I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The room was perfect for a family of 4. It was very clean and spacious, especially for European standards. The ac worked great and was needed on the hot days we were there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great, lots of options. They even have a water cooler for you to refill your water bottles at any time. The location was perfect. It was a 7-8 minute walk to any site we wanted to see and the train station. We didn't have to use any other method of transportation besides our feet.

The wifi was spotty at times, but it was not a big deal. The lobby area had nice couches to sit on where you could go or wait for your group.

The location and cleanliness was good comparing to the value paid. The staff were really helpful and they answered all my questions, made reservations like train, asked about trips. The staff were so cooperative. I liked it and will come again for sure

Beautifully clean room, had everything I needed. Perfectly situated a few minutes walk from the railway station and also only a few minutes to the river, the Ponte Vecchio and all the other main sites. Plenty of good restaurants within a couple of hundred metres. Slept very well, no external noise. Reception staff were very helpful and the lady doing the breakfasts was especially wonderful. I arrived at about 08.15 for a 1 night stay and was allowed to have breakfast that morning. The following morning I had to leave before breakfast was fully laid out but was still able to grab a coffee and a couple of croissants. Everybody was very accommodating.

Great breakfast. Wide buffet with croissants, coffee, cereals, fruits, yoghurt and so on. Comfortable bed. Wifi works. Nice location. Not far from train station. Near city center, but located on small street, so it is not noisy. There is grogery shop next to hotel and also restaurants nearby. Air condition works. It is not too hot and not cold either. There is a water automate and you can fill your bottle there, so no need to buy plactic bottles and carry them to hotel.

Price could have been bit cheaper. Hotel is good but not that good. There was a big crockcroach in bathroom.

Very close to Train station - centrally located near restaurants and across from a mini-mart. Brand new fully remodeled bathroom was great with good hot water pressure! Room was clean and reasonably sized (see room problems below) and they added a fridge with complementary water the second day. Quiet with double windows. Staff friendly and helpful! Very nice lobby (floor zero). Very nice continental breakfast with scrambled eggs and sausage (which is like hot-dogs in Europe). Nice multiple flavor coffee and hot-chocolate maker.

The laminate flooring was coming up on the right side of the bed. Bed was two twins pushed together and hard on one side and lumpy on the other with an inevitable division in the middle. Windows had no view to speak of. You have to carry your luggage up stairs to the first floor to the tiny elevator which has a second outer door you have to PUSH (in Italian) open. Nothing ADA compliant.

Breakfast excellent, I loved the muesli.

The staff is very friendly at this small hotel. It's close to many cultural attractions and fantastic restaurants in a very walkable neighborhood. Great location if you need to access the train station. Breakfast from 7:30-10 daily had a variety of choices to start the day. They were happy to take care of my luggage after checkout until I left town.

Great hotel with a perfect location, close to the main train station in Florence but also close to the main sights. Breakfast was very good and the staff very friendly and helpful

The rooms were a bit cold. The weather was cold but the staff did all they could to make us feel better, they even brought some heaters.

location could not be better. It’s a quick 10-15 min walk to almost any major sight. Staff are friendly, breakfast is quite varied. Rooms are large and include luggage storage inside which is nice for big bags. water pressure is divine. Overall, great value. Would probably stay here again.

Pillows and the bed in general are quite uncomfortable. Bed is firm and pillows are flat.

The room was quite big and had a big mirror, a desk, a table and a chair. The temperature and pressure of the water in the shower were outstandingly good. Breakfast was really good: nice quality bread and pastries, nice coffee. (There were other things such as cold meats, eggs, fruit, etc, but I didn't try them). Staff were friendly.

The fridge is connected to the electricity network that goes off when you're not in the room, which means that after a long day whatever you've left in the fridge is warm. That said, I discovered as I was leaving that one can buy cold drinks at the reception. Tip for the hotel management: advertise this! The shower had a curtain only and no other means to keep the water from going all over the bathroom. The mattress was a bit soft.
