Great location, spacious room, friendly staff, good breakfast. Alessandro was extremely helpful with information about the city, and even carried our bags to the taxi after calling for our ride to the airport. This location is ideal, walking distance to the SMN train station, to all the important sights of the city, and a great buzz in the evening with all the restaurants and even live jazz band in the street. Just a few steps away from the San Lorenzo Basilica and Medici museum. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Nothing to dislike. Just beware there’s a flight of steps to walk up to reception, and a few stairs to traverse on the way to the rooms.

Comfortable bed, very nice room and very nice hotel generally. The bathroom was very clean, modern and big with useful facilities. Variety in breakfast.

At nighttime was noisy because the hotel is located in a busy spot with a bar right next to it. In the bathroom there was an automatic light with movement sensor. While I was having a shower the sensor couldn’t detect me and the light kept turning off. I had to open the shower door every 5 minutes so that the light would turn back on. There wasn’t an elevator so we had to carry our heavy luggage,luckily the stuff helped when I was leaving.

The location was excellent, the bed comfortable, the staff friendly and the room was clean and quiet. Towels were replaced and new shampoo/shower gel received daily, the breakfast was basic but good.

It was smaller than the impression I got from the pictures, and I don't remember seeing an indication that there is no lift, or that there are even more steps to climb once inside the hotel. This is just a personal preference, but I would have liked to also have some conditioner. Also, the towel rack was damaged, so I needed to be careful with it.

The location was wonderful! Right at the entrance there is a couple cafés and food shops that are even open till late at night. Only a few minute walk to great shopping areas, and 15 mins to the Uffizi Gallery, 5-10 mins to the Accademia Gallery. In addition, the staff were all so pleasant with us and even gave us amazing recommendations for food and other activities in the area with a map of the city for reference. Breakfast was also delicious!

Only complaint would be the slightly thin walls but only echoing into the hallway, no real trouble with it to be honest except if people are checking into rooms nearby. Otherwise, perfect!

The localisation was fantastic and the room was clean & quiet. For some people the room may be too small, but as I was traveling on my own, it had really enough space to rest (the bed was comfortable) after long trips. The air condition was working properly. There was a possibility to leave the luggage after check out. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast (typical Italian one + some products for international tourists). Very good value for that money!

Rome is full of hotels. one never finds the best but this one ranks high when you want to be in the center with affordable parking nearby. The staff is marvelous and the rooms are cosy and functional. The breakfast is opulent and gives you just the right sustenance for what you will do in Florence: walking

No lift, so you have to be prepared for sone heavy lifting (luggage if not also yourself)

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and make our stay enjoyable. The room was very nice... small, yet the tall ceilings and design made it feel spacious. Air conditioner worked great, which was a big plus considering the heat of the day.

There are a lot of stairs to climb to get to the hotel; however, we didn't really mind. Could be an issues for some, especially if carryng a lot of heavy bags.

This was our second stay at the Accademia Hotel and we really enjoyed our visit. The location is fantastic, Very close to all the sightseeing. Easy to walk anywhere within a few minutes. The Duomo was only a 2 or 3 minute walk from the hotel. All the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

Lovely hotel, very clean and bright. The breakfast was lovely, plenty of food and staff was very helpful. The front desk staff were wonderful! Franco, Alessandro all front desk team were friendly, kind and enthusiastic. Extremely helpful especially when my cousin was sick. So compassionate and sweet. They made you feel like family.

Just like the photos. Large very comfortable double bed, folded up single (armchair) as well. I had room 118- double sinks, built in seat in shower. Luggage storage for several days before or after checkin so I was able to take just an overnight bag to Siena. Several small courtyards for guest use- check your fire escape plan to find them.
