This hotel is absolutely amazing! We stayed in the Enchanted Forrest room (as we extended our stay). My daughter loved it and the rooms are indeed special. The kids really feel the are in a fairy tale. The food was good, the pools was great.

Our enchanted Forrest room was SUPER DUSTY! You could smell the dust while you were laying down in the bed. Absolutely unacceptable! There was dust on the walls, on the table, on the windows, I mean everywhere. I hardly could breath and I had to wipe it out myself. It is such a pity! Also, the service at the pool was horrible, actuallly non existent. The same at the Buffet Restaurant. It is a facility for kids, so please provide the basic service so that the parents când have it easier. They wont bring you anything, no drinks, nothing. It was pretty difficult to leave a child unattended at the table while running to grab a glass of water. This should not happen.

Nicely theme decorated, comfortable enough

WiFi signal was important for us and one of the reasons for selecting the hotel but we had a lot of problems with effective and efficient WiFi signal from the hotel, particularly from Gardaland Magic Hotel. Staff were mostly good and helpful. More Taxi service, regular availability would have been more helpful as had to wait around long times for hotel taxis. Quite remote.. Couldn’t easily walk to local amenities eg. shopping.. eating out.. A free bus, service or something would have been helpful to these parts too. But as it was would have to have caught buses from different places etc. maybe hire a car if want to easily travel around.

The room was indeed magic, all super clean, and the design of the room really made our daughter enjoy the stay. She was amazed as we are, she is always asking us to go back to the Magic Hotel. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of options, and there was always some activities going on, like magic or performance, perfect for kids. If you are going to Gardaland, the location is also perfect. It's also really close to Lago di Garda, so you can visit Sirmione or other cities within minutes. And there are a lot of places nearby to eat and do groceries if needed. Oh and also, the pool of the Resort is awesome, really good to rest at the end of a busy day.

The room could have a kind of separation (Door) from each bedroom, this would make it easier for kids to fall asleep.

Very crowded at check in , even if we had the online check in alteady prepared; missing facilities for low mobility persons; during morning one o elevatora was out of irder and I need it to move with walkers a huge distance; no other options; parking for low mobility was not eorking- while they locked the gate and tell us they dont find the key - waited over 30 mins to find the key ….

I loved the room it was amazing children loved it.

Upon arrival I had to pay the hotel an extra 80 euro for the children as I had added their ages although I default added their birthdays whenever I booked. The receptionist said it was either pay it our we cant stay and booking.com wouldn't refund us. She then went onto critize booking.com and said we should have booked directly and she tells this to all the customers. The breakfast option was a bit pricey especially if you didn't want to have a big breakfast not many options if you just wanted a coffee or something light.

The rooms where amazing. Breakfast was superb. The location is great and the free shuttle is good.

It was my daughters bday. They didnt do anything 'extra' for her bday. Wherever i went they did something extra. Here they wanted me to pay an additional eur 120 for just a banner and balloons.consider the price one pays one would expect a small gesture

First time in this hotel, I didn't know how it was, I must say it is spectacular, spacious room for 4 adults or 2+2, large clean bathroom with soap and hairdryer, very clean well-kept structure with various themes, varied breakfast and buffet, efficient shuttles to Gardaland, 2 restaurants including 1 buffet (not seen) and a very nice à la carte with exquisite dishes + pizzeria, very nice swimming pool even if not huge but enough to stay there. we will definitely be back soon.

Excellent hotel. Free shuttle bus connecting the Peschiera train station station to the Gardaland Park to the hotel complex. Lovely large swimming pool with a cafe providing drinks and light lunches. Plenty of sun beds. Rooms were clean and very well decorated - we stayed in the enchanted forest and the the vines, trees and leaf decoration made the room magical for the children. The Tutankhamen restaurant food was of a high standard and all the resort staff were helpful and polite. There was ample parking and 5 electric vehicle charging points. We will come back to stay again.

The shuttle bus stops at the main entrance to the hotel complex rather than driving up to the reception of the three hotels, so it can be a bit of a pain to carry heavy luggage from the bus to reception in the midday summer sun.

Stayed in a wizard room. The room was very large, and divided to two spaces (no door, but good to read while a child goes to sleep). The room is very pretty, but also practical and very convenient. All staff was most kind and helpful. The room was perfectly clean. The Gardaland shuttle is convenient. Breakfast was excellent. Not 5 star hotel level but good quality and variety.

TV only had Italian channels, which my daughter doesn't understand. The price is high, you can get similar quality for less. But I preferred to pay extra for the full Gardaland experience, and I'm glad I did.

We stayed in the "Elsa's" room. That is how we named that incredible suite! Absolutely incredible rooms! My kid was super thrilled and to this day she keeps asking me to go back to that fairy tale! We enjoyed the hotel and the facilities to the fullest and hope to be back one day! The entertainment for kids was amazing as well!
