Good location, 2 tram stops away from the train station and walking distance to the city center. All facilities are very modern and new, very well maintained. The service is great and communication with the host excellent. The establishment has more apartments, similar to a small hotel. Ours had access to a lovely rooftop terrace, shared with the room next to us. Breakfast, although basic, is a nice touch.

Not a big issue for us, but there are 2 levels and you need to climb a set of stairs if your room is on the upper one. If you have heavy suitcases, it might be an inconvenience for you.

This B&B was great value for money. They had parking on site for a fee and we didn't have to drive too far into Florence to get there. The staff were friendly and helpful communicating with us before our arrival and answering any questions we had on arrival. It's self-service but they're available on the phone should you need them. Breakfast was good, the pistachio cream croissant was a highlight. The room was very spacious with shutters to keep the light out.

We didn't realise quite how far out of the centre it was. This was great for parking but not so much for our feet. It's about a 25 min walk to the centre and we walked in and out twice in one day which was pretty tiring. It was located in more of a business area so there wasn't a lot around but they do have snacks and drinks in the room to buy. It was also a little noisy as we could hear people from the other rooms walking about and closing and opening the doors which was quite loud but thankfully this stopped after about 11.30pm.

Attico43 is in a quiet location not far from the old part of Florence. Cristiano (the host) was incredibly helpful in facilitating us reaching the property in the most efficient way (the Tram, which was new since the last time I was in Firenze). He is extremely organized, and breakfast is served in a communal but very nice facility. (I happen to like communal so that I can meet other guests.) The bathroom was modern and the building felt secure. I would absolutely stay here again!

beautiful, clean, comfortable and good location and available parking which was important for us. room had all we needed and I enjoyed the stay.

the issue around the breakfast was not pleasant. I received a WhatsApp message in order for us to choose what we would like . and we didn’t get all that was ordered and there was a mixup with that. another issue was with the parking - we left the remote in the car , and when we wanted to go get things from the car later at night we couldn’t get in the parking. if we would have been told about that it would have been easier.

Absolutely loved my stay in Florence, a hotel with a twist, the rooms are incredibly comfortable to live in, not a lot of rooms which makes it more spacious with each room. The one thing I absolutely loved and it's an accessory that I don't see all that often... shutters on the window! Blessing when you really want to get some sleep and you can make sure the room is completely blacked out!

The hotel is situated around a lot of businesses and away from the hustle of the city, it is a bit of a walk from the main attractions of Florance but that can also be a blessing.

It was easy to get to and from the train station and if you are flying into Florence airport then even easier . It is a 15 min walk to the city which was fine for us . The property felt like we had our own little apartment. Breakfast is basic but perfect for us as we don’t like big meals. We would definitely stay there again and have recommended to friends and family .

It was a bit on the outskirts of the city. Not too much of a walk and I knew that when I booked it. The area lacked a bit of the charm of the historical center but everything else far out weighed that. It was a great value and we loved it!

The room and bathroom were spacious. Everything was nicely decorated. They sent us instructions on how to access the property beforehand and let us check-in a little bit earlier.

Breakfast options are scarce and you can only choose two drinks and two food options per person, when the description says "buffet breakfast". Even though the bathroom was quite big, the shower was rather small and it was impossible to keep it from overflowing. Location was what we expected, but bare in mind that it's not very close the city centre.

Everything was good. Was in Florence only for 2 nights, so had too many things to do, and the room was just a place to sleep. This was one of those places that made me feel I was missing out by not staying in the room for longer. Very comfortable and clean. Cristiano was really great. He contacted me multiple times to make sure everything was Ok. Breakfast was provided and served promptly at the requested time, and it was good too.

Nothing about the property. Just the location. But I was aware of it when selecting the place.

Everything was managed remotely. Great location - close to train station as well as airport.

Breakfast portions were too small.
