This is a nice, quality place very close to the center, cathedral area and within a few minutes walk of the major museums. Nearby are several grocery and convenience stores. The room was good for a budget and included a small balcony.

It was very hard to get hot water and I needed to ask for it to be fixed. The breakfast needs to be ordered in advance ala cart and the choices are limited.

The property was very clean and updated. Loved the modern amenities, technology to enter property, and location. Loved having a breakfast account. Also loved having a balcony and a very well working air conditioner. The employees were very helpful and explained many things for us.

Although loved having a breakfast account, it was actually too much. There was no way for us to spend that amount. Could have come off the price. Also the bathroom floor is extremely slippery. Water from the shower sprayed to the floor and it was dangerous. Lastly, the sofa bed broke down in the middle of the night with no one moving, and after reporting it, no one fixed it. We improvised.

The location of the hotel is very good, you can easily walk to the center in 10-15 minutes. It is closed to Gallery Academia as well. The room was very clean and spacious. The decoration was very modern and it is easily accessible from train station by bus. The breakfast is quite different than other hotels, you select from a menu (you have an overall budget for your stay and the items are deducted from this amount), and also select the timeslot. This might be a bit unpleasant if you cant find a timeslot that suits your day plan but anyways it is good.

The shower is a little complicated but other than this there is nothing else that we disliked.

The breakfast system is not very intuitive. You receive a link where you have what the hotel considers to be your breakfast credit and you'll have to manage it for all your breakfasts at your stay. That credit is not too thigh but you'll have to manage since the prices are expensive. Additionally, the portions could be bigger.

The room is superb! We get the one with two bedrooms where one with double bed and (comfy) sofa bed or more like a day bed. The excellent location allow you to walk to most tourist attraction in the city center. Paulo helping us with the check-in, parking and nice suggestion for dinner. The lady in the morning help fixing our breakfast even though we had problem with the online ordering during the night. Yes, it is incl. breakfast. It is basic, but enough to start your day.

There is no kitchen/et in the room, but the private breakfast area is nice if you want to sit and drink or have some snack :)

A very cosy room with a comfortable bed and a lovely balcony. The single room is not too big, but for a few nights' stay, it's just perfect and the bed is big and comfortable. The staff was extra nice and the breakfast is amazing. The pre-order platform for the breakfast is impressive and whatever you chose you cannot go wrong. The location is also perfect, only a few minutes away from the Accademia Gallery and few more minutes from Duomo by walking.

Just keep in mind to order your breakfast every day before 10 pm. Also the entry codes to the hotel are a tad bit confusing, but I figured it out after a few tries.

Our stay exceeded our expectation. We stayed in the king suite with balcony, which was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and generous portions. There are air conditioners in both bedrooms, very useful for the weather and for keeping mosquitos out at night. It is conveninetly located, only a short walk to most attractions. There are also nice restaurants nearby. The lift was unfortunately our of order on the last night, but staff were helpful and it didn't affect our stay very much. Staff super friendly and hospitable, a special thanks to Paolo for going above and beyond to be helpful. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

I had my reservations about this property, because I had never stayed in a European B&B before. The room was quite nice and spacious. We did have an incident with the shower overflowing due to a minor clog in the drain. The property was a 15 minute walk the the Chapel and 20 to Ponte Vecchio. From there, everything you want to see is available to you. The best part is leaving the louder nightlife behind once you've finished your day routing. The city of Florence does a far better job of controlling graffiti than Bologna, so you feel safer and enjoy the views so much more. As for the staff, they were as one would expect, friendly and helpful. Some, I would say even curious about the travelers and were they were from, etc. This is a good thing. I'm going to give major bonus points for whoever honored my request for some flowers to be placed in the room. Florence was a long awaited destination spot and the staff made the effort to make this stay extra special. The red and clown roses with a few chocolates were AMAZING!! The breakfast in the hotel is delicious and very Italian, so live a little and blow your breakfast budget. We failed to do this, because we simply couldn't find the right way to order our breakfast using the web site and couldn't find the link. Once we figured it out though, things were great.

We left about 80 EUR in our breakfast budget due to a first night mishap in understanding how the ordering works. I'm curious if that budget is returned if not used.

Amazing property, we stayed at room number 1( king with balcony) it had two bedrooms, a bathroom and a balcony, it was really nice and spacious, the staff are so helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was exceptional, special thanks to a staff member in the morning we ordered a Benedict and he noticed we were muslim so he made sure to make the plate again without bacon even before we got it, we didn’t even have to tell him so respectful and nice.

It took us a little while to figure out how to open the glass door and the outdoor gate( pro tip the code is with the lower set of keys not upper)
