It was in a great location, room just as advertised. Was very easy to walk there from the train station and was walkable to everything. Check in and out was easy. Breakfast at the local restaurant was great. A Pastry, orange juice and hot drink.

We were in a front room facing the street. Since it is over restraints the noise is loud until about 2 AM. If you are a light sleeper you will have trouble so being ear plugs. We are all heavy sleepers so it was not a problem.

PERFECT location (so close to everything and very safe but still a couple streets over from the maximum touristy/busy part of Florence where the cathedral is). Clean, good wi-fi, with a cool bar downstairs with a fun vibe and extremely helpful staff.

The pillows were quiet flat and hard which I found uncomfortable. The air conditioner could have been a bit cooler but I was there during a July heatwave.

Great location that is close to everything in Florence. The room was quiet and clean. The air conditioning was a lifesaver as it was so hot!

The air conditioner struggled to fully cool down the place (the bed is upstairs in a loft), but it was a heat wave in Florence so this might be more unusual. Please be aware that you need to check in and pick up the keys at the Fermento Food & Beer restaurant.

the address on booking.com is a bit confusing. it says number 14 online but it is actually number 38! we took a while to find the place and had to make a call to them (they were very helpful!) i think this is because of the different numbering systems used. maybe it would be easier to put the address of Fermento, the pub, instead online, or to at least put some additional clarifying info.

Its above a bar music was quite loud.. The only issue was the bar held the key. Quite rude . Gave us the key. When we returned as there was no number on the door he was quite annoyed that he had to take us to our room. Maybe have the room labelled so there are no questions. Other than that it was a very nice room.

Spacious room, good location, clean, the price includes a good breakfast in a caffe nearby. We didn’t hear any disturbing noises from other guests from our room. The room had a very convenient minibar and water boiler.

One of the walls was very hot and made the room feel warm, which was not that good in June. There is no elevator.

The location is easy to find next to Fermento Pub, close to Medicee museum. 8-10 minutes walk from the station. The room is very spacious, clean and nice painting wall :) good facilities, fridge and kettle absolutely stay here again, really recommend ps. can left the suitcase after check out.

very loud hard to sleep , bed and especially the pillows is not comfortable a all the breakfast is not in the place itself but in bakery next street (good one- it is not a bad thing - but should let us know that)

The room was lovely and right in the centre of town. We couldn't have asked for anything more!

The room was above the bar and on the main street so it was really noisy all through the night. I bought some ear plugs and that solved the problem.
