This hotel is absolutely amazing! We stayed in the Enchanted Forrest room (as we extended our stay). My daughter loved it and the rooms are indeed special. The kids really feel the are in a fairy tale. The food was good, the pools was great.

Our enchanted Forrest room was SUPER DUSTY! You could smell the dust while you were laying down in the bed. Absolutely unacceptable! There was dust on the walls, on the table, on the windows, I mean everywhere. I hardly could breath and I had to wipe it out myself. It is such a pity! Also, the service at the pool was horrible, actuallly non existent. The same at the Buffet Restaurant. It is a facility for kids, so please provide the basic service so that the parents când have it easier. They wont bring you anything, no drinks, nothing. It was pretty difficult to leave a child unattended at the table while running to grab a glass of water. This should not happen.

We thoroughly enjoyed the amenities the resort had on offer. The swimming pool was large (not sure why we had to wear head caps in the pool) and the cost of purchasing one poolside was a bit extreme. The resort had a really good restaurant and meals were of generous portions. The themed rooms were a hit with the kids and were clean and in good condition. The car park was large, safe and easily accessible.

We had some issues booking tickets online for the Gardaland theme park, given we were staying at the official resort I would have thought the resort reception/ office would have been able to assist in selling us tickets. This was not the case and staff didn’t show much empathy when I explained our issues in not being able to access our Australian mobile number (we only had WhatsApp). I eventually bought tickets for the theme park online but feel the resort should offer this service for guests who are computer illiterate or are unable to access an overseas mobile service. Maybe the theme park could enable consumers to purchase and access theme park tickets via WhatsApp or allow confirmation via email.

The Gardaland Magic Hotel offered an enchanting experience that delighted our entire family, especially the children. The themed rooms were extraordinary, immersing us in a fantastical world with incredible attention to detail. The mystery riddle and special safe added an exciting interactive element, making our stay memorable and unique. Comfort wasn't sacrificed for style; the rooms were both magical and cozy. The breakfast was impressive, featuring a wide variety of options in generous portions, ensuring everyone in the family started their day satisfied.

The primary drawback of this magical experience was the hefty price tag attached to it. While the unique themed rooms and special features justified the cost for a short stay, it might be too expensive for families considering a longer visit. The high price point could limit the ability to fully enjoy the Gardaland experience over multiple days. Additionally, the novelty of the themed rooms might wear off after a couple of nights, potentially diminishing the value for extended stays.

Room was very nice and clean, my daughter was so happy to stay here, nice surroundings and pool. And do not forget to check the safe, now my child want to do that in every hotel, nice surprise. Free Shuttle to Gardaland.

Sunbeds near pool dirty and in bad condition, towels at pool chargable, food was very expensive. I do not understand why are they asking to have Swimming cups in pool, first time

As the bame says magical experience for the kid (and for the parents by the way) Clean room and amazing place like in a fairy tale. We will return every year for the next few for sure untill out child wants it

When you try booking the advertised Tuntankamon restaurant with a program (so your kid can enjoy it) they give you 2 options 7 and 9.30 but noone tells you the the advertised amusement program is only at 7 (however the service and food there were very good so i recommend the restaurant itself)

Nicely theme decorated, comfortable enough

WiFi signal was important for us and one of the reasons for selecting the hotel but we had a lot of problems with effective and efficient WiFi signal from the hotel, particularly from Gardaland Magic Hotel. Staff were mostly good and helpful. More Taxi service, regular availability would have been more helpful as had to wait around long times for hotel taxis. Quite remote.. Couldn’t easily walk to local amenities eg. shopping.. eating out.. A free bus, service or something would have been helpful to these parts too. But as it was would have to have caught buses from different places etc. maybe hire a car if want to easily travel around.

The room was indeed magic, all super clean, and the design of the room really made our daughter enjoy the stay. She was amazed as we are, she is always asking us to go back to the Magic Hotel. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of options, and there was always some activities going on, like magic or performance, perfect for kids. If you are going to Gardaland, the location is also perfect. It's also really close to Lago di Garda, so you can visit Sirmione or other cities within minutes. And there are a lot of places nearby to eat and do groceries if needed. Oh and also, the pool of the Resort is awesome, really good to rest at the end of a busy day.

The room could have a kind of separation (Door) from each bedroom, this would make it easier for kids to fall asleep.

The hotel is nice, and the children liked it. It feels like it's straight out of a fairy tale.

The staff at the pool were aggressive. I understand that they have rules against jumping into the pool, but they approached us with an aggressive attitude and warned that if the children jumped again, we would have to leave. It was quite stressful for the children, especially since we have stayed in similar places before and never encountered such behavior.

Nice experience for entire family; huge garden, nice views….

Very crowded at check in , even if we had the online check in alteady prepared; missing facilities for low mobility persons; during morning one o elevatora was out of irder and I need it to move with walkers a huge distance; no other options; parking for low mobility was not eorking- while they locked the gate and tell us they dont find the key - waited over 30 mins to find the key ….

I loved the room it was amazing children loved it.

Upon arrival I had to pay the hotel an extra 80 euro for the children as I had added their ages although I default added their birthdays whenever I booked. The receptionist said it was either pay it our we cant stay and booking.com wouldn't refund us. She then went onto critize booking.com and said we should have booked directly and she tells this to all the customers. The breakfast option was a bit pricey especially if you didn't want to have a big breakfast not many options if you just wanted a coffee or something light.
