For the price I paid, the room they gave me was a lot bigger than the usual rooms you can find in Florence. Plus, a 24-reception was very convenient. Moreover, they had a well-functioning AC and elevators. In total, the hotel exceeded expectations.

Nothing really. Everything went well for this trip.

The structure is simple, and a bit vintage. It has loads of rooms and every room has the right and sufficient elements: comfy beds, clean bathroom, enough space for clothes in the wardrobes, a functional and smart TV, and efficient climate control. Breakfast is not so tasty: you’ll find supermarket food and not so fresh anyway. If you are in a hurry with appointments it’s okay, simple and fast, but if you want to taste italian-breakfast food that’s not what you’re looking for, and you better go in the city centre.

In the hotel the showers are too small for tall people, then the breakfast at the hotel is not too tasty.

The ease of check-in, the quiet room with a working beverages-only mini-fridge, the helpful staff with very good English. The location is an easy bus ride from the train station, and removed from the center city bustle. The facility is well-maintained and attractive, with a back garden area, spacious stairs, and two elevators.

The electrical system in the room was eccentric. Only one outlet was consistently working to charge two cell phones, a laptop, and hearing aids.

I had a balcony on the 6th floor which was one of the taller buildings in the area therefor I has a nice view of the area. It is considered further away from the train station (about 25-30 minute walk) near the Piazza Della Liberta (which had a flea market on the weekend surprise!). But all in all close to the city centre and a quaint restaurant, Anitca Trattoria da tito which I enjoyed very much. Exploring the area/ visting museums was convenients and the place was also well cleaned daily.

Staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfast was satisfactory, room was clean and well-maintained. Location was just about a twenty-minute walk from the main tourist areas: accessible without being noisy.

Staff was unable to help me arrange for special activities: hiring a car and driver, finding a facility for horseback riding. I think they tried their best but were just unaccustomed to filling special requests.

the staff was really nice, despite the fact that they don’t speak english. also the room was really well cleaned everyday when i got back to my room which was good, the towels got changed, shampoos, etc…

it’s quite far from the city center (25-30 minute walk approx). the entry door was closed one time when i arrived & i wasn’t warned it might be at some point in time but it wasn’t a problem as when i knocked the gardien came to open for me but just got me a bit stressed ngl

Cheap and clean, tv is smart tv, and i could stream shows to it from my phone.

A/C is very loud, had to use earplugs every night

A very decent hotel very close to the centre of Florence, clean and with very helpful staff! All employees were very efficient, and answered all of my questions politely. Breakfast was very good too, and the coffee was excellent. It’s a very good value for money hotel in Florence.

Nothing to be honest! It could require a refurbishment, but it doesn’t affect the overall good opinion I have

They accepted my check-in a lot earlier with an upgraded room available at arrival, with mini terrace for just myself.

A little on the old side, bathroom could get an update in all the elements, specially the shower. 105 channels, just 2 in any language I could understand and no guide. But really minimum details, overall was excellent.
