Comfortable beds, silent air conditioning, clean rooms with beautiful decorations, very nice pool. After checking out we left the luggage in the storage room and were allowed to spent all day in the pool (free sunbeds and always some available), because our flight was in the late evening. We used showers and dressing rooms close to the pool area to get ready to go to the airport. In the room kids had to solve a puzzle to get the code and open a safe with a surprise inside.

If the plan is to spend all days, full time in Gardaland and use hotel only for overnight, then hotel is way to expensive. Cleaning ladies try to enter the room even with the "do not disturb sign" on the door.

Location and rooms

We arrived after 23.00 and reception was closed. We found someone in the main building in order to take the key but surprise… Even if I paid with booking they said room is not paid and I had to pay again after I tried to explain more than half an hour. I asked them to solve the payment in the morning but notjing. They asked for money in advance. The reception italian quite old man was completely rude and unpolite. A shame for such a nice hotel. Anyway, I paid again and in the morning both payments were confirmed. Now I’m waiting for hotel refund… Breakfast is expensive- 16 eur/ adult and 12 eur/child. Having in mind is an area where you can not find places for breakfast I think will be helpfull to have the breakfast included in price.

The hotel rooms are spacious, tidy, and perfect for families. The park is delightful and offers plenty of entertainment for the kids. One drawback is that the hotel restaurant closes early during lunchtime, leaving guests with the option to either order fast food by the pool or venture outside the hotel for a meal, as there is no room service available.

The restaurant should be open to accommodate families and provide better accessibility. Additionally, they require more staff to assist at the front desk.

Impressive thematic hotel. Room was very nice, we choose for glacial, and is very good compartmented if you travel with children. Nice pool, perfect for the afternoon before visiting the park.

Like other thematic fun parks hotel, this hotel is far from the park. Can't say is walking distance and then you need to stick with the shuttle bus schedule, which is working ok. Little bit expensive, overall, for what is offering, even is the park hotel.

Check in was easy, except for one staff member and a queue during what seemed to be a busy period. We couldn't check in until 3pm and it was 2.50pm so we could have rooms beside each other but in actual fact we had booked different themes for our rooms so we weren't going to be beside each other anyways. The staff were friendly. The pool bathrooms, changing rooms and showers were very clean. The pool was nice. There were lots of available lounge chairs, a nice cafe, and lots of umbrellas for shade which is very important. Liked the bus to the train station and the park. The bedrooms were nice and clean, except for the odd hairs lying around in the bathroom. €7 is too much for a swim cap and I shouldn't have to pay €2 per towel per day. This should be included. Staff in the restaurant were nice but we had to wait a while for someone to take out order for dinner on our first night and we were starving! Great experience overall.

Great stay at Gardaland Adventure Hotel. We have chosen the Arctic room. An unforgettable night. Kids were happy and so amazed about the room. Every detail is thought. For breakfast we went to a local Toasteria Italiana, in Peschiera del Garda. It in 15 min by car from the hotel. But they also have a breakfast at the hotel. The price for one night might be high, but typical fir just places.

Great place for families and kids. Gardaland has expended so much since I was a kid and visited with my parents, but they thought of everything. All rooms are equipped with everything you need. The beds are super comfortable, and everything is so clean.

It's a bit more expensive than you would expect(or like), but besides that, nothing else is to dislike

Pool facilities great with reasonable food available pool side. Themed room was a nice feature. Free shuttle bus to Gardaland Park regular and very handy. Tutankhamun restaurant had good choice of buffet breakfast.

Bed was firm (each to their own). Could have had extra pillows for adult bed. Tutankhamun restaurant had poor quality dinners. Better to go 5 mins down the road to local restaurants for better quality and cheaper prices.

The themed rooms where really great. The added extras and touches were really good too. Taking away the kids element it's one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in

The kids being so close to the door and being unable to lock the door. I have a sleep walker so it was a lil bit of a worry

Excellent location to visit Gardaland A nice themed room with adequate space fot the family A nice pool

I felt it was extremely overpriced just for the room with no breakfast The shuttles were overcrowded at peak times and the wait was long in the extreme heat
