Fantastic location next to the tram line from the airport into the city. Very comfortable beds. Mini-fridge also in room, along with tea and coffee making facilities. Property has a front gate to enter the apartment complex, then a dedicated door to the property, and then separate rooms that can be booked. The entrance hall within the property has great touches such as local maps and extra refreshments.

Check-in process wasn't as clear as I would have liked, but after phoning the hosts, all was resolved. City tax is payable in cash on departure.

Super friendly staff, room tidied daily, snacks available for free and restocked daily, very large room with balcony, extra pillows and blankets, a number of places to sit within the apartment, air conditioning, easy walk to train station, toiletries provided. We really loved our stay here! Thank you to the hosts Chiara and Domenico - you made our stay very comfortable.

There was a slight smell in the bathroom from the plumbing, soundproofing could be better. But overall these were minor things in what was a great place to stay.

Spacious, very clean and comfortable bed. Convenient location, within walking distance from all landmarks. Great communication with the hosts. They sent all the information about how to get in and made it very easy and stress-free :)

Fantastic location! Good price. The Atencion of the check in was so easy and really fast answer. The room need some things to repair ( some renovation) but in general was good.

Quick answers on questions by WhatsApp, everything was set up for our arrival, dinner was booked in an excellent restaurant on our name. City center is at a long, but walkable distance, or just take the tram.

A missing fridge, no free parking spaces. The shower head was at 1.50m and could not be adjusted. Some outlets were broken.

The staff went above and beyond for us to feel welcome. They are lovely. The object was clean, it had all the necessary equipment and it is super close to the main train station.

For me, the breakfast was not as good as we anticipated. I know that the typical Italian breakfast is sweet baked goods and a coffee, but since I don't eat sugary things, I could only eat crackers. My boyfriend ate other stuff, but he was also not satisfied because he wanted something a bit healthier. Maybe add some bananas, yogurt or something that has a more natural flavour.

The owners are really friendly and the place is really cute and cleana

The only thing that needs changing is the checkout time a bit early at 10 am
