i liked the beds they were comfortable. i appreciate the coffee and tea in the room. clean towels each day and the patio area outside. also that it was back from the road and gated.

there are no taxis nearby. no restaurants or bars. its an 11 minute walk to piazzale montelungo or the bus stop. the shower only had a large rain shower head that pointed to the corner and didn’t move. the small detachable shower head didn’t work. our breakfast was not included in the reservation.

Good location, very clean rooms with small patio and A/C. Female host was very nice and welcomed us before the scheduled check-in. Ice making machine in the kitchen and coffee maker in the room. I recommend for short stays.

A bit pricey since there is no buffet breakfast (cereals, fruit - which was fresh and tasty -, yoghurt, slices of cheese and ham. Also standard pastries and coffee). There is a small refrigerator in the room but did not drop below 18 degrees (when mentioned, the male host just said that it will drop and left). Only Italian programmes on TV (a thought: maybe a shared Netflix or Showtime? Not big investment but TV would be functional).

The room and facilities were excellent. A new and very modern room and a lovely small seating area outside our bedroom. The breakfast was satisfactory and enough. Felt completely secure as access was through a secure gated entrance. Good we were able to advise our time of arrival and were able to check in

Check out. This wasn't a 24 hour accommodation and we were not able to leave our luggage after check out. Not convenient as it isn't easy to walk around Florence with our cases. Because of this we amended our train booking to leave earlier

The host and the atmosphere are amazing! They were very helpful to let us check in before 11 so we could leave our things and have some rest, very lovely and friendly place, amazing room with all necessary facilities, it was possible to use the kitchen to take some dishes to enjoy the dinner in the room, it was a really calm and peaceful time there. The breakfast was really good and nutritious. Just a lovely place to stay!:)

Really lovely B&B! Our room was big, spacious, comfortable, and had a lovely little courtyard terrace that we enjoyed sitting out on with a glass of wine at the end of a busy day in Florence. The guy who runs it is super friendly and lovely!

We found it a little difficult to find when we arrived, but after asking a couple people we were pointed in the right direction and honestly it didn't ruin our enjoyment of the stay whatsoever - just one of those things!

Location is excellent. 10 minutes walk from center. 4 mins from Tram stop. Clean and spacious rooms. Enough toiletries like lotion and body wash. Cute nice kitchen and potable water available 24*7. Bed size is good and AC works decent.

A full mirror. How can one leave the room without checking themselves out top to bottom. Plus a small wardrobe would be great to keep things look lil less messy.

The place was clean and the bed confortable. It was within 2 minutes walking distance to a tram line that took 3 stops to get to the center. The breakfast was simple but sufficient and tasty. I really enjoyed my staying there and would definitely come back.

Nothing bad to say about the property. Good value for the money in a very expensive Florence when it comes to lodging.

Good location well connected to downtown, evendough walking distance is is not so far. Clean room, good breakfast, very helpful staff. Check-in closes at 6 pm, but there is no problem to extend it for 1 hour if you kindly ask.

There were traces of mold on the wall of bathroom where hanging towels are provided. It is just matter of better wall finnish (washable paint or wall tiles requred)

The location was good from Central station, just 2 stops. and 1 minute of walking. The lady at the reception was very friendly. The room was cozy and had a little balcony. Spacious bathroom. Complementary Tea, coffee and 3 bottles of water, and bathroom amenities. A good Italian breakfast. She even served Cappuccino and Latte for breakfast.

I am super happy with my stay there, just nitpicking here, It would have been a perfect Breakfast if eggs were there.

First of all, a big thank you to the owner/manager who solved our check-in problem. We arrived off schedule and he went out of his way to accommodate us so THANK YOU! Clean, functional bed and breakfast very well located just outside of the center of Florence. It is an easy 10 minute walk from the train station, or under 20 minutes from the Duomo. Room was cosy, inside a courtyard/far from the Main Street so quiet. Good structure where I would surely stay again.

I had not paid attention to the check in hours (which are very limited, especially for a touristic city like Florence) and that was a bit of an issue at first (but the manager / owner was great!). I think this check-in limitation could be a big handicap, but if there is some way of extending it then the B&B is an excellent choice!!
