good location. in center of shops and restaurants. a fun location. can just walk all over. located on side street. I felt immersed. wonderful free breakfast. big display of everything. clean cute small room, but an extra sofa like bed. just right for one or two people. felt safe and cozy. very clean. helpful staff. called for taxi often. had a feeling of Europe, the quaint and old fashion, but nice and comfortable.

no one actually being there on the property in evenings. it’s a smaller older place. so no 24 hr staff. didn’t ever need them, but worried a little if I did.

I liked the breakfast a lot. It was the same every day, but always fresh and included everything needed: many different kinds of bread, toast, croissant, cakes, jam, butter, egg, salami, ham, vegetables, fruit and even cereals. The juices (3 different types) were of good quality. The morning coffee / capuccino was also very delicious ❤️. The location was excellent, close to the railway station, the Medici Chapel and the Duomo.

The room itself overlooked an inner garden, so it was a quiet room, but sometimes the staircase was noisy in the morning.

Location is perfect. Close to everything, most importantly the train station. Lovely places to eat nearby. Inside it is pleasantly quiet. The place itself is a well-preserved old building with high ceilings, marble bathrooms and some other fine features that make it look elegant.

They only provide one key for two people. Breakfast is not bad but could be a little bit better.

Very central location, a few minute walk from duomo. Good continental breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were a good size, beds very firm (which we liked). Water pressure and temperature of showers was good. Easy and secure fob system to re-enter property in the evenings.

There is a courtyard where people smoke and sometimes you get a whiff of it in the hallway.

charming historic building in excellent location. large room and bathroom. Very clean.

a little difficult getting in and around the building with multiple elevators and locked gates. Just ring the doorbell outside front door if confused.

Beautiful room. A good combination of old history charm and modern functional amenities. Breakfast a definite plus. Close to all the attractions especially the outdoor flea Market by Central mkt. Best deals in Florence.

Amazing location within a 5 minute walk to the train station one way and Duomo the other direction. Quiet street with some amazing restaurants and cafes tucked away just blocks from much busier areas. Clean, comfortable and authentically Italian for a reasonable price for Florence! We’d be happy to stay here again when we return to Florence!

City center, great restaurants nearby, 10-15 walk to every attraction. Nice little garden in the courtyard

The google map to the address is wrong, I have to call the front desk to find the building

The location is perfect: close to the train station and right in the center. I had booked a single room but I found a room with a double bed and was very happy! Breakfast was just perfect..variety and quality wise. Anything that you can ask for in a room was there. ..perfect air conditioning...super comfortable bed and pillows..immaculate linen and towels..spacey shower..boiler..selection of tea...cappuccino..coffee and mini bar. Staff was welcoming and helpful

Do not expect a modern look..it's a traditional florentine house with same style furniture but everything is super clean so even if it's not my favorite style still I loved it!
