Emanuel has been super helpful. He not only provided tips of where/how to go but, more importantly, where to eat. The restaurant, La Gratella, is just nearby. We enjoyed the food very much!

There is no boiler/kettle nor mugs in the room.

The front desk person (Colombian) was so kind and helpful; he saved us parking fees and advised us to drive to Venice and saved us a lot of hustle. A true professional, along with Adel, the night clerk. The family room was exceptionally clean and had all needed amenities. Finding the facility was a challenge and parking a nightmare.

Obviously driving around and parking. My expensive rental car was badly scratched trying to get out of an alley!

The double bed was very wide, enough for two adults and one two-year-old who doesn't want to sleep alone. The location is a good compromise between proximity to the train station and to the old town center. The view from the window is very nice, perfect for waking up to. The WiFi is super. Although the elevator didn't lift our large stroller without folding, it was still very nice that it was there.

Small feedback, overall everything was great. -- the windows shouldn't be left open in November (I understand summers in Florence are hot, but it wasn't summer). They were open when we checked in and we didn't notice until the middle of the night when it was quite cold. The next day, housekeeping had left them open again and the room was already cold when we came in the evening. -- housekeeping shouldn't be removing our clothes from the bed to make it. If our clothes are there, just leave it alone. -- the shower pressure was weak, but acceptable and the toilet flusher needs to be pressed write rapidly to work, but not a big deal.

I really liked this hotel! Everything was simply wonderful. The service was top-notch - the staff was polite and ready to help at any moment. The room was so quiet, it allowed for relaxation and rest. The hotel's location was just perfect - everything was close and convenient. And especially, fond memories of Endri - probably a unique employee of the hotel who made our stay even more enjoyable and memorable. We will definitely come back here again.

Staff were friendly, housekeeping was excellent and close to major attractions. The room was spacious and quiet.

Could not use the air conditioner in early May, staff made it sound like it was a city law, but not sure how accurate that is. Had to leave the window open, which cooled down the room in the evenings but also let the bugs in as well since Italy does not use window screens.

The hotel is basic. It was very clean. Staff were very helpful and very pleasant. The housekeeping staff were very efficient and paid attention to details. It is a 10 minute walk from the train station. 30 minute walk from all the major attractions. Lots of good restaurants in the immediate area.

The reception desk is on the third floor. There is no hotel lobby off the street.

The staff is excellent. The receptionist was nice enough to provide us a much better room at no charge upon our arrival. They always make me a free coffee to initiate a conversation which provided lots of traveling tips varying from local restaurants to fast train tickets… They are very trustworthy, friendly. We are definitely coming back next time visiting Florence. It is not only an excellent service, it’s also a human bonding that make our travel experience truly unforgettable. Again, we really appreciate the staff and please keep it up.

The room was clean. The staff was very friendly and willing to provide information about good locations to visit and eat. There were many restaurants and cafés surrounding the hotel and all tourist spots were within walking distance.

The bathrooms can’t be locked unfortunately.

A wonderful hotel which we felt very comfortable at. Large room spotlessly cleaned daily. Room also has a fridge which is very convenient. Walking distance to all Florence tourist spots, the station and wonderful restaurants. A coffee machine with beautiful coffee is accessible to guests at the entry to rooms. (no breakfast). Staff are wonderful - great value for money too😊

Great location with walking distance from the historic center and main touristic points. Lots of restaurants and bars around. There is a private parking nearby as it may be a challenge parking in the area. The staff is very friendly. The room was clean, the shower and heater were great. Highly recommend.
