Central location - very close (walking distance) to the main attractions in florence. Very friendly staff, spacious rooms and excellent location with a lot of food and drinks available nearby. The rooms were exteremely tidy and overall it was a comfortable stay. Luggage storage option was available which helped us immensely to travel around Florence without the worry of our bags. I will recommend this to my friends.

Facilities listed in booking.com said it had air conditioning however, it was not ON. We did not need it as it was not that hot. But we had booked this expecting that there will be AC as mentioned in the advertisement

The location is within walking distance to major landmarks in the City, only 3 minutes walk to the Mercato Centrale (Central Market) a place tourists shouldn't miss. There are so many good restaurants and gelato shops on the same streets. The room size is average; the best of it is cleanliness and having the air conditioning unit running well. There is a small fridge in the room, which adds some convenience. We arrived at the time scorching heat overwhelmed almost everyone. The room is also a great escape, a short rest from the summer heat for families with young children or the elders between day tours and dinner time outsides. Beside, there is a vending machine across from the front desk on the first floor and you can conveniently buy water bottles here.

I wish that an elevator is available from street/grounds floor to first floor.

A nice friendly welcome and great service even though I was a guest only for a single night. Location is great. I think normally this place is booked out for ages in advance and I got a room because of a cancellation or a little gap between other customers. My point is that I think they could raise prices and make more money in the short term but as an ongoing concern they prefer to keep prices very reasonable and rely on people coming back time and again. Just an impression, but I felt this wasn't an establishment testing what the market will bear but a family business planning to be around for a long time. and I liked that very much in a city where the tourist population is naturally very high and supply of accommodation is limited.

Some people might be affected by the noise of revellers outside. BUT the room had windows with modern double glazing and then another older window as well and then a shutter for the light. So in the end, the noise (even on a Friday night) didn't stop me from sleeping, although I am a light sleeper. And the complete blinds mean the sun doesn't blaze in at dawn. All in all, this could almost be in the "what did you like" part.

Location is perfect; super central and within walking distance to the station, market and Duomo. Room was a proper triple with plenty of space for all three of us including our luggage. Bathroom was large and well appointed. Lift was great fun. Staff were super lovely, friendly and helpful. They ordered us taxis and let us store our bags until we left the city. We felt safe and welcomed there. Great restaurants and cafes for all meals on the doorstep (cafe that does yoghurt bowls, eggs and avocado toast, and smoothies literally next door. Amazing gluten free restaurant opposite - book it!)

It's a busy part of the city with some nightlife, so I was grateful for earplugs, but my friends did not report being disturbed particularly. The man working the desk on the evening the third person in our party arrived was not as welcoming and friendly as the others, but we barely saw him thankfully. Everyone else was delightful!

It is a little hotel right in the touristic centre of Florence. That being said, it was very nice and good value for money. The staff was welcoming and accommodating. The hotel seems to be quite old and old-school, which I mean in a positive sense. It is charming. There are what feels like a thousand rules mentioned by the staff and printed on little posters and signs on the walls but never in an appalling way. Our rooms were on a higher floor which gave us a nice view over Florence. Everything was tiny but nothing was missing either that we might have needed for one night.

The hotel's location is excellent, from my room I had a direct view of the Cappelle Medicee! The staff was kind and accommodating. Received a complimentary upgrade to a larger room midway through my stay (photo's from the first (1p) room are attached). The room and bathroom were very clean.

The rooms look a little dated (part of the furniture attached to the wall, but this is clear from the pictures) and the bathrooms were small-ish, which is not an issue exactly, except when you don't want your hair wet and the showerhead is fixed. You also had to hand in your keys everytime you stepped out of the hotel and had to be back before 2AM (again not often an issue, but something to remember when booking). In my first (1p) room the 'desk' was too high to work from comfortably, but this was no issue in the second (2p) room.

The location was great. It was about 4min walking from the Tram Station Unitá, and above a really nice bar that served some delightful aperitivo. The staff was always really nice, and they kept my bags in the last day after my check-out. I stayed in a room with personal bathroom, and it was all very clean and functional. The room was spatious and comfortable, and the noise cancelling was almost 100%. It certainly kept away most of the noise from the busy street. Another nice touch: it was rather cold for most of the weekend, so the heating was turned on in the bathroom, so I never was cold while taking a shower. Overall, I think it was really worth it, and a great value-quality choice.

It was a cute place run by a small family. The hotel sits on the corner of a busy intersection, so it has great access to lots of restaurants and the landmarks. Thankfully, the windows are double paned the place is pretty well insulated from the sound when they’re closed so it was easy to fall asleep.

There was no fridge so we weren’t able to bring home snacks for breakfast or lunch, but because it was close to stores we just got what we needed when we needed it.

The situation is just the center of Firenze and it is close to the other tourist spot with walking distance. Historic central market is behind with so many mini market for meal. Staff there was kind and will to help. Though the room was a little old,I felt comfortable and had a nice stay for 3 nights with clear environment. On the leaving day, they offered luggage storage service for free and I could surfed around the city in the day time and smoothly took my luggage back to the new hotel.
