Amazing amazing location!!! By walk - Duomo 1 min, Palazzo Vecchio & Piazza Della Signoria - 5 mins, Ufizzi & Ponte Vecchio - 6 mins... Perfect place to explore Florence. We'd go to the Duomo & other areas at 7 7:30 in the morning and you'd get to experience the Piazzas and the Arno in a whole new light. Close by the Train station, Central Market etc. Close to great restaurants and shopping. Amazing room!! Very large, even by American standards. Comfortable beds, clean. The rooftop is an amazing place to unwind in the evening and chill with your partner. Breakfast, in partnership with Kannubio, is really good. The best scrambled eggs & bacon I had ever. In addition to the standard Italian/continental fare. Nice & friendly staff - Andrea.

Absolute warm welcome from the hosting staff whom took the time to generously advise us on the map of Florence. Great recommendations on where to spend our time and where to eat like a local. The building is based in the heart of town with just short walk to main attractions of museums, churches and shopping. Modern facilities in an old building. The bathroom was beautifully renovated and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The room was finished with a stunning chandelier. Exceptionally clean and smelt tropical and fresh.

The elevator was very small which meant for multiple trips to bring up luggage, However many would be thankful not to cart up the steep stairs. At least there is a choice for one or the other.

The staff were very friendly. The room we had was spacious and clean, comfy bed, a shower with good water pressure. The hotel was very easy to reach via tram from the Florence airport. It is also very well located, within walking distance to all the main attractions

Contrary to previous reviews, we did not find the breakfast in the restaurant next door so great, the establishment itself has beautiful décor and the staff are nice, but the breakfast is very limited.

Property is in a great location, walkable to everything including the train station. Lucca was so helpful, he spent time showing us a map and where to go. The room was large, with great A/C , and a big bathroom. There was also a bar downstairs and breakfast buffet next door each morning with delicious cappuccino.

For check out we had to wait on someone to arrive and there were three different groups leaving, we had to call for someone to come.

Place is exceptional. Coffee at the roof with unforgettable view. Very comfortable bed, pillows, clean room with all necessary facilities. Complementary coffee and cookies in the room. Luca met as in a very gentle and warm way. He made our stay at Firenze special, gave perfect hints where to go when, assisted with early breakfast packs as well as printed our airplane check-in tickets. Supportive for every request. Bravo! Breakfast was so good, next door to the property. If you are more than 2 guests take note that the elevator fits for 2. Definitely will be back.

A warm welcome. Friendly staff. Roof terrace with views of the Basilica. Fridge in room. Cleanliness excellent. Peace and quiet. Lovely breakfast included at the neighbouring restaurant. Superb location midway between station and Doumo. Many good places to eat close by. Atmospheric old part of the city.

Not easy to find initially (very small signage). Room remained warm/ hot despite air conditioning - a very hot time in Florence anyway. Small lift if more than 1 person with baggage.

Great little place with exceptionally friendly staff - i cannot emphasize how lovely both Luca and Andrea were, so helpful in answering all our questions and catering to our needs. The property itself looks old initially but is actually quite nice from the inside and all the furniture is quite new, clean and comfortable. The location is also exceptional- only a few minutes from the shopping center and all major attractions.

Perfect location. Nice breakfast in the restaurant next to the BB. Helpful and polite staff. Clean and spacious room. Very cozy rooftop with a view of the Dome next to the BB. Highly recommended.

We arrived late (19:30pm) and the air-condition was not turned on when we entered the room. As a result, the room was cold till the next morning. I think that they had to turn it on a few hours before our arriving, in order for the temperature of the room to be normal. Since the next morning and for the following days, the temperature of the room was normal and we could sleep pleasantly.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They provided a complete guide of places to visit as well as to have lunch, dinner and drinks. They were all amazing recommendations! The place is beautiful. It was an old cloister that is full renovated in the third floor for the hotel. The top floor terrace is amazing. The breakfast is in a restaurant on the same street. It is a continental style breakfast which has many nice options.

The hotel is located on a third floor of an old building. They managed to put a lift but this is extremely small. I would not recommend if you are sensible to closed spaces. Anyway, the stairs are amazing and it wasn’t a problem to go up and down.

Perfect for our one night stay in Florence - the pull out couch worked for our young girls to share and the bed was comfortable for us. The bathroom was great and all the facilities were very modern. There is even a terrace for anyone staying at the hotel to enjoy at your leisure.

It was a little tricky to find because a lot of things in the area have a similar name. We ended up calling the hotel and figuring it out.
