The people at this hotel are the nicest people in Cortina. The girls at the reception desk and that serve breakfast and dinner are delightful. Matilda especially looked after us! So friendly and caring. Really helpful in letting you know the daily weather, great hikes or places to see. They remember what you like to drink with breakfast, and are always smiling and cheerful. Lorenzo, the manager, is wonderful at recommending hikes, via ferattas and providing interesting historical facts. Really enjoyed our 2 week stay and will certainly return. The darling woman that cleaned our room was so sweet and took good care of us, too. Felt like family. Our room was the last one available when we booked. It was a little on the small side, but bright, comfy, clean and had ample storage for all of our clothing, climbing gear, coats, etc. The rooms with the balconies looked a little bigger and we might spend more for one of those next time. There is a walking path behind the hotel that we used every morning. Loved the flowers on the balconies and the comfy chairs in the lobby. We hung out a lot in the lobby to use the WIFI and there is plenty of room for people there to relax, play games, etc. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We had dinner one night and it was one of the best dishes we ate in Italy -- the homemade beetroot-filled ravioli. The parking is free which was an added bonus. Our friend stayed at the Hotel Alaska, which was $40 a night to park, and the rooms were dark and smelled like stale smoke. So glad we stayed here instead. It's a short, easy 6ish minute walk to the middle of the square in Cortina where you can get groceries, meals, shopping, etc. Hope this helps you decide. The Dolomites are incredible, and this was a great location for our stay in Cortina. Thanks to all of the staff that made our stay special!

Booking.com advertised Bellaria had laundry services for an additional charge, but they do not provide any laundry services. We would have packed differently if we knew that. Bought some dish soap and washed our clothes in the sink and hung them to dry in the shower, which worked out ok. Wish there was WIFI in the room.

Very good location, max 5 min walk to the center, breakfast was good but Lorenzo made the stay perfect! Always there with suggestions and advice on what to do in the area and prepared to accommodate your needs as best he can! Perfect host. Other advantages of the hotel are the free parking spaces, heated ski room and the possibility of a different dinner every day for a reasonable price.

A very cozy hotel almost in the very center of the city. Great and friendly staff (the hotel owner personally came out to greet my car and immediately called my name - something I can't remember in other places). Own parking, a wonderful place in the yard to relax, and what delicious breakfasts and dinners they serve here!!! We will definitely come again!

We only had three days on the calendar to vacation here! I would love to live in this city for many years!

Personel and service were very good and welcoming, speaking EN, IT, DE, FR. Especially ladies serving breakfast were exceptionaly attentative and super kind.

The hotel should seriously invest in better WiFi speed and coverage. WiFi was very weak everywhere except the lobby, and even there, the download speed was super slow. Felt like return 10 years ago. Fortunately, the Cortina city has very good 5G coverage, so you can use your own data connection.

Lorenzo was the person who receive us and he was super kind all the time! He gave us recommendations to ski, restaurants and lakes! The dinner that u pay extra if u want it was also delicious! The room has a nice blackout and super clean! Unfortunately the wifi is not good in the rooms but it works in the hall. But this also helped us to stay more offline and enjoy the trip :) We would stay there again for sure! It’s super close to city center! And the breakfast is also good!

Great location - 5 minute walk from the little town. You can get a very nice breakfast before setting off and this place had everything we needed for a short stay. Best thing about it were the staff who were so helpful in giving us the best tips on which hikes to do, how we should do it, which time of the day to go and even which day depending on the weather. They were so friendly too!

Very comfortable rooms with a great location especially for the price. Breakfast was excellent and the owner and staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Everything was excellent. Only one item, our room was directly over the door where the staff takes smoke breaks and the smoke would wonder through the open window. We just closed the window. Not a big deal!

Location was great for exploring Cortina and the surrounding area. We could park by the door. Staff could not do enough to look after us . Lovely breakfast buffet. The three course dinner was nice and good value . Very comfy bed and nice mountain view balcony.

No tea & coffee making facilities in the room, bathroom very tight for space , it cost us around euro50 per night more than other hotels we are using on this trip in verona, vicenza & palermo but it doesn't offer anything better for that money.

Breakfast was great. Each room was assigned a permanent table and you made nice friends with everyone at the other tables over breakfast (and dinner which was price-fixed at 30 euros/person). Hotel was very close to Tofana lift station (even walkable) and on the free ski bus route #8. Staff (and owners) were super friendly. Room and bathroom were comfy and cleaned every day. Sheets and towels were nice and changed daily by the friendly cleaning staff. ski gear room was right at the entrance and there is a boot/glove dryer that blows warm air to keep everything nicely dry for the next day. There is a small bar with fair prices. Within walking distance are all the stores you need (grocery/snacks, pharmacy, electronics/SIM cards, ski rentals, ski school, main bus station, restaurants, bars, cafe). Lorenzo (manager/owner) was great and made sure we had a perfect visit. Location was perfect. Easily walk to everywhere including the lovely downtown for shopping, dining and just strolls to walk off dinner or drinks before bed. Hotel parking was included at no extra charge. Definitely recommend this hotel for visiting Cortina.

WiFi did not reach the top floor rooms but it covered the lobby, and floors 1+2. We had a 3-person room on the top floor so we had a wine in the lounge to get wifi, then found a nearby electronics store that sold local SIM cards (25 Euro for 70 GB that worked across all of the EU). Since we were skiing everyday, Wifi was not critical but the local SIM card was very important.

Really lovely family run hotel 5 mins walk from town. Fantastic, super friendly and kind staff who couldn't do enough for us. Fabulous authentic food. Great service

The ski bus was a bit of a pain. It came at random times and the drivers didn't announce the stops, so we missed the cable car stop one day. It's a 10/15 min walk to the gondola and on reflection it probably would have been easier to do this.
