Excellent location for exploring on foot. good breakfasts and comfortable rooms. Nice to have a roof top terrace in the city.

There is no food or drink service until 2pm once breakfast has finished. Even the pool bar was closed. Ahead of our stay the staff were so helpful in booking dinner reservations for us and we had high hopes for the hotel. On arrival after an overnight delay in Amsterdam we we were disappointed to receive a frosty and unhelpful welcome. It later became apparent this was just one individual but she spoilt our impression of the hotel. A shame. We were a bit underwhelmed on arrival compared with the photos online.

The staff was amazing! They warmly greeted us every time we reached the lobby. My son got sick and they were very compassionate. We got a phone call next day to check up on us. It is also great that they staff the front desk 24/7 so when I left my key in room, it was no big deal. Plus, Carlitos was super helpful providing us whatever we needed whether it be a helping hand, extra toilet paper, or tips for our trip. I was also grateful for the powerful AC unit and location which is doors away from a self serve laundry mat, bank with ATM machine so no hidden fees, and a proper mini supermarket. It was great to be so close to everything especially the leather marketplace. It made for a wonderful stay.

Room was small and AC was powered off and controlled by master unit. I didnt realize it at first. But it was quickly fixed by receptionist after letting them know.

The hotel and the room were very clean and well taken care of. The hotel has a modern minimalist vibe that we enjoyed. Also the rooftop bar and pool area is gorgeous! We spent every single afternoon up there enjoying the views. lastly the location is great, about a eight minute walk from the train station and another eight minute walk to the Duomo.

The bathroom was small, we could make it work but everything is close together. Lastly we found the beds to be too hard, but this is a personal preference so we didn’t l really count it against the hotel.

The rooftop bar and pool are amazing. It's beautiful just to sit up there and enjoy a glass of wine. The location is great and right by the train station and the food market. The front staff were always very friendly and helpful. The AC worked great! The room was clean and it looks just like the pictures that you see online.

There wasn't really anything I didn't like. We arrived later in the evening and were too tired to walk anywhere for dinner so we went to the rooftop bar. They have a very small limited menu, but we weren't that hungry and so it was totally fine for us. There wasn't an iron in the room and that might be the only complaint I would have.

modern, clean, brilliant location. the bathroom immaculate. Water pressure was good and the shower was lovely, the soap smelt lovely. The most amazing thing was how quiet it was when it was so central. The rooftop was lovely. Breakfast was delicious. The slight annoyance was that there was a leaky shower door and the coffee machine needed a lot of presses to make a large cup of hot water. Only one pic as we were too busy enjoying everything…

I liked it all.

The hotel was so well designed, chic understated and functional. The pool was cold which was very welcome in 38°C heat. It was perfectly located in the heart of the city, and the windows were so efficient at blocking out the noisy street below it never affected our sleep. The breakfast buffet had a good healthy selection of foods and the staff were so helpful and friendly.

Honestly there wasn't anything to dislike.

fairly good position although lots of roadworks currently happening in the area. bedroom was comfortable although room was small. car park right next door to the property with a good service.

breakfast was disappointing having to pay a supplement for fried eggs and an omelette given the room price - fridge but no minibar in the room complimentary water on arrival but not replenished same with tea milk and coffee in the room.

This hotel is EXCELLENT! Firstly the hotel is in a great location, 5 min walk from the train station, 5 mins from the Duomo and 10 min walk from the bridge. We rented a car as we were travelling through Italy, although the hotel doesn’t have their own car park there is one directly next door/underneath the hotel you can use. We were £70 for 2 nights. The hotel itself was beautiful, really modern, fresh and clean. Bedrooms were simple but everything you needed, neutral colours and clean white linens. Bathrooms were modern and spotless. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in Italy, mix of hot and cold. The staff were so helpful, professional and friendly, nothing was too much trouble and I loved the 12pm checkout time. To save the best for last… the roof. The rooftop pool was amazing! It’s a small pool and only a few loungers but given the hotels central location it was perfect. The large bar area with a mix of lounge comfy chairs and bistro style were great, the bar was well stocked and drinks were delicious. Overall an amazing hotel and we will definitely be back.

Everything was excellent.

The staff were very obliging and approachable, particularly Corinna at the front desk who was very helpful and a great addition to our stay. The room was very comfortable and cool (great A/C in an Italian heatwave!). We loved the rooftop bar; the views of Florence were stunning. The breakfast was quite tasty, the bed was comfortable, and the location was second-to-none. Florence was right on our doorstep, we couldn't have asked for a better place. I would hope to return here on my next Firenze adventure.

The rooftop pool is a little small - we didn't get to try it as it was almost always in use, but that can only be a good sign! Our only feedback would be the price - however we booked at a very busy time in Florence.

The hotel is ideally situated in the centre of Florence, minutes away from the Duomo and the train station. Surrounded by bars and restaurants, it's easy to go out in the evening on foot. The staff was very friendly and helpful, recommending some places to eat. The room was lovely and spacious with a desk and a wardrobe, nice bathroom with a shower and a bidet. The breakfast room was spacious and the breakfast choice was excellent (the usual cooked breakfast, Italian pastries, cereals, fruit, etc). The staff was very friendly and spoke French and English. Amazing roof terrace with view over the city and the surrounding mountain range - and a swimming pool.

Unfortunately the bar was not open as it was too quiet (one week before Easter) but they still accepted to take orders of beer and soft drinks and take them to the roof terrace which was nice!
