The brekfast was good! The location was very good!

Was very expensive for two star hotel... We did not like the behaviour of the stuf in the brekfast and the ladies of the cleaning rooms that they did not say even good morning when we were telling them good morning. The visitors should know also that does not exist any buffet available as was mentioned in the INTERNET..just because they do not offer coffee and tea in the rooms they have machine outside your room that you can have... This possible they mean buffet.... ALSO IT IS NOT THE CLASSICAL HOTEL AS WE KNOW IT IS A HOTEL IN THE 3rd FLOOR OF NICE OLD BUILDING AND IN THE OTHER FLOORS ARE OTHER HOTELS....

Great breakfast and friendly staff. Good location to the places we had in mind to see. Nice clean room, comfortable bed. Enjoyed using the quirky, old,gated elevator. It was something new to me.

Only one minor thing, the filtered water machine wasn't working one of the days we were there, but it hardly impacted anything on the trip. But since water was never free anywhere but the fountains that we didn't feel comfortable using, it was a tiny inconvenience that day.

There was a good choice of food for breakfast. There was a room with tea and coffee making facilities you could use including a bean to cup coffee machine. There was a microwave there too but I did not try it. You could walk to most Florence tourist attractions in half an hour at most though many were much less than that.

The hot breakfast option of bacon and scrambled eggs was not very hot. One morning the shower ran cold just after I had covered myself with soap. It was fine the other two mornings.

The location was fantastic - around the corner from the train station and a 5-15 minute walk to the historic centre, depending where you want to go. We arrived a few hours before check-in and they stored our bags for us for free. Breakfast is nothing fancy, but nice to have to get the day started. I would probably stay here again.

The towels and house keeping supplies are stored in the hallway so it looks a bit cluttered.

Great location to train , shopping, restaurants, attractions. Loved that someone was at the lobby desk from very early morning until very late at night for added security and to help answer any questions. Staff was very friendly and helpful with our questions. Included morning breakfast was a nice added bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

We reserved the economy room which is smaller than some of the other rooms. I wish I would have spent a little more on the upgraded room. This is not a fault of the hotel as this is what I knowingly booked and the room was very clean and comfortable, just smaller than we would have liked with all of our luggage. I will book the larger room next time.

The location of the hotel is perfect, very close to the central station and city centre is 10min on foot. The man who checked me in was incredibly helpful and nice. When you leave the elevator, there is a very pleasant smell, very chic and comfortable hotel.

During our stay they changed the AC unit, was working fine before, afterwards it didn’t turn on. Breakfast is small selection but absolutely sufficient

Location near the train station and within walking distance of all the main venues was perfect. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was quite large and well lit with a nice view. Fast elevator built for two.

No screens on the windows meant a few mosquitoes got in and a few had been previously killed on the walls...if we noticed this, the cleaning staff should have as well...but otherwise the room was clean and well cared for. The breakfast buffet was nice but the coffee machine was broken for 3 of 4 days we ate there.

The staff was very friendly, happy and welcoming! Our room was very nice, renovated and different from the photos I had seen but I liked it very much. It was light and white in color, very tasteful and comfortable and the renovated bathroom was beautiful. The location was great for us, right next to the station but very peaceful. We could walk to Duomo in a few minutes and actually found our two favourite trattorias between Fiorita and Duomo. The day we left we could leave our luggage in the hotel for a few hours and when we returned to collect them we could use a common room to write our postcards etc. Very nice place!

This wasn't an issue for us, but the lock in the bathroom door didn't work. We were very happy with our stay.

Fantastic city centre location, minutes from the main train station and the airport tram. Room was basic, but clean and well presented. Reasonable breakfast selection

Breakfast item availability varies during the morning, food doesn’t seem to be replenished during breakfast hours. Lighting poor, had to unplug a flickering bulb. Property and fixings quite dated and damaged in places

The location is perfect: 5 minutes from the train station and 10 minutes walking to the city center. It was calm. Breakfast was very good with variety of selection( scramble eggs, cheese, ham, cake, fruits, yogurt and good coffee ) and nice view. We liked as well the automat for the cold water and the coffee around the clock.
