The rooms are quite spacious, the facilities in the room were nice as well.

Guys sharing the room with are all nice but I feel it would be better if the hostel pays a little more attention to the gender ratio in one room, so I don’t have to be the only female in the room for three nights. Not an issue though, just feel it would be nice if it could be more balanced in some way.

I actually got to stay in a 4-bed female dorm. It was modern, had an excellent view, and lots of space for your belongings. The pillows were amazing, making the beds super comfy. The location was perfect and the cleaning was brilliant.

From the room 10.there is a wonderful view for the Medici's Chapell.Everything is pretty close to the hostel, perfect choice for a short stay to discover the town. Restaurants are nearby too, if you wanna drink the morning coffee outside. . I tried many hostels before and this was one of the bests. Free coffee, tea in the kitchen and free towels. The rooms are clean and I found the beds comfortable. Very helpful, and charming italian guys in the reception by the way. 😅👌

Too cold the building and it would have been better if the staff look after more for the heating under the cold and rainy days. The check-out time is too early. Would be better change it at least until 11.

Room was very spacious and the ceiling was gorgeous - the rooms are pretty old, but I think it plays into the atmosphere. About 10 minutes' walk from the main station and convenient for all the main attractions, it's also right in front of a church and the street market. There was also a small supermarket about less than 5 minutes away. Reception staff was very nice both during check-in and when I asked to leave my bag for a short while after check out.

The lockers in the rooms didn't have keys; there was also only one bathroom in the room, and since another person was showering I couldn't use it; I was told I could use another one (not inside the rooms), but that, too, was occupied with someone showering.

I stayed 5 nights in this hostel. Location is the best - 12 mins walking from train station, main attractions and the central market are so close. I shared room with 3 other ladies (not my first choice to share bathroom) but my bed is located on the loft and the same level of the bathroom which is a big bonus. (I was told that it's the best room). First day I spilled water on my bed, the cleaning lady did her best to dry my bed, all staff are very friendly and helpful.

Steep stairs, make sure you hold on to the railing while walking up and down. A bit noisy early in the morning because the leather merchants started their setting around 6am. Bathroom was a bit cold and had no exhaust fan. Sensor light is good to save electricity, but it turned off in the middle of my shower. It will be better to give additional 5 mins. It's very cold to open the shower doors to wave a couple of times to reactivate the light!

Emerald Palace was an amazing place to stay in Florence. It was in an amazing location with easy walking access to the leather market, the duomo, many restaurants, and a bunch of other sights. Not to mention they offered a lot of great amenities and our room was wonderful. Super clean and comfortable for us! It was honestly a beautiful property and the staff were exceptional. They gave us recommendations of what to see while in Florence, and they were very respectful. I would also add that check in and check out was a very smooth and easy process. The money spent staying here was definitely worth it.

I loved everything! The staff, especially Matt, the night staff - we incredibly lovely and helpful! They treat you like family! I felt so welcome. The property is large, very clean and well maintained, has excellent facilities and is in an excellent location with everything in close walking distance. I didn’t have to catch public transport at all as I was able to walk everywhere. I highly recommend this fantastic BnB, it was a lovely base to explore Florence from and I felt so comfortable, safe and welcome here 🙏🏼❤️ Grazie!

Everything. The rooms, the common spaces and the personal

Very nice hostel located in the very centre of the city. The common rooms include a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 cute teraces with a charming view on the roof of Florence. The Rooms are big, toilets are clean and all the comforts are included (i.e shampoo, soap, towel). Reception is open 24 h. Receptionist are very very competent and nice. Receptionist Elio gave me very good tips about the city and receptionist Matteo was very very friendly and ready to solve any problems. There is also a lockroom open 24h with the possibility to leave the lagguage for free even after the check out. Simply perfect Highly recommended!!!

The staff was really amazing: available, friendly, smiling, ready to help in everything I needed. They made made me feel very welcome. They even gave me a locker and towel at no extra cost, let me choose my bed and tried their best to try to adapt their room management to meet my request to be put in the same room with a friend. Great example of excellent hospitality and client centricity! Thank you guys 🙂, your attitude contributed significantly to my stay in Florence. Very centrally located. Plenty of space to safely store your belongings in the room. Professional coffee machine available.

The bathroom was a bit small, and given the number of people using it perhaps could be cleaned more often. The shower had some little issue with the door. In the room I was assigned to, the bidet was missing (available in other bathrooms).
