for cyclists with great secure storage and bike tool station outside, and even a hose to clean the bikes. We really enjoyed our stay and exploring Buenconvento.

A lovely modern hotel, near all facilities. With very friendly staff. A delicious buffet breakfast. Perfect whilst walking the Via Francigena

Room was clean and functional. Breakfast was tasty. There was a buffet selection of cereals, yogurt, packaged pastries. A choice of coffee was offered (including cappuccino), a choice of bread, toast, croissant and cheese and ham was offered. Everything was well controlled with respect to Covid. I recommend this hotel.
