Location was good. Rooms were clean. Staff who work there in day time was very nice.

We paid extra for breakfast, it is better not to do that and do your breakfast outside. Even though the staff is super lovely, the breakfast is really not worth it. Tons of cafes and places outside just by walking distance. Most of the time there is no staff, and you do your own check-in etc. which is fine, but sometimes it may have disadvantages, when we were staying they had an unfortunate occasion which some guests started to fight violently in the middle of the night, and somehow someone contacted the owner. He came and they also attacked him, which then lead to police to intervene and take the guests from the hotel. They apologized and said this happened the first time which we believe them.

Good location, next to the bus station, 20 min walk from the train station. 5 to 10 min min walk to the Duomo depends on how fast you walking. If you have heavy luggage it may be a long walk for you. You can take taxi or bus. Just message property for a bus number and name of the bus stop. Room was a little bit outdated. However, I was there only to sleep. Overall ok breakfast just what you can expect in Italy coffee , croissant, yogurt and fruits. They have fridge in a kitchen and safe in a room. I had late check in, directions were very clear on how to get in. Once you inside, you get you keys from a small box. The only thing they can add that after you punch all numbers to open this box you have to twist nob on top of the box. Keep in mind there is no shampoo just a soap.

private bathroom next to the desk if you booked single room, set of keys 4 to be exact to open the front door, door into B&B, door into a room and bathroom door

Despite not having a reception service 24 hours, a lovely girl from the staff team met me to do the check-in on the evening I arrived. She showed me the room and the bathroom (which was not inside the room but I wished it was) and how do the keys work for every door Besides the room there were comfy couches at the reception hall and another room with tables and chairs where we could sit and rest and have some coffee or tea Also since i was traveling late on the day of the check out, I was given a key to the main door so I could retrieve my luggage after leaving the accommodation during the day and handling my room key

The accommodation is located in a not so nice street so it's something to have in mind when you book. Also maybe a big sign with the name of the hotel or a bigger number that can be seen from afar. When I got to the hotel the first evening it was hard to find the address since Google was telling me that it was a few houses before it actually was. The house number was very small and hard to find at night with not much light from the street. Even when I ordered food to the apartment, the driver could not find the number and was already leaving

Great Location. It’s an old building and they kept the decor inside true to its time, so you really feel immersed in the culture. I was able to come and go as I pleased. The AC works great.

My bathroom door had a large frosted glass window in it. My bathroom was located next to the front entrance of the B&B. I could see everyone pass by the window while I was in the bathroom. I didn’t like the idea that they could probably kind of see me too.

The property is just on the outskirts of centro storico, so you’re in walking minutes to everything but it’s quiet and close to the local residential area

Most rooms are off the reception and have grand ceilings; which make every noise echo and doesn’t allow privacy - as a solo traveler I didn’t care because I was quiet myself but I felt bad to return at 3am as I thought I might wake up other guests.

It was pretty quiet around the time I stayed there, the bed was also very comfortable. I loved being right in the city center to could walk to everything I wanted to see.

Sometimes you could here other people talking on the other side of the wall but it's an old apartment so that's expected most of the other quests were pretty quiet most of the time.

Good location to explore the city of Florence, on 15 min. walk from the Central Station. Clear instructions received in advance how to reach the Casa Rovai Guest House, retrieve the room key (late check-in in our case) Comfortable room, clean bathroom. The team of Case Rovai was friendly, helpfull. Both in person as on Whatsapp, with a personal attention at check-out.

- perfect location - kind staff - cool antique feel - clean - free water purifying machine - lots of towels - no noise from street (noise inside though) - would stay here again

- the doors are very thin and when the quests wake up and start moving in the common areas, you hear EVERYTHING. Ear plugs are a must! The other is also true - anyone outside can hear into your room.

The most comfortable bed. Excellent shower. Friendly staff. Safe area with an outside garden/square to relax midday.

Our neighbor would knock on our door when we would talk. She was elderly and the walls were thin. You are not allowed to have food in your room but there are plenty of places to eat in the lobby or the garden square.

The staff is super helpful, the location is great and self check-in is pretty clear. Airco in the rooms works perfectly. Plug in mosquito repellent was standard!

No adapted sockets in the room, so we couldn't charge our laptop in the room itself. Still quite expensive for what it actually is.
