The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and have excellent amenities. There was a kitchenette and air conditioning in the room. The courtyard is also very pretty and has an excellent view. It was all in all an excellent value for money.

The location is a bit far from the main attractions in Florence. Every day was ended by a long 20-30 minute walk to the hotel. There was no time saving by using public transport either. This can't be helped but if you are willing to fit in the extra exercise (eg walk off ask the gelato you eat during the day), the hotel is well worth it.

I had a wonderful stay at this guesthouse in Florence. The place has a classic Florentine style that makes it feel cozy and authentic. Check-in was super quick and easy, and the location is perfect—just a 20-minute walk to the city center. If you're driving, there's a secure parking lot just a minute away. The room was comfortable, with a great bed for a good night's sleep. The bathroom had a nice, spacious shower as well. I also loved the large veranda with a little table, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view of the garden. The Esselunga supermarket is just around the corner, which made it really convenient to grab anything I needed. Overall, it’s a great spot to stay while visiting Florence!

I had to book the only left room on extremely short notice due to a problem with another booking so the reception was closed. The staff were extremely responsive to my questions despite the hour being so late. Relais La Corte di Cloris will absolutely be on my list of places to stay in Florence

There were some renovations going on next room (no sound, just a sign), I assume I got one of the oldest rooms/last minute booking room, so the shower door needed a little push to close. There was just a tiny little gap while showering unless you held it yourself which is bit inconvenience during showering. I assume the hotel is aware of this, and will do a small repair. Overall, this is just a nitpick and the overall cleanliness & amenities was very good.

The room was really cute and enjoyed the garden area. There are lots of nice cafes nearby and sometimes we'd grab some breakfast at one and bring it back to eat in the garden. It's a bit of a walk from the city center, but a lot of the better restaurants are around the outside of the city center anyway. The staff was also very attentive when we had issues come up.

For how far from the city center it is I think it's a little overpriced. The property also didn't get in touch with us until the day of with how to do the self-check-in. I like planning ahead, so I would have preferred to hear from them sooner on how to do the self-check-in. Although once we did hear from them it was super easy. Also had issues getting the AC to work properly and there aren't screens on the windows, so we couldn't open the windows to get the cool night air otherwise a lot of bugs would get in.

Fantastic superior twin room - comfortable beds with spacious room, mini kitchenette, power shower, high ceiling stud with frescos & chandelier, beautiful heavy drapes that shut out street lighting. Quiet area, only 20 mins walk to Accademia & 25 mins to Duomo. 5 mins walk to supermarket. Beautiful tranquil garden at back. Superb friendly staff. Very highly recommended.

We loved everything!

Room is very large and ceilings are high. Very comfortable mattress. Locations is not far away from the center.

Bathroom facilities are cheaper than you expect, usually there is a correlation between furniture of the room, bathroom and the price - but we had some issues with shower door opening and door to the bathroom definitely needs to be replaced.

We stayed here as a budget city break and this exceeded our expectations by far. The room size was amazing, the bed was comfortable. Lots of bathroom extras (soaps etc) along with great water pressure. Quiet area whilst being within 20min walking distance of the centre (can also use the bus). Lots of mirrors everywhere - which my partner loved… Check in was very easy even though we got there late in the evening. Couldn’t recommend more.

Absolutely nothing - was perfect.

This place is simply AMAZING. It's very artistic, it truly gives you the feeling of Florence the moment you open the front (big wood) door and enter the corridor. Lots of details, amazing backyard, unique ceiling, very interesting stairs. The room - awesome! The moment you enter you will feel the Florence style - both the modern and the old one. It's super clean, quite big, the bathroom is HUGE and there's also a small kitchen if you want to cook something small. The WiFi is extremely good. The staff is superb. Oh! And there's an option for a paid closed parking for your car or bike - just ask with your booking. The price is very good! The location - just 15 minutes away by foot from the main square (The Duomo). If you walk faster you can get there in 10 mins. If you are lazy just take an ebike or escooter and you will be there in no more than 5 mins. Overall the experience is 10/10.

The hungry mosquitos in the backyard in the morning - don't forget to apply some anti-mosquito stuff on you before you go out for a very good morning coffee :)

A beautifully appointed room. Such a sense of past time elegance. Pleasant gardens to the rear of the property. Quirkily detached but the IT access works fine and the honesty service at reception delivered an excellent bottle of Chianti at a very reasonable price.

There was really nothing to dislike. Easy access to the station by Public Transport although the bus schedule has no connection to reality.

Quiet hotel in a converted large family home, spacious rooms with lots of character, but good modern clean bathroom, water pressure and temperature nice. If you're looking for a buzzy place this isn't for you but if you're looking for some character and don't mind eating breakfast outside then give it a try. Gabriele on reception is very helpful

More staff on reception for longer hours would be good but they seem to have factored this into the pricing. Little bit DIY check in process but worth it
