Rosa, the host, was simply amazing, accommodating all our needs and wishes ! She moved us to a quiet room, upgraded us with bathroom inside, gave us many great tips for the city and even lent us a room for a late check-out ! I have stayed at many places with Booking but never had such a level of hospitality ... We will come back at Rosa's B&B Belfiore, without any doubt ;-)

Nothing ! This is very clean, very central, very safe, close to the tramway, 5 min from the central station, 15 min from the airport, and several restaurants in the area !

We arrived many hours later than expected and Rosa was so kind to keep in touch and make our arrival seemless. Rosa helped us navigate our way through Florence which was so appreciated. The room was very comfortable with a lovely little patio that was so inviting. The elevator to our room was also a treat!

The private bathroom was about 5 steps across the hall. Fortunately there was never anyone else in the area of the hall. The bathroom was quite large and very clean.

Santa Maria Novella Basilica is a 16-minute walk away. the woman at the reception treated us very well, she explained the map of the city and the places to go, although the bathroom in the room we chose was outside the room, the lady gave us the version inside the room, I recommend it

The proximity to the train station is great. The staff is unbelievably friendly and kind. The room we got was very large, spacious and well air-conditioned during the little heat wave. It's pretty vintage and gives you a classic Italian experience.

There is no in room safe which I like to lock up my passport etc. Nothing really to complain about.

The property is easy to find. 2 tram stations away from center. Rosa is an exceptional host. Really nice and cooperative. She was the highlight of the trip. I arrived late so i had to check myself in but her instructions were clear and concise. The whole place has a rustic feeling and a cozy warm vibe. I really liked it

The host was a very nice lady who goes above and beyond to make your stay a good stay. The bed was nice and the bathroom big. The walk to the city centre isnt that far. If you go to florence for a couple of days i would recommend this Bed and Breakfast. Thank you Rosa🙂

Rosa is a great host. She had maps prepared and guided us to see the best places in town. She is also very flexible and accommodated the breakfast time according to our schedule.

Staff very helpful, and always available to answer questions. Staff provided us with a map of Florence and gave some suggestions of where to go and how to get there. Not far to walk/ bus to the centre and attractions.

A repaint would go a long way to improve the look, however quality was still fine. Staff live outside of b&b so are not there at all hours.

The manager couldn't be nicer and more helpful, thank you do much! Really clean room in such a beautiful b&b. Close to the station and not far from the historical places, you can walk or use the public transport since you'll find buses and them tram on the same curbside, a must stay if you visit Florence!

Short walk from the train station and city centre, the owner is lovely and very helpful. There are also some lovely restaurants on the street.

The aircon unfortunately does not work very efficiently.
