The best thing is the location, It's a short walk to all the main sights. The apartment is clean, modern and beautifully decorated. We were even treated to a beer and soft drink in the fridge and a bag of crisps, which was a nice welcome touch.

You could hear all the sounds in the building, people returning late at night, a dog yapping constantly downstairs wasn't so welcome. I felt a bit chilly in the evening and as I didn't find any blankets in the wardrobe, I reached out to the customer service team. They responded promptly, however there were no extra blankets. I think if you are having guests to stay, you should have some blankets available for them. Charging my phone was a pain as no sockets in the bedroom fitted my adaptor, so it was either the toilet (!) or on the table in the living area, not so convenient.

Everything was perfectly done, digital check in and the whole process to getting there was professionally completed. The facilities were clean and tidy, the amenities were more than enough and we refilled them from the storage cabinet when we needed. The location is perfect near to almost everything in downtown. The AC was provided in all the areas of the apartment. Little kitchenette was useful. We also booked with a breakfast which was nicely organized with a collaboration with a nearby restaurant and it was a great way to start the day. I highly recommend for a group or family.

Nothing The only thing I can tell that it gets lil bit noisy from some people at night, but that wasn’t a problem for us and “numa” provides some ear plugs.

The hosts were incredibly responsive, communicative, and helpful. I loved the 100% digital check-in and check-out process. We had a slight problem with the lockers after checking-out, and our host solved it very promptly. The location could not be beat. there were some reviews about noise, but we didn’t have that issue at all. And they provide earplugs if you need. The bed was comfy and it was a nice sized space for two people.

The kitchen was a bit small. It was ok for us since we were only there for 2 days, but would be difficult to cook for a longer stay.

this was our favorite place to stay in all of Italy. such a spacious comfortable apartment! everything we needed was there. it was so humid and hot in Florence and the ac worked perfectly - nice and cold! there’s a decent laundromat a few streets over called wash and dry that’s easier to understand than most. (bring exact money as machine doesn’t give change)

it took us way too long to try to find the apartment in all the traffic and crazy streets in Florence! we suspect we will see tickets from the ZLT zone here in the next month since we arrived by car. The best advice I can give you if you also are arriving by car is to find the parking garage called La Delle Terme (oh gosh I hope this was the name - double check with the owner) use Ways or Google maps to locate that garage and good luck once you arrive in Florence trying to get there bc of all the one-way streets and alleyways not meant for cars. just come with a good patient mindset knowing it’s going to be crazy and you’ll eventually find it. once you find the parking garage the apartment is just a few steps away.

the apartment was wonderful. the id concept was clean and simple. a bit small but just enough for 3 person. i like the separate shower and wc concept as 2 person can use it at the same time. kitchen was small but adequate. there is a small indoor yard which is a bonus. location is superb, walking distance to everywhere.

the timber bed frame in bedroom is a bit shaky and squeak. should repair it. price is a bit on the higher side, maybe due to peak summer season?

+Amazing location, point 0 of Florence at hundreds of meters from main attractions: Ponte Vechio, Catedrala Santa Maria etc. +Apartment is renovated, very cozy and clean, kitchen fully equipped with all you need, A/C systems in both bedroom and livingroom. +Full remote check-in (self check-in) very handy and easy.

-Property is located in LTZ, so you cannot reach close by car, only if you book a private parking (e.g. Garage delle Terme) which are insanely expensive! 40€ per day was the price at the moment of the review. -You need to leave the apartment without garbage, so you have to take the trash when you leave, they indicate you the spot where to take it which is ~5 minutes away from the apartment but the problem for us was that the location for the trash was out of service when we arrived there with the trash bags, so we had to figure out an alternative.

The apartment is great!!! we loved it and had very nice time in Florence. Very comfortable and location is amazing. We felt treated nicely by numa staff.

In The kitchen the hood (extractor) was not working and there was a note saying that we needed to open the windows while cooking to avoid the fire alarm to be activated and a fine of 2500 euros. It was cold and the temperature went down inside quickly every time we cooked breakfast and dinner. Everything went fine, but having a hood would have been more safe.

Florence is a beautiful city. This apartment is in a spectacular location, very close to all the major attractions and a decent walk from the train station. We had a little bit of a learning curve with the door opening mechanism. But the host was very kind to walk us through via a video call! The apartment is very tastefully furnished and decorated. The stairs to the loft might be a little tricky for elders or those with mobility issues. Otherwise, this was one of the best places we stayed at in our entire Italy trip. Will gladly stay in the property when I return to Florence.

The location was very central, perfect as a base to explore the city on foot. The apartment, while compact, was comfortable and clean. The bed was comfortable and the foldout sofa adequate. Also, the complementary snacks and drinks were lovely.

This is not directly a criticism of the accommodation, but the price stated for the nearby parking garage was out of date. The price to park has increased to 35 Euro per day, which is significantly more than we were expecting.

The apartment was soo conveniently located just in the heart of Florence in walking distance from all main attractions! There is a parking just a few meters down the road which was recommended and used by us. The apartment Republica in which we stayed in was very modern, clean and nicely decorated. The owner was very helpful in our queries, whereas in the apartment we found a book containing basic information for the apartment and the city. The only improvement we suggest is to offer basic breakfast ingredients such as milk, bottled water (the water in Florence though can be consumed) and some snacks. If we visit again Florence we will surely select Le Fiorentine Boutique Apartments! Thank you!
