We are a family of 4. On site, there are 3 hotels and 1 hostel. Great breakfast. We opted for a room with 4 twin beds which worked out fabulously. We loved the terrace on our same floor but never used the kitchen. Location was FABULOUS! We could walk everywhere. It was also very close to the train station but in a very safe area! Our youngest left behind his new little stuffed animals. We appreciate how they searched the room even if they never found them. Later on in our trip, we stayed at a hostel. Comparing the two, Ostello Bello Firence, the hostel on site with Hotel Azzi, was fabulous and had so many wonderful perks the other hostel did not offer where we had to pay extra for everything, including a towel. So book this place now, whether the hostel or one of the hotels!

One of the twin beds had a big depression in the mattress. The other 3 mattresses were great!

The staff was wonderful, helpful, and fun. I happened to arrive the day they were celebrating their first anniversary, so there was a party near my room, which was a bit noisy. This wasn't a problem on the second night. This hotel is cheerful and combines the old with the new. It was a happy experience, even though I couldn't figure out how to use the air conditioning remote. If you have any questions, be sure to ask the staff. They will find the answers.

I was pretty happy all the way around. Good location. Helpful staff. A welcome drink. What's not to like?

Staff were great, room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The beds were very comfy. Good value for money. Very nice location!

There is a hostel in the same building, on the floor below us. Sometimes it was very noisy as young drunk people were up late. We had to ask them to be quiet at 3am on 2 occasions.

my room was next to the common kitchen so i appreciated that the kitchen was being closed at night - otherwise it could have been a bit noisy

difficult to find. the stay was booked at Azzi hotel, but the signage outside says sthg different.

The location is excellent, near to the station train, the Duomo, the Palazzio Vecchio, San Lorenzo Market and other atractions. The staff is fantastic. The breakfast was amazing. It's not a convencional hotel, the reception is in a bar, but if you have a youth spirit, this place is for you! And everything goes perfectly!

Azzi is a hostel, which we didn't know for some reason when we booked. Our faimly is comprised of old and young. But it didn't matter at all! It has a great staff of young people and good food in a small bar and is close to Il Duomo and many other important sights. It also has an elevator which helped us old folks.

I didn’t realise that this hotel was part of a hostel & tbh I probably wouldn’t have booked it if I had…however, this place is great, rooms are basic but very comfortable, location is good & the staff cannot do enough for you

It was near the train station.The Staff were very friendly And open minded.It’s like you’re part of a family there.Definetly going back to Florance and Azzi Hostel

Sometimes the A.C. gets broken but the staff fixed it.

The staff was great. The hotel was definitely worth the money the ask for. The location is also great if you are a tourist.

It wasn't as quiet as I expected, because of young people coming home late at night loughing and talking loud. Not so often anyway.

Booked a single room. The room was clean. The breakfast was great and also the receptionists were very helpful
