Location was so perfect. Close to the train station and several plazas and things we had planned to do. Just loved the location. Safe Clean Air conditioning worked well

Didn’t get codes to enter until an hour before we were scheduled to arrive (apparently after it is staffed). Had to request it a couple of times. Shower leaks terribly. Fortunately there is a drain in the bathroom floor. Room was very very small. Challenging for two adults and two suitcases. Could benefit from far more hooks in bathroom and even wall hooks in main room to hang more clothes/towels. Appreciated the hanging shelf in the bathroom as it has a typical for Europe pedestal sink - not much room for toiletries. Appreciated the small fridge, safe, and hair dryer very much. Tiny elevator is a hoot! So glad it was there and works great!

Excellent location close to the train and the Piazza della Repubblica. The room and bathroom were very clean and I particularly appreciated the large shower, especially after coming from staying in other nice hotels with tiny showers. The host was super nice and even left us water in the fridge (in a reusable glass bottle).

The room could use blackout curtains, as even at night the light from the streets would enter the room. It was somewhat noisy as well but not too annoying. Tiny elevator with limited capacity; we ended up going up and down all 3 floors (63 stairs if I remember correctly) with a bunch of bags, and the stairway was pretty dark - could use better illumination.

For the price, the room had all the amenities we needed, and the level of hospitality and behavior we were treated with was heartwarming. Everything was clean and usable, with a surprising amount of toiletries provided. The location was very, very central. Situated within the shopping district and only a 10-15 minutes walk from the station. You can use this place as a base for all your day trips from Florence. And Chuck the dog was very polite, and we wish we got to see more of him.

The staircase/elevator are both narrow, but that is to be expected when an older Italian building is retrofitted with elevators. If you have really large luggage, it might be a bit of chore maneuvering them. Once you get to the hotel floor itself, the space is much wider.

This place is amazing! One of our favorites while touring Italy. Staff were excellent in every way possible, facilities were so clean, and they are in a perfect location in Florence! Residenza Florentina even provides free drinking water for its residents, coffee and the option to store luggage after check out! Across the street was a really good Mexican restaurant and laundry mat. We would go back & stay longer.

In Comparison wiht other establishments this is a very decent room. Clean, in a very good location.

No 2 room. The bathroom . the toilet was very high and it had a second door going out to the main corridor with no sound proofing so it was a bit uncomfortable to feel that everybody could hear you especially in the morning due to the fact coffee and tee table was just out side off this door.

The staff was very helpful and the property was very clean. Upon confirmation of arrival we received a video of how to get to the property and get it. This was very helpful and very detailed. There is a lift inside the building which is very helpful if you have a lot of luggage as they are on the 3rd floor. Location is amazing and just outside of the city center. Less than 10 minute walk to the Duomo. Would definitely stay here again.

The only issue was the air conditioning. Because we arrived after the staff had left for the day we had a warm first night. however first thing in the morning the Staff was able to assist and we didn’t have any other issues. Just a heads up though there is a couple bars and restaurants right below and the noise does carry so if you are looking for some quiet you might want somewhere else. We didn’t mind it though.

It is not typical hotel but more like Airbnb with person on the premises till 3 pm Communication was through WhatsApp Always with very fast response There was no breakfast but we were able to fit food for the next morning into tiny refrigerator We were able to walk almost to each place we wanted to visit Very clean

Instructions for coffee station needed!

The cleanliness of the room was tops. Staff fantastic - I got lost finding my way and they were at the end of the phone assisting me. The lift was temporarily unavailable so the young man carried my heavy bag up the stairs - around 3 double flights. Could not have been more helpful. The staff are also incredibly respectful of an older single woman. The location is fantastic and an area of Florence I highly recommend

I would prefer a 24 hour reception however I knew they were available at the end of the phone. No hardship was endured.

The room was really nice and modern. Little difficult to find the access to it, after 8 PM need to contact the owner to provide you the passwords to unlock the doors, but worked well. Center location with easy access to many option. An outstanding restaurant just crossing the street out of the entrance door

Parking in old Italy cities is always a matter! All road signs pointed to Firenze while I was looking for Florence, should be informed somewhere that the Italian name for Florence is Firenze!

Great location, close enough to the city center and if you arrive by train, not a too long walk from the station. Facilities were good and up to date, good airconditioning, and it was very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Checking in was a hassle, I got so many messages asking to inform about this and that before arrival it got very annoying. Especially, as they needed exact arrival time, wich is difficult to give when traveling in Italy. When you stay, I recommend at least two nights, preferably more, otherwise the hassle of checking in is not worth it, but once you are there the place is great.
