Clean room in a very organized camping

It was very well thought out and organised. Easy to find your way around and our chalet was comfortable and clean. Restaurant was good value.

The shuttle bus drivers were wonderful but you could be first in the queue and wait half an hour and then not get on the bus as people just shoved their way on without a care Some staff in the info point could be rude, maybe a welcome pack explaining how to get your shuttle tickets and how to reserve a place in the restaurant would save us asking.

The camping house is absolutely fantastic. I think the size is perfect for a couple (we took the smaller one), but could easily fit a third person. It was actually quiet our whole stay, even though the next house was situated right next to ours. The air conditioning was working perfectly and the house stayed warm even after we left it for the whole day. There is a set of towels, some cosmetic products (small), a hairdryer, a fridge and a safe. The transportation to Firenze is quite simple: you can take the city bus nr 14 (1.5 € per one-way ticket) or take the camping's shuttle (3€ per return ticket, according to their timetable). There is also a train station about 10 minutes from the camping (the ticket to Santa Maria Novella is also 1.5 €). The staff- wonderful and helpful, I can't stress that enough. We didn't need much help, but all of our questions were answered. We didn't try the market and restaurant. We are definitely coming back.

Note that this is a camping place so the 'minuses' are rather a few remarks that some may find helpful: - the toilet and the shower are a bit on the colder side in the winter, so be sure to close them after using - the inside is a bit dark and as we were placed opposite to another house we couldn't really keep privacy and leave the blinds open (so we needed to use the lamps instead of sunlight) - there were no kitchen utensils

Good value in Florence. We stayed in the cottages which are located toward the back of the property past the camper sites. There is a grocery store and restaurant on the property and a laundry which came in handy since we were traveling light and ran out of clean clothes. The room was spartan but clean. Located close to city bus line which was more convenient and cheaper than the property’s shuttle.

They should have screens on the windows. Had to open widows for ventilation and to cool the room down but got bitten by bugs at night. The cabin was slight off plumb and the shower and toilet room doors did not close properly. The restaurant hours were not convenient and it was busy; so make reservations.

It's well organized beautiful area with place for walking, to eat in local restaurant and buy some necessary things in the shop. Good for price 🙂

It's about 20-30 minut to the center by bus. We faced an issue to back from city center to the hotel in evening. Last shuttle bus provided by hotel is arriving from city center at 18:30 that is too early to finish sightseeing. We tried to back to the hotel by public bus yet it's not arrived to the bus station and we had to take taxi in 22:00. There were only taxi option to back to the hotel and price of taxi from city center is quite high 25-40 euro

Everything! We love this place, very close to Firenze city center, either going by the camp shuttle or via the public transportation (bus 14). Private parking, dogs allowed. The staff in the camp are lovely young people, smiling and helpful. Clean, well organized, great pools, food, this place provides perfect summer vibes. This is the perfect place to stay if you want to explore Tuscany. As it is located on the South of Firenze, the access to Siena is really quick and easy.

Wifi is not very good. Also the third (single) bed in the bungalow is quite firm and not really comfortable.

I loved the idea of such camping, the way it was built and arranged and the facilities. I'd visit again one day. The location is also good in terms of getting a bus to the city center.

Might be stupid, but the price of the toilet paper in their supermarket. :) I mean, I go there with another person for 4 days and we were given 1 roll. I've decided to buy more and went to the grocery store just to see a price of 7.50 euro for 4 rolls of toilet paper (they had only 1 option, as far as I could see). I'm not a person who cares about the prices in stores that much, but this raised my eyebrows. Maybe this was some super luxury paper, but then again it seems HU will be doing just fine even without the profits from TP...🙄

Very clean, spacious, comfortable, modern, and quaint. The shower inside our glamping tent was large, the bed and pillows and bedding were very comfortable. The room was very clean and modern. The big sliding glass door made for a nice view and ample lighting. The deck and bench were nice to enjoy our morning coffee on. The property had a grocery store, a restaurant, a pool and lots of greenery. We enjoyed the parking space right beside our glamping tent.

Camping town is right beside a military base so the trumpets sound at 6am and sometimes even at night. Everyone is camping so close together so you hear everything and everyone. Every car and every conversation.

Clean and modern. Air conditioning was great! The movie night was a fun touch and the park was good in the evening. The pools were also lovely and allow little ones to potter around and be watched easily and comfortably. There were a good diverse group of people there and everyone seemed happy and we’re really enjoying themselves. All in all a very chilled out vibe to the place!

Not enough choice for vegans/ people with allergies but this seems the case for Italy in general. I wish the glamping rooms had a mini fridge to store some bits of food as things got wasted that could have been saved for another meal. The shuttle bus was good but I wish it stoped closer to the main part of the city or across the river from where it currently stops as it’s a good 40 minute walk into the main areas.

I liked being able to upgrade to the premium cabins after we didn't like the one we had booked. It was bigger, cleaner, lighter and overall much better quality and relaxing. I liked the helpfulness of the staff. Always smiling and very patient. They speak different languages too. I did my best with the little Italian I know. Most spoke English and a few also spoke Spanish and French. I liked that there is a wee tourist office that can book you a taxi and visits. I liked the bike rental place and it only takes 15/20 minutes to cycle to Florence and it is flat. The shop has a great range of food and items. We liked that the pool was open everyday.

I did not like the first cabin we had booked (stay easy). The cheaper option wasn't great. It was smelly and dark. All plastic like a campervan. Not worth it. For only an extra £40 for the whole stay I was able to upgrade to the premium cabin and it was so much better. Didn't like that the shuttle was so small and that on our journey back it was full thus we had to wait another hour in town for the next one or take a taxi. I wish there were more shuttles and also different stops. There is a public bus stop outside the resort but we did not use it. I wish the shop wasn't closed half way through the day. The pool was very cold. The toilets at the pool were not open. It would have been nice to be able to order drinks by the pool but the café was closed.
