The location of this hotel is superb. It is easy to get to all attractions and is about 500m from the Unita tram stop so has easy to access the airport. Room was spacious, bed comfortable and lots of hot water for the bathroom (but do take care in the shower - very slippery floor). Room had a kettle and Espresso machine. Housekeeping did an excellent job each day but we never saw them. Breakfast was at a small local friendly cafe / restaurant (opposite). Quality of food was excellent and quantity adequate (though some might say meagre). We did take one evening meal there and again the quality and service was fantastic. You can literally walk to any of the main tourist sites in no more that 15 minutes and the Cathedral is 200m away.

Our only complaint would be that there was no one on reception at any time!! Access to the hotel was not possible (front door locked) when we arrived at precisely the time we said we would. The primary telephone number did not work and we had to find another one to use (it was on hotel confirmation). This was not good enough and we only saw someone from the property for 5 minutes when they eventually turned up to bring us a key in the whole of our stay. With all of the other positives - once we got sorted - this was not an issue for us and did not detract from the holiday but could have been an issue if there had been an emergency or other assistance was required.

Excellent location, near metro, historical museums and shops. Clean apartments.

As these were apartments, not a hotel, there was no normal reception staff, even at day time. All communication through whatsup, so if we wouldn’t have mobile internet we could stay outside for hours. When we arrived from train station, we had to wait 30 min on a street with my old parents for someone to bring us keys. If owner of hotel wants to save on a staff, he shall use modern technologies like electronic keys, enter by code. No internet at all. Would be honest to inform about this big disadvantage before payment.

This was a great place and a close walk to the Duomo and the train station.

It fits 4 people, which is what we needed, however, the upper level with two beds is built more for little kids because my two grown children could not stand straight because the ceiling was so low. My son learned that the hard way and hit his head pretty hard. It was also very hot on the upper level. Luckily the housekeeper provided a fan for us.

Perfect location, City center, close to all the attractions as well as the main train station.. Clean room, well equiped. Easy check in, I arrived late Bcoz of the flight delay, but that wasnt a problem.

It is extremely noisy because its the City center. I dont mind it at all, I love sleeping listening to the City life wherever I travel, but if you want a quiet place, this is not for you. Except this, all great.

Location is perfect. 5 mins from the train station and 1 min from the Duomo. Was clean and warm (we visited end of November). Bed was also pretty comfy. Although it was in the centre and we were on the 1st floor it was not noisy.

WiFi wasn’t working. Told the property, but the issues was not resolved.

Overall, the room and beds were comfortable. There were several mosquitoes inside each night which were a nuisance even though we never opened the window. The staff were wonderful!

There were very few areas to plug in electronics such as phones and computers in the upstairs area.

Very convenient location. It’s just a room and bathroom and we didn’t even attempt to grab the breakfast across the street in the mornings, however it was the perfect location and clean.

Booking a room usually starts & ends in communication especially for tourists that are unfamiliar with the place & how things work plus the added language barrier, they have eased our anxiety by promptly answering our questions. The room is safe & secured, there's a key to the front door, then you go up the wide concrete stairs into the main floor, then you have an option to go up the stairs to the 2nd floor or take the elevator which can accommodate 2 people, you have to manually open the elevator door. Then you proceed to another door, use another key to get into the reception. Another key to get into your room. We had a queen bed & another bed in the loft. It's a short walking distance from the Firenze Santa Maria Novella train station. Also a short walking distance to all the attractions. It's quiet during the night despite having restaurants around the area. They also provide a coffee maker, coffee, sugar & creamer. Can't remember if there was a small fridge (sorry). Towels & toiletries also provided.

The keys system is somewhat outdated. The front entrance is understandable that they are not able to change it but they can improve using a keyless entry in the 2nd door & the actual room itself, cause tourist could potentially loose keys & it would be a problem.

Excellent location, value for money price, fully equipped and clean. The breakfast offered by the bar in 1’ from the accommodation (typical Italian breakfast-croissant, coffee and juice).

The smell of the room was intensively affected by the unpleasant water bathroom smell. An electric ventilator in the bathroom was missing. From the photos seems cozier than the reality.

The location was super, room space was ample and ideal for a short stay. Very much like that windows open to allow fresh air. Air Conditioning works well and all were comfortable.

Sewage odor past main entrance, yet odor did not go into the apartment. Small issue, but did not affect us very much.
