Apartment room 14 was incredible and great value for money! The decor and high ceilings made it feel super luxurious and spacious. The super king bed was really comfortable with a choice of a firmer and softer pillow. The bathroom toiletries were high end shower gels/ shampoos which was an excellent touch. We had a great little caffè close by for morning coffees/ pastries to start the day! The walk into town was refreshing to do and we chose to do this every day (roughly 15/20min); there is a bus stop a 2 minute walk away to get the bus down aswell. Overall, an incredible stay and would highly recommend to others wishing to visit Florence!

Absolutely nothing!

Very well appointed apartment in good location. Although 20-25 minute walk to station, bus station and cathedral this place is close to the best supermarket in town, Esselunga, which offers good value for stocking up on essentials compared to city centre outlets. Stylishly furnished with a modern twist. Great a/c - unobtrusive and perfect for us - we didn't touch the settings once! Keypad entry - no key to lose. powerfull shower. Ours was groundfloor appartment - so we had a small garden to sit for an evening drink. others have small balconies. Good wifi - Netflix on the telly.

Closer to town would have saved our legs a bit, however close to the supermarket was good and the local restaurants were better value.

Huge rooms and huge apartment, well located, very clean and great amenities.

The only comment I can make is to write the outdoor lock code first, then the indoor lock code underneath it. It's more logical.

Beautiful apartment, very spacious, quiet and comfortable. Coffee/tea & water provided and full kitchen if you want to cook. Lovely toiletries provided. Garden to sit in. Fabiola very welcoming and helpful. Absolutely loved it here and would definitely return. If I stayed in Florence longer, I could live here!

It’s a little walk (20 minutes) from the city centre which normally I would enjoy but it was very hot when I stayed so difficult to walk back during the day. Morning and evening walks very pleasant to walk off the gelato in beautiful streets!

Beautiful and spacious apartment with onsite staff; staff were always responsive even at off hours and they helped to resolve issues quickly; large airy backyard was a nice surprise and both the kid and grandparents loved spending time in the backyard; lastly, the apartment’s kitchen and restroom were well stocked to make our stay comfortable. The staff were helpful enough to guide us through bus stations and call taxi for us.

18min walking distance to the cathedral, and Uffizi is reachable by bus. Would have not been an issue at all had the city made it easy to buy bus tickets or order a taxi.

The apartment occupied (the smallest one) was just huge, very nicely decorated, air-conditioned (a scorching week in Florence, 40°), 6 bottles of water provided during the stay, so it was very pleasant. All attractions are within 15 to 20 minutes' walk of the accommodation, so everything is easily accessible. Supermarket not far away. reception, which can only be reached via the booking site, is very responsive. Cab package from the airport €25, more practical than taking public transport, especially in this heat. Large bedroom and the sofa in the living room is convertible...

The bathroom could be bigger (I'm not a fan of toilets in the bathroom). Otherwise nothing to say.

This property offers authentic Florence experience. You get to sleep in a building that is probably from XVII or XIX century. Two bedroom apartment is 140 m2 which means that is ridiculously big (in a positive meaning :-) ) The rooms are more the 4 meters high. The location is perfect. Close to the historic city center but at the same time in a residential ares which offers you authentic Italian experience. Very tastefully decorated.

For such a huge family apartment the kitchen provides rather limited number of tableware to cook a decent family dinner. + put some books in languages different than Italian :-) e.g English, Dutch or Polish

Lovely spacious apartment in a residential area within easy walking distance of the Galleria dell'Accademia and ten mins in taxi from main train station. Apartment has a stylish decor, beds were comfortable, our apartment's air conditioning was great and the kitchen was well equipped. Both front door and apartment were accessed by key codes, no need to carry clunky keys and meant we could each have easy access ( so not the hassle of sharing one key). Local supermarket nearby with great choice of produce. Special mention to reception's Julia who was very helpful and friendly with our pre-check in queries.

Our only small issue was we didn't realise the reception desk was on the lower ground floor (and could see no signage to say so) when we went to pay our tourist tax on-site. Also be aware that reception is only manned during office hours 9-6 so any problems outside of that you have to phone a contact number, but we had no issues at all.

Also plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby plus grocery stores - Spacious apartment with nice design - Kitchen has all the necessary appliances - Comfy beds - Big balcony - Nice and helpful staff - There is no free parking nearby, but there is one paid in 6 min walk which is reasonably priced (for Florence)

- Some items in the apartment were extremely dusty (lamps, magazine holders, other decorative items), so cleaning can be improved - A/C split unit was installed on the balcony right next to the bedroom door and was making a lot of noise during the night

Really spacious apartment, clean and just as shown in the photos. Will highly recommend for families with children or long stayers. Also have to mention pretty good communication with the reception staff but highly recommend contacting reception pre-arrival as reception close at 6pm and no one is on sight. They arranged late check in for us who arrived at the property at 7pm.

The AC didnt seem to work very effectively, made loud noises and couldnt keep it on throughout the night. Also, be aware that there is no blanket. There was a thin sheet given as a blanket, I guess being summer it seems to be the standard in Florence. The property is 15mins walk from main city centre but conveniently located right next to a major bus stop.
