The accommodation is located in the most central location of Florence. It is comfortable, very clean, with a very good mattress. The owner is friendly and willing to help you and give you various instructions on the places to see. The breakfast is decent and served in the shop that she has in Piazza del Duomo.

The window of the room was very high and did not open, so that fresh air did not enter the room and while the weather conditions outside were perfect ( 22-24°C ) we slept with the air conditioner open. We couldn't even see outside what the weather conditions were like

Lovely room in a beautiful old building right by the Duomo. We couldn’t believe how good the location was! We could pop back to the room several times a day to use the bathroom, grab rain jackets, change clothes etc. It was SO convenient and this also made arriving and leaving from the train station on foot very easy. The staff at the B&B were extremely nice and helpful - so were the staff at the breakfast cafe!

It is very noisey outside and they do provide earplugs in the room to help with this. I think this problem would be the same anywhere in such a central location and a building that isn’t brand new.

very friendly staff, the location is perfect, the cafe for breakfast is just next to the Duomo, so you area eating with an excellent view.

this is only an issue for extremely hot weather, but the air conditioner is not really doing the job and if it is above 30 degrees during the day, the room will be quite hot. it will also be very hard to sleep. a very helpful staff tried to fix it, but I guess the hardware itself is not fit for the room with such high ceilings.

This property location was very ideal, literally around the corner from the Cathedral. You also got breakfast (if breakfast is included in your stay) at the restaurant seating right outside the Cathedral a great bonus! The room was spacious, and cool. There was a lift for us to take our bags up which wasamazing. The lovely owner was very great and helpful too, we arrived early and she let us in without any issue! A great comfortable stay!

A great property only minor improvement would suggest is placement of toilet!

Fantastic location! We would stay here again to be near the church and square. Room was small, but it had high ceilings, AC and wifi. For Florence and our budget I didn’t expect anything more, overall was a great stay and lovely host.

Hard to criticise as I know properties like this so close to the square/main centre are always small. Would have loved some natural light in our room from the window, but for the 2 days it’s was totally okay.

The central location allowed immediate access to the treasures of Florence. We could not have asked for more. The accommodation itself had authentic charm. The host was a delight to deal with.

A little noisy overnight as the city cleaning occurred but nothing too bad.

The location is truly unbelievable. You can see it on a map, you can see photos, but when you get there and realize you are literally steps away from the duomo? Unreal.

The AC had a hard time cooling down the old, lofty rooms. Not a huge problem, but be aware if you are traveling in the summer! Other than that, everything was fantastic.

The noise but then again, we knew this before we booked. We were provided earplugs for sleeping and so, we are grateful for this kind and thoughtful gesture.

Centrally located, upgraded room in a very old building. Hostess was very helpful and kind. Breakfast at cafe was very good.

If you are looking for quiet this isn't the place, city is very busy and noisy with sounds of ambulances and ringing of the bells of the church to cars and trucks and music. But it is the sounds of an alive city.

The room , the service, and breakfast were very very good If I am say there was a bit of extra noise by the public in general and the cleaning trucks very early in the morning On the whole it was great. Thanks for sll
