Such a wonderful stay in this boutique-style hotel, with character, superb cleanliness (recently renovated and beautifully refurbished), right in the centre of the historic part of the city and in a spacious double room, with a comfortable bed, excellent walk-in shower and mini-bar. The staff were beyond helpful and friendly and there was always someone to welcome us at reception(available from breakfast through 11pm, there is not an overnight reception but entrance using key card 24/7. But we were never back that late, and happy to be tucked up in comfy bed watching TV and having drinks from the mini bar which was exceptionally reasonably priced. We enjoyed our breakfast in the mornings, and nothing was too much trouble (even getting extra milk for the mini bar for our very British end of the day cuppas! :). Highly recommend, a bit of a well kept secret and definitely hope to be back!

They were able to facilitate an earlier check in, which I really appreciated. Each staff member was friendly, professional and helpful throughout the stay, always with a smile on their face! My room was beautiful, the bathroom was sleek and modern...and the bed was so so comfortable! The breakfast choices were brilliant and v tasty. I did have some initial worry about being on the same floor as the breakfast room/bar area, but noise was never an issue. And of course, the location is ideal. Pretty much all the main spots to see within a max 15min walk. Lastly, as a solo traveller, it felt safe throughout!

This feels like I'm being picky, because I really don't have anything bad to say about this wonderful hotel! But it would be great if they could offer some basic options (even snacks) for food outside of breakfast time. Just a thought though!

Very welcome, gentle and assisting staff. Room was quite spacious, well decorated, organized and very clean. Comfortable bed and matrix. Clean bathroom with top shower tab not bath tube….very convenient and continuous hot water supply. Descent breakfast. nice and convenient back yard. very good WiFi reception. Storage facility for your belongings especially if you have late flight and like to your around city. Airport is very near and you can get a bus to train station and very cheap, no need to spend useless money to taxi service

I do not know if there is any nearby parking facility, but in Florence you do not need car….you may enjoy it by foot.

Our stay at Corte dei Sogni Boutique Hotel & Spa Firenza was absolutely amazing! We felt entirely at ease and comfortable during our entire stay. The hotel's location was unparalleled. We were pleasantly surprised to discover that all our needs were conveniently met right at our doorstep. With parking in the garage that was close and an abundance of nearby stores, restaurants, and coffee shops, we had effortless access to all the amenities one could desire. This made our city exploration and overall stay much more convenient and pleasurable. All in all, our experience at Corte dei Sogni Boutique Hotel & Spa Firenza surpassed all expectations. The exceptional breakfast, unbeatable location, pristine rooms, and the incredible hospitality extended by Dario and the staff made our stay truly unforgettable. Very Recently Renovated with smart finishes. Everything was almost brand new and working perfectly. The style was great and matched Florences artistic history. The was a pillow menu in the room lol. Very Comfortable. Dario( If I remember correctly?) was very helpful. Stroke up a conversation with him on the day we were going to Pisa and he showed us a wonderful town - Forte dei Marmi that we would never have thought of going to. Wonderful soft sand beaches and many beach clubs. This place seems to be rated 3 stars? I've stayed in 5 stars around the world that were well worse on a room only comparison

Breakfast buffet not the biggest spread ever but still had a lot going on.

Exceptional location within 5 mins walk from the Train Station yet very quiet. Perfect for day trips to Venice, Bologna, Siena, Pisa, Livorno Etc. right next to the main restaurant area and right off of the main shopping street. all main tourist attractions are within 5-10 mins walk. Very spacious rooms ( we had the two level one) with 20 ft ceilings. Strong AC. though the lowest you can put it on is 20C/68F. comfortable beds

No use for the second floor unless you have a third person with you. I think it could be a better idea to have the main bed upstairs and a small bed downstairs leaving more space for luggage.

Great staff, super friendly and all seemed like they genuinely loved their jobs. Especially the main manager, I wish I wrote down his name, he was absolutely wonderful. Super yummy continental breakfast, great location, super close to the duomo and other tourist sites. Walkable from Firenze SMN train station even with bags.

We had a minor issue with the lights not turning on in the room with our key card in after staff was gone for the night but we figured it out after a couple tries of going in and out of the room.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed Yani! The owner and everyone went out of their way to make sure we were happy and well cared for. LOVED the pillow menu. I slept like a baby. My friend, who is a lighter sleeper, was kept awake by some noise coming from down the street from people out having fun. The location was great - easy to walk to great restaurants and everything very quickly. Only a few minutes to the Duomo.

We wished we were provided with washcloths, and the towels were a little thin. That is all we can say that we wished was better, but this is not a criticism, just a constructive suggestion on how to make this gem even more perfect : )

Wonderful hosts - helpful with any and every question we had. Spotless room! We stayed 3 nights and housekeeping came in every day, collected garbage and supplied clean towels. Amazing overhead rain shower with 2 sets of jets, and also a hand held wand. Breakfast was fantastic with a large variety of everything you could think of. Excellent location, and very secure property. We will make this our go-to hotel every time we visit Florence.!

Would be helpful to have a shelf in the shower to put soap and shampoo on. We spoke with the manager and he said he ordered these but due to the pandemic they have not arrived yet for installation. This will in no way change our selection to stay at a different accommodation.

Dario and team have an oasis in a perfect location in Florence. Especially if you are arriving by train. It’s walking distance from SMN train station. Once inside the large doors, stairs or lift to first floor and you are welcomed into a recently renovated boutique hotel. The room (Suite 12) was well appointed, crisp linen, very comfortable bed with pillow service. Spacious bathroom and high ornate ceilings. Loved the huge windows that could open or we also had them closed with the coolness of the air conditioning flowing. Each morning we were welcomed to a continental breakfast to commence our day. Everything was perfect. We will be back Dario - thank you.
