Hotel offers a excellent compromise, good value for the money it costs and for Florence, bed was really a king size and very comfortable and room size definitively not bad at all. We chose it for the pool and it was definitively a great point offering pleasant refreshment in the hottest hours of the summer day. Parking available, covered.

In general some maintenance leaks: floor near the bathroom ruined and definitely in need of refurbishment, rust on the tables legs near the pool affecting the floor with unpleasant orange stains (aluminum or stainless steel should be a must for pool fornitures), breakfast quite cheap.

The breakfast area overlooking the pool was gorgeous. Nice buffet breakfast, and good coffee. The pool itself was definitely the selling point of the hotel! It was huge, lovely and had plenty of sun loungers. The hotel was conveniently located right by a bus stop, so we could easily get the bus into the centre of Florence.

From the outside the hotel looked a little scruffy, but from the second we stepped into reception it was lovely!

Very good location for who is driving to Firenze. You can park for free at the hotel and use public bus to city centre which is 15 min drive away. Bus stop is just in front of hotel. Good cafes and restaurants around the hotel area. Very nice breakfast served on the hotel restaurant next to the pool.

Wifi was not working in the rooms on the whole first day of stay. They only fixed next day when maintenance staff was on duty. Hotel is a bit old. It needs renovation on the room’s floor and carpets from corridors.

we need a hospital during our stay they did not helped us with the important information. they should have know more about that. toilet did not work THEY DONT HAVE A SAFETY DEPOSIT BOX (some of the rooms have it, but dont work) safety deposit box at the recepcion also did not worked rooms are small there is no important diference beatween regular and superior double room not enough space at the pool area, not enough sunbeds

everything was perfect! the stuff, the food, the location (traveled with car so there’s a great parking for free) and the rooms. and i must say a BIG thank you to the Great Julia, the reception assistant! we had a problem with our rented car that got stuck right in-front of the hotel with no idea what to do next. Julia with a lot of patience left every thing and started to make phone calls to every number office and emergency services and after 3 hours our car towed and at the next day we got a new car early in the morning and it’s all thanks to her! i will recommend everyone i know to visit here

Room was big, neat and clean. Bus station was very close. Restaurant area was well decorated with a view on the swimming pool. Very good compare to price.

Slightly far from center. No variety on breakfast. Soundproofing was weak. No mini bar provided. Restaurant staff didn't speak english.

This is a well-appointed hotel with comfortable rooms and a pleasant pool, bar and restaurant. It's about 4km to the centre of Firenze, but a cycle hire scheme operates in the city so it is possible to hire a bike and use the many cycleways to get around.

Nice hotel with a good breakfast. The bad was really good and comfortable. The neighbourhood was quiet and the nice park is near. Parking in a front of a hotel.

Bus station is near but if you are in a plan to go in a evening there is no possibility to buy a bus ticket since everything is closed.

Great bed and shower. Breakfast was FANTASTIC. Great location because accessible around us were great coffee shops, GREAT little lunch please and a 7 min walk from a huge store with everything/anything you need.

The carpet in our room had some water damage so it made you not want to walk in your own room without shoes.

Location was great - bus stop literally outside the hotel to take you to the centre of Florence is 20mins (40 to the central train station)
