Staff were helpful and friendly, couldn't do enough for you. Facilities were great, rooftop terrace was lovely with amazing views and not busy which was good. Room was cleaned daily and plenty of space and storage with a big comfy bed. Breakfast was continental style, good with nice variety of food. Short walk down the hill to the town centre and two mins to the station for either the train or bus which was ideal.

- being next to the train station, it’s about 15 minutes walk to the central area and the lake front. on the way back, it’s an uphill walk, which makes it a bit tiring under the sun but no big deal for someone reasonably fit. - The hot tub on the roof can be cleaner, since there was stray hairs and insects floating in it. Not extremely terrible, but definitely something to improve.

Great hotel very conveniently located next to the train station. Desenzano is not a big city, so everything was walkable from our hotel. The room was nice, spacious and clean (with a balcony). Terrace with the pool was a nice addition and it was never crowded. Breakfast was very nice. Staff were all very welcoming and polite. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location for us as we needed to be near the train station and also a nice 10-15 minute walk to the town and lake. We loved the roof terrace and the staff were very friendly, breakfast was also great. It was also very quiet at night despite being so close to a busy station.

It was a lovely property 2 mins walk from train station the town is at the bottom of the hill. Breakfast is lovely a great choice of everything. Roof terrace is as good as it looks. I would definitely go back. Staff are lovely it looks like a family run hotel

Only negative is there is another roof terrace which the door to is beside the lift on 3rd floor but is unmarked. Not really a negative but only thing i could think of i loved the hotel

Nice hotel close to the train station and not that far away from city centre. Very kind lady at the reception desk. Good breakfast with wide selection. Clean room with more cosmetics than usually provided in the hotels.

Breakfast was good, everything was very clean and tidy in our room and around the hotel. Very friendly staff. 1 minute walk from train station. 10 / 15 min walk to Lake Garda

Beds are a little hard

Location is very good. Right near the train station, but you do have to walk 10 minutes up a hill from the main centre of the town, so be prepared if you can’t be bothered to walk a lot! The staff were so friendly and helpful. I was in a frantic rush when I arrived and needed to go to a wedding in an hour’s time. They steam ironed my dress for me in 10 minutes! They really went above and beyond.

Lovely hotel, close to train station and 5 minutes walk from the town. Rooms were spacious and really clean with lovely balcony and staff were very helpful. Breakfasts were great.

The gym was very clean with free weights to use. The staff were very helpful. The terrace has amazing views and a spa. The breakfast is amazing and very good quality
