Great location and staff helpful. The rooftop is lovely, especially at night.

It was disappointing that you were not allowed to take food to the rooftop. The hotel supplies drinks but would have been nice to have some cheese and wine. There also isn’t any umbrellas so you can’t use it on hot days until the shade hits one side. Even then there is only 6 chairs on that side. The air conditioning is not allowed to be touched so what it was set on (dry) didn’t really cool the room. The hairdryer in our room cut out after 5 mins so you had to wait 10-15 mins before you could use it again. Lastly the website said kettle in room but there wasn’t and when we asked we were told I was looking at the wrong website of which I pointed out I wasn’t. The facilities list needs to be updated. All the things on the list are not there.

Good Central location. Spotlessly clean. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was very good and lots of variety. Very quiet room. Good air con and WiFi. Very close to train station. Lovely rooftop terrace with great views.

I could feel the springs in the mattress so maybe a topper or renewal (room 1a) would be beneficial. The shower was hot but the shower head clip did not hold the shower head and it pointed at the floor so needs replacing. There was no shade on the rooftop terrace so too hot to use it unfortunately.It was also slightly hard to find but is next to Woodys. Take the first lift when you go through the doors..it tucked away to your left and then go to floor 5.

The hotel is within walking distance to all the famous places of the city and the train station. The room was very small and cramped, not enough for two people. The room was cleaned every day and the towels were changed. There is no kettle in the room, and if you want to have tea or coffee you need to order, for a fee. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the city. You can sit and order a drink. The supermarket is right in front of the hotel, which is very convenient. We liked the breakfast. I would recommend this hotel to those who travel light, without much luggage.

The cleanliness and staff behaviour

Every morning at about 5.00, people were speaking very loudly in the aethrium and for about 15 minutes you had to stay awake.

The hotel was centrally located and the staff were friendly. The rooftop terrace was a highlight and a great way to end each day. The breakfast was good although it would have been nice to have a little more variety. It was extremely hot during our stay and the air conditioning in the room was a lifesaver. The beds were very comfortable.

Overall our experience was very positive but there was a vague smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway and the bathroom fittings could use an upgrade. The air conditioner could also be a bit loud to run while sleeping.

The location was perfectly spaced between the train station and the main attractions making walking everywhere easy. The room has been recently renovated so very clean. The rooftop happy hour terrace was my favourite part. So relaxing to sit and listen to the music and take in the view

There was a foul odour of sewage in the hallway, which I imagine is out of the control of the hotel but it was quite off-putting. Luckily it wasn't so strong in the room itself. The pillows were a bit flat for my comfort but that's just minor. And the description calls the room "soundproof" but you can definitely hear everything in the adjoining rooms and hallways, which is to be expected in Europe I suppose.

The location was perfect to walk around the city: really next to the central market and the Duomo is in 5 minutes of walk. The attractions are all in walk distance. The view from the top floor is beautiful. It seems not many people enjoy the top view over the city and Duomo so it was so peaceful and beautiful. The receptionists are friendly. The bedsheet felt very clean.

The shower booth is really small and a bit slippery. There are 2 old style lifts in the building but one nearby the reception was out of order so it was a bit confusing and difficult to get up to the 5th floor where the hotel is.

Perfect location. Close to train station walkable distance less than 10 mins.Main attractions such as Duomo,Ponte vechio, Academia gallery, and restaurants,shopping areas,ATMs ,cafes,express stores are within walking distance. Staffs are very accommodating and helpful. The rooftop terrace ,morning or evening offers amazing views esp the Duomo firenze.Good spot if you want to chill and surprisingly quiet neighbourhood in spite its location. Would love to stay here again.

The location is a bit difficult to spot at first even if google maps said you arrived.Other than that nothing major.You have to ring main door and go up 5th floor where reception is.

Very easy to get from aeroport,take a train,ticket cost 1.50 euro and drive till last stop apx.15min and then about 5min walk.Last train 2AM and first 5AM.On the taxi we been payd when night time back 30 euro. Location brilliant,everything you can rich by walking. Croissants for breakfast was always fresh and very tasty. Lorenzo was very helpful,give us a map and recommended some restaurants. Nice view from terrace.

Room is small,but not bad. Shower is very small especially for the man,no soup. We have bought a couple bottle of water and put it on the fridge,so when we are checking out they are charged us for it.

The rooms were newly renovated and very clean. The bathroom was modern and the mattress, although very small for a single, was comfortable. The rooftop is absolutely amazing to enjoy a cocktail while watching the sunset. The breakfast also had a wide variety of good food.

The rooms were not soundproof so any noise on any of the levels at night easily traveled through the stairwell and into the room. The older staff working reception was smoking inside, just behind the reception desk, during breakfast which was disgusting for a non-smoker
