Amazing location with huge two-walled picture window looking onto the lake and a ferry stop just outside for getting to Como or other towns on the lake. Large terrace so it was wonderful to have breakfast and drinks looking over the lake. Davide, who handled the checkin, was extremely friendly and helpful. There is a supermarket and pizzeria right nearby and a 10-minute walk to the town of Cernobbio with lots of nice restaurants, and a ferry, bus or 40-minute garden/shore walk to lovely Como town. Absolutely Everything was Perfect! This is the best base for getting around the lake, Boat stop right across from the apartments, lovely little bar and few restaurants right around the corner, Super market 3 min walk, Such amazing hosts were so kind, we asked for a couple of favours and the villa owners a were so accomadating, helped with anything we asked, The room itself was great, lovely big bed and big TV, the Huge windows over looking thd lake were amazing, But most of all The View ! ! We visited lots of places around lake como and the view from our balcony at lakeviewcabin could not be rivalled, Thank you so much for a magical stay.

We could not have been happier with Lakeviewcabin! The views are even better than pictured especially from the private balcony, Davide is super nice and helpful, the rooms are very comfortable, and it's the quickest walk to the ferry station or walkable to nearby villages too for food, drink, etc.

The stairs are a bit tricky with a bag, and it's hard to get a cab to or from the train station in Como, but the owner Davide is super helpful in all of those things.

A magnificent. truly magnificent, location and stunning, truly stunning, views from all 3 rooms. Ferry stop very very convenient at c. 80 metres away, and no queues to buy tickets either (unlike Como itself). Breakfast great; slightly different every day, real attention to detail. View from breakfast 'Great Room' truly unforgettable. Host Davide was very VERY helpful particularly: (i) when I was in some trouble because of health problems late at night (Thank You) and (ii) in arranging taxis for us to and from MXP airport (both of which were excellent). But helpful with everything; suitcases etc. etc.. Access to/from Como by ferry very very easy. Cannot recommend highly enough.

There was nothing I did not like at all. But in passing, IN CONTRAST, we all felt calling the property 'lakeviewcabins' did NOT give justice at all to the sheer quality of the property. Because of the word 'cabins'.The word 'Cabins' suggests (or at least it did, to us, here in Britain) a probably rather bare/basic property, maybe of wooden construction; maybe a glamping style property/location. But NOT a great property with great rooms in a great location like this one. (Just for perspective, we normally stay in 4 star hotels on holiday (not 5 star, but not 3 star); This was for me a 4 star property in a great location).

The amazing location on the lake shore provides breathtaking views; the sun shimmers on the water, making it simply MAGICAL for a holiday. The apartment has everything you could need and is beautifully designed and furnished. My favourite spot was the rotating armchair located to admire the view through the huge windows. The client treatment is second to none, they provide a 5-star experience. I will definitely be back.

The view from the property was amazing. The whole apartment was perfect for a short stay. The bathroom was large and shower incredible, the room was perfect for sleeping with all blinds coming down at he touch of a button and making the room pitch black. There was a great tv for watching tv at bedtime too for that home away from home feeling! There was also a really huge wardrobe that you could make use of. The host could not have been nicer and more accommodating

NOT a reflection of the property, it wasn't as easy to get a ferry from outside the property as we thought despite the ferry terminal. The location was a little bit out of the way of como and the timings of the ferry were reduced making a bit trickier to go out without planning. This wasn't enough to put me off staying here again though as the property was amazing

Trust me this must be one of the best places to stay in Lake Como. The room is huge, modern and comfortable. The view from the room is breathtaking, it's like you can chill the whole day on the balcony with a glass of wine while you marvel at the spectacular view. Oh yeah, don't forget to get a box of pizza while you do that ;) It's 2 minute's walk to one of the ferry stops and a 5-minute walk to the grocer. Last but not least, Davide is a fantastic host!

Unbelievable view and space…photos do not do it justice. Makes me rethink how I would like to retire. Simply perfetto! The hosts, Guilio and Antonio, are so accommodating they make you feel like family immediately. When we return to Lake Como we will stay here again without a doubt. Amazing experience!

the entire stay was very comfortable and pleasant in a well furnished and decorated apartment. the view of Lake Como is spectacular! an outside seating area allows for both sun or shade and an incredible view. easy access to the lake community on a ferry is delightful and efficient. local restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy easy access. best host and staff we encountered on a six week Italy trip.

The view it’s just amazing! the place is very comfortable and has a lot of space. we just loved that we stayed here. there’s a Italian market around 5 min walking that you can buy groceries to make your breakfast. also right by 2 min walking there are restaurants - delicious pasta. the ferry ride that cost €1.30 that takes you to Como city or another places it’s legit in front of the place - few minutes walking distance. perfect! I highly recommend this place! the host extremely nice!
