We were delighted with this hotel. It is easily walkable from the train station and extremely close to the Cathedral (5 minutes if that). Very clean and quiet. It is run by a couple, Frederico and Francesca. They were so lovely and really helpful booking restaurants for us. They also supply a handy little guide of not only what to see but also some great recommendations for food. Would thoroughly recommend this establishment to anyone staying in Florence.

Nothing, really. It's only a small place (six rooms, I think) and so doesn't have facilities of a big hotel, but I can't say we missed that. It's on the second floor of a block, and whilst there's a perfectly usable lift, when it says it's only designed for two people, that's exactly what it means!

Location was superb! Although we only stayed for a night as we were connecting, we managed to see all the amazing sites which were all within walking distance. Spotlessly cleaned, kettle available in room with different teas/coffee, perfectly working air conditioning and great water pressure in the shower. Hosts were so friendly and readily available for questions. Grazie mille Federico and Francesca for your hospitality and attention. We look forward to visiting for longer next time because of the above and because we got a sampler of Firenze city. Although located right in the centre, it was super quiet and we slept like babies. I believe all windows and balcony doors had triple glazing so you could not hear a thing coming from outside.

We usually travel light so going up the stairs with luggage was not a problem. The elevator was slow coming down so we just used the stairs instead (hotel located on the second floor).

Francesca and Federico really care about their guests and are helpful with booking restaurant reservations, making suggestions on sightseeing and experiences, and are available via WhatsApp for any other questions throughout the day. The room and bathroom were very large, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was hearty, the shower was great, the Wi-Fi was fast and the heat was warm and easy to use. The location can’t be beat at just a couple blocks from the cathedral and central to all the other sights in Florence. Even though our room overlooked a street with cars and a church, we had no street noise in the room. There are plenty of accessible electrical outlets and a USB connector too for charging multiple devices. The room decor is lovely and well thought out.

For the triple room it would be nice to have more than one extra blanket.

The host of the facilities (Frederico and Francesca) were very friendly and helpful, They provided us with restaurant and llocal sight seeing recommendations. Their breakfast arrangement was very nice, They would take the order in advance and the table was always ready when we arrived with our choices. The room 'Berta' was very spacious and comfortable. The Check in and Check out process was very simple and quick

The Wifi connection was very poor

The location was amazing; within walking distance of everywhere. The train station is a 5 minute walk down the road and we had a view of the cathedral from our room. The decoration is gorgeous and the room and bathroom were very clean. The room was surprisingly quiet considering how central it is. Yes, they ask you to check off boxes from a menu for breakfast ahead of time, but we were fine with that and also are mindful of food waste. My husband slept in the one morning and Francesca gave me a tray with the food to take to the room. The room was next to the reception so there was some noise in the morning, but I would stay here again. The location and the price cannot be beat.

Great location! Francesca and Frederico were excellent, making sure you were comfortable and that everything was good for you throughout your stay. Excellent from beginning to end. We enjoy the light breakfast each morning…So good! We were also give a booklet when we checked in, put together by them recommending some of their favorite places, a great resource and souvenir of our stay. Thank you for your hospitality! The location was fantastic; right in the middle of the action and close to everything we did. All-in-all, convenient and clean but not memorable.

Because this B & B only has 5 or 6 rooms, you need to be able to state the time you will have breakfast, as there’s not enough tables to seat everyone at once. We prefer a bit more flexibility in choosing when we want to come and go. You have to fill out a breakfast menu the day you arrive and then you are served the same continental breakfast each day. The only time we saw the staff was at breakfast, otherwise, there is never anyone at the main desk.

The owners/ hosts are a lovely couple. I loved the sheet of information they prepared on restaurants, street food, sights to see, and roof top bars. The room was very stylish with a nice, spacious, modern bathroom. The breakfast was substantial. The location is superb- a short walk from the train station and then around the corner from the major sights.

The elevator was a bit pokey. the room was a bit stuffy, however you could open the French doors to the balcony.

The location of the hotel is good, just near the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, and it is very convenient to go to every scenic spot. The couple who run the hotel are very friendly and polite, especially the hostess, who is even more elegant, enthusiastic and courteous. The breakfast is very good and rich. The layout of the hotel is exquisite, and the artistic atmosphere . We really like staying in this hotel, very nice!

The room was amazing! We were a family of 2 adults and 2 children. Our room "Berta" was perfect for us! The view out the window was amazing! We could see The Duomo! That was a surprise! It was a perfect location, walking to everything! Also the hosts were so friendly. We loved the breakfast (you order the night before). It was perfect and we would definitely stay here the next time we are in Florence!
