The property was impressive from the drive up to the entrance. The rooms were so clean and comfortable. we were a family of 7 split across 3 rooms. 2 of our rooms were adjoining so that we could keep an eye on our young children. There were various food options across the three Gardaland hotels, and plenty of entertainment throughout the day for young kids. The staff were amazing - so friendly, particularly Giacomo who welcomed us like family every time we came to the main dining room. The dinner buffet, although fairly pricey, was the best we have ever had. Access to the amazing Gardaland theme park was easy via the free shuttle.

It would have been convenient to have the option of buying an all inclusive dining plan. It is fairly far from any historic sight seeing in Italy if you are not driving.

My family really liked the Gardaland Hotel. It is located approximately two kilometers from the Gardaland attractions and the Aquarium. And about 20 km from Verona. Clean and tidy rooms and bathroom. Room cleaning and towels were changed daily. It was nice to take a walk in the park and take pictures near the fountain with characters from cartoons and fairy tales. Breakfast and lunch can be ordered as needed. Polite and responsive service staff.

Everything was wonderful in the hotel. It exceeded my expectations. The lobby was wonderful for the kids. Amazing place for fun and pictures. In this way, the kids are already in Gardaland even in the hotel lobby. All of these bring a nice experience.

It would be nice if the entertainment/animation for kids is in English as well or to have some hours and time in English. In Italian, it was not boring because the foreign kids couldn't understand anything.

This hotel was a last-minute choice for us because we had already booked an incredibly bad one. We were able to secure a room on Booking.com despite them being sold out on the Gardaland website and also saved nearly 200 euro through booking here. The facilities were clean and safe and the location is unbeatable. There were vending machines, shops, a pool, several restaurants, a playground, and nice walking paths. The staff also spoke English and our Italian isn't too great yet so that was very helpful.

Honestly, the hotel itself was great so I feel bad complaining about anything. Perhaps the only two things that weren't so great were the wifi and the pool. Despite several attempts, we couldn't connect to the guest wifi so it wasn't usable and our Windtre service was pretty bad in the area too so that was a bit annoying. The pool itself is beautiful, but we didn't use it because they have a mandatory swim-cap rule, and if you don't have one they charge 7 euro per cap.

Pool was lovely and so quiet during the day as everyone is at the theme park! Great range of food at breakfast and beautiful rooms. The shuttle bus into town/railway station is also really helpful although timing is a bit vague.

The bar wasn't well staffed at night and we waited a long time for coffee and cake despite it being fairly quiet. It also isn't clear how the wrist band payment works - you can only use it in the hotel not in the theme park.

We stayed for 3 nights in this hotel during July 2023. There is a free shuttle bus that takes you to Gardaland in around 5 minutes. I asked for connection rooms as I have kids with me. During first night it wasn’t available but the other nights they provided it to us. I totally recommend asking for the new renovate rooms as they include clean new bathrooms. There is AC inside the rooms. The view from the room is so beautiful as the hotel is surrounded by trees and grass.

Good if you want to visit Gardaland Park, two minutes away on free shuttle bus from the hotel. Good pool. Clean rooms. Polite staff.

Didn’t like the conception of meals, no option to book with food so you need to pay every time you want to eat, not cheap, especially for children, cause they don’t eat each time you pay. One more thing - no free water at the pool, in such hot weather, water is a basic need.

Full Gardaland experience. Many activities and themes designed for kids. Our little one loved it! :) Onsite parking & shuttle bus to Gardaland. We recommend to take the first shuttle bus, to have a head start on the Gardaland gates.

The breakfast buffet was a bit lackluster for the price. The heating, while nice in cold season, was a bit too much and could not be really controlled, we ended up opening the window many times, just to reduce the room temperature.

The hotel is a kind of heaven for kids. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Nice location.

The food is awful. The breakfast is terrible- all the products were with terribly low quality. Most of the vegetables were spoiled. We had dinner once and didn’t come back. There was a lot of noise at afternoon between 2-4 pm when we tried do take a rest with the kids.

We loved the cleanliness of the room, the green parks. The staff is very friendly.

The pillows are very uncomfortable, the room was not quiet as the walls are very thin. the price is a bit too high for a room only, without even included access to the park.
