The bed is so comfortable!! Big nd clean room. Big bath room, very clean and new. Good location, near by the train station. Nice host, we can leave baggage there.

I have wonderful impressions after a two-week stay at "Margaret". 1. Thanks to Francesco and other staff for their kindness and responsiveness. They have created excellent accommodation conditions and take constant care to ensure a peaceful and comfortable stay. 2. The place is next to the Basilica of Santa Maria Novella and 10 minutes walk from the historical sights of Florence. "Santa Maria Novella" train station is 3-4 minutes away, which is an advantage for arrivals and departures, as well as for those interested in the historical towns around Florence.

We did not have breakfast at the hotel because they do not serve breakfast until 8. We had tours scheduled early, so unable to eat at the hotel. The hotel is very close, within walking distance of all the sites. We are also very near to the river, where there are many shops and eateries.

The room has been recently remodeled and they did it beautifully. My only complaints are the pillows and mattress in our room were more firm than I like. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location for getting around Florence. Everything was clean and the staff was very attentive and nice. Beds were very comfortable and room was large.

Rooms were not soundproof at all. You can hear noise not only from outside at all hours of the night, but you can hear everything the other guests are doing in their rooms as if they are right next to you.

The hotel was very well situated, near the train station! The room was very peaceful, spacious and clean. Most importantly, it was nice and cool, which is great in the July heat! The bathroom was separate, but also very clean. The staff were very helpful and made it easy for us to check in, and to leave our bags during the day. We had a great stay!

The bed was not the most comfortable as you could feel the springs. Also, in the morning, a few people started speaking very loudly at the reception around 8am for about 15 min, which you can hear very clearly in the rooms nearby. I do wish someone had told them to speak quietly so early in the morning.

Convenient location next to Florence train station. Easy walk to see the Duomo and other central sites. Very walkable city. The owners were extremely friendly and open to talking with us. They took great care of us.

We chose the room with a separate bathroom. It wasn't too bad. The bathroom is right down the hallway and we never had to wait long for others to use it. They keep it very clean and orderly. They also provided shampoo.

The property was really clean. The host was the kindest host ever. It was really cozy and comfortable. We had a private bathroom and shared toilet but it didn't feel like shared toilet it was ours. Everything was really clean. We had a coffee machine. It is really close to train station and city center. We walked everywhere. The lobby was really cute.

It was a little cold during night but this wasn't hotel's problem. This can happen in any property because of Italy's heating system

Pretty nice stay, in the reception they were very nice. It was possible to leave lugage before check in and after check out. Choose a large bed and that was what I found. Private WC which was nice. Location was perfect.

Bit expensive for what it is, but I understand it is due to location and Firenze is not such an unexpensive city anymore. Lots of noise in the morning by 8am but it seemed to be on the street/building and not due to hotel's fault.

The place is really close to the centre of Florence. We walked everywhere. The room was neat and tidy, quite old and the bathroom is tight but it did not bother us. Wish it had a bar fridge to keep our water cold, great for 1-3 night's max because its a smaller place. The balcony was nice. Easy to check in and host was nice to let us leave our luggae!

It felt like coming home, everyday. It was a lovely room with a own balcony on the side of a garden. Everyday your room was clean when you came back from a day in the city. This room had a shower in the room so that was nice. The location is wonderfull, close to the trainstation, close to really nice piazza, close the centre, the river. I loved it. As a woman alone it felt really save, and nice to arrive 'home' every time i went out in the city. The staff was really nice.

The only thing is that the toilet is next to the reception on the other end of the level, so that felt a little unconfratble. And sometimes the staff were talking really loud on the phone ( It felt like personal calls). But they were really nice, so it didn't bother me that much.
