I want to say thank you to hotel Palazzo Graziani, for perfect room serwice. Also before my trip I asked for room with view for cathedra , so they give it to me. Thank you very much! Room was shiny, perfectly clean. Very good breakfast with amazing view on terrase for whole city!

The staff is pleasant and helpful. The views of Florence from the rooftop terrace are spectacular. Otherwise, the accommodations are quite basic. If this is your first trip to Florence and you are looking to be charmed, you may want to choose a different spot. If you've been to Florence several times and just need a place to sleep for a couple of nights while you take in a concert or an exhibit, the Palazzo Graziani is good, relatively inexpensive choice. The staff does a good job and the location is within easy walking distance of everything central.

The furnishings in the room and common areas are a bit spartan and dated.

The location and view from this property is pretty amazing. My room was small but very comfortable. There was AC in the rooms and the bed was comfortable. I loved the rooftop terrace with the 360 degree view of Florence. Their breakfast was good, though as a person who is gluten free, I would have liked to see a few more gluten free options. If you're not gluten-free, I think you'd be very happy with the variety of baked goods they provided. The location was fantastic as it was within walking distance of a lot of attractions. It is a little bit of a haul from the train station though.

Could have had more gluten-free options at breakfast. Other than that, it was a lovely place to stay!

Amazing B&B 2 minute walk to the breath taking Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral - very central. The room was clean and well equipped, we also had breakfast in the morning on their terraces which have an amazing view of the whole city. The building in which we stay was an old building full of history, the room we stayed in was actually one of their more modern rooms (which are not pictured on their listing) they seem to be newly renovated.

The room we booked looked very different to the one we got when we arrived (the rooms pictured have a more old wood style but the new one is was more modern) - at first this was slightly unsettling as they are not pictured but in the end we loved the room and appreciated the more modern style of the new room (and the modern bathroom was great), so this was not a problem for us.

Location was great and in a quiet building! Breakfast was good. Classic Italian breakfast with a few other options (no eggs etc). Beautiful views from Triple room and general terrace open to guests. The triple room we booked was essentially two rooms (1 with a single, and the other a double), each with a bathroom, and accessed by the same main door. Would be a great option for families or a close group of friends. It was easy to find the building and very close to main attractions. Close to some popular bars and restaurants. Upon arrival the check in staff took the time to briefly show us close attractions and recommendations. It’s a BIT of a hike from the train station but it’s too bad and you can walk right past the Duomo! We enjoyed the restaurant New Bridge close by for quick pizza options for Lunch.

Nice Italian hotel, near city centre, easy walk to all the beautiful cathedrals, restaurants and shopping area's. Spacious and really quiet rooms, good rest guaranteed. Very nice rooftop terrace with an amazing view on the city (must be great in summer to have a coffee or breakfast). hint: going out of the hotel, take left for some 150 meters to find a real Italian restaurant Trattoria Accadi - the owner will happily explain all the courses and advise a good wine with it... very affordable, nice local food. It avoids the more expensive tourist restaurants in city centre.

Add an extra euro for breakfast and serve good (italian) coffee; sadly it was not nice.

A small hotel ( 9 rooms) with extremely friendly and helpful owners/ staff. Great breakfast. Wonderful views from the terrace. Although no formal ( its B&B)restaurant and lunch/ dinner available the staff were always on hand and willing to knock up a snack or simple meal on request. Great Trattoria only a few minutes walk away. An extremely clean hotel with lots of charm and class. Located within 5/10mins walk of the old centre with its tourist attractions. Has car parking spaces available,which is a rarity for a hotel which is in the old town.

It’s located on the 3rd floor of a wonderful old building. there is an elevator to the main floor and then some steps to the rooms and the roof deck. The rooms are very clean. The breakfast spread was good. The highlights were the view of the Duomo from our room window and the 360 degree view of Florence from the roof deck. We loved waking up to that view! The building and location were quiet, yet very easy to walk to everything in the city. It’s right near a piazza and streets with many restaurants and lots of activity at night.

We liked everything!

Since I was visiting the Archaeological Museum for work, which was right around the corner, this location was perfect. Since it is a B and B, it was on the small side, but the views were amazing, it was pretty quiet (I could still hear my neighbors I shared a wall with but that's about it), and very well located within the city as well (a 10 minute walk to the Duomo). The breakfast was very good and you can eat on the terrace which has a perfect view of the city - especially the Duomo! I found the bed comfortable as well and the room was the perfect size for a solo traveler.

Nothing really except one of my towels had something in it (a fake eyelash?) when I opened it, but everything else was immaculate.

I spent 3 nights here in November and was quite happy with this hotel. I booked a single room so I knew that the bed would probably be small and it reall was. But the view was freaking awesome. Both from the room and from the rooftop (The one in daylight is from the room) which you can access all day long. The room was right next to the are where breakfast was served so some noise in the morning. But the room was clean, close by to everything. It faced away from the busy street so was quiet with the window open.

It lies in a street with some very popular bars for young people where they stand out in the street due to small venues, so you might encounter a crowd on the way there. Also, the breakfast was quite meh (Dry pastery and such)..... but your in Florence, so much good food to find so it wasnt such a huge problem :-D
