The hotel was spotless and the design choices, wonderfully quirky, like a Timothy Oulton store. I found the fixtures in the rooms, surprisingly luxe for a small business. It has clearly been renovated recently and everything works perfectly. Breakfast was faultless. It's everything you would expect to see in a continental breakfast. The hotel location is a 25-30 minute breezy walk away from the city centre in a nice residential neighbourhood where you would not feel harassed by touts. When I asked if I could extend my check out time to catch an evening flight because I was having bad pains in my neck and back owing to the grueling 1.5 day train ride from Frankfurt to Florence (bad weather and strikes caused Lufthansa to cancel my flight 3 times and I couldn't miss a wedding in Florence) the manager was kind enough to allow me to extend for free out of compassion. You can't ask for anything more from a small but incredibly well run business that places customer care over the almighty dollar.

The mattress coil springs were uncomfortable for my bad back.

We arrived at the hotel and we were immediately welcomed and offered help with our luggage. The check in was very smooth and uncomplicated. At the front desk we were given very helpful information about how to reach the city center and main attractions, along with some very good restaurant recommendations. The room was very clean and spacious, and the beds particularly comfortable. Great breakfast selection. The location was very good and quiet, well connected by bus and the city center was an easy 20min walk. All in all, highly recommended.

The staff was professional, efficient, and helpful. Hotel is a half hour walk from the bustle of downtown, quiet spot but we got our exercise going back and forth. Location is just outside the ZTL so we could drive right up to unload our bags. Breakfast was very good with lots of different choices. Paid extra to park our car in a garage down the street; staff walked us there and helped carry bags.

Location might be too far from downtown for some. Staff was efficient but seemed in a hurry to get us dispatched to our room; a bit more warmth would have been nice.

We had a lovely stay at 3110 ArtHotel! Our bedroom and bathroom were both very spacious and nicely decorated. The reception was also very welcoming and there was a lovely area to sit and have breakfast. There were also lots of breakfast options to choose from. When we arrived, the gentleman on reception was very friendly and informative. He helped us with our luggage and even pointed us to places of interest on a handy map. The hotel was in a convenient location - 15 min walk into the centre of Florence and easy to direct.

Easy check in process, staff helped us carry our bags. Staff helped arrange multiple taxi trips throughout our stay. Room was clean and met all of our expectations.

Sadly, the hotel could not accommodate us for our final night. They called us in advance to let us know, and helped arrange an alternative hotel- but the hotel they arranged was not good. The 3110 ArtHotel was clean and lovely, but the B&B City Center hotel was more like a hostel and not nearly as clean or nice.

Visit Florence with my parents, they are quite happy with the hotel. Cute and lovely!! With good location, just 15 mins walk from the city centre, very lovely and quiet room, good facilities and we have a lovely private balcony! Very easy access to Florence cathedral, and staff are very friendly! The cute reception recommend some good tips in visiting the city which we found very useful! and also try the restaurant recommended and loved it! By the way, the breakfast of the hotel is the best!! Highly recommend!

We only stayed for one night. Very warm welcome & nice clean room! The hotel is located very central (15 min walk to piazza del Duomo). Breakfast was small but it offered everything you could wish for. All in all we would recommend this place for everyone who wants to explore the city. We like to point out that there is also a private parking option which is very practically when you are on a trip with your private car.

Really enjoyed our stay here with my son to watch Edinburgh finest (Heart of Midlothian) play Fiorentina - Andrea was very welcoming and friendly, and the hotel was really nice. The room was very stylish and clean. The location is great - 15-20 min walk to the stadium, but also a nice walk into the city centre too, and it is in a quiet location - there is also a large supermarket and nice places to eat nearby which we really liked. It felt very safe walking back at night with my 11-year old son. Firenze was beautiful, and along with 4,000 other Hearts fans we had a great time, and were welcomed by the very friendly Firenze people. We would absolutely stay here again.

Nothing (except for the football result) - but we still had a great time in beautiful Firenze - we will be back to watch Fiorentina sometime, they are our favourite Italian team now.

This is a small, elegant hotel in a quiet residential area, yet in walking distance of all main attractions. Breakfast was nothing special, but OK - not only sweets and coffee as at many places in Italy. Personnel was excellent, especially two young ladies at the reception, who explained all the intricacies very patiently. (The small hotel is a part of an apartment building, and the hotel garage is in a separate building 60-80 m away.) They also took care to fix a small problem (blocked sink in the bathroom) - and all of this with a smile. Thank you!

The hotel is very well appointed, but could greatly benefit from the services of an experienced artisan, versed in fixing various small deficiencies in rooms and common areas.

Andrea recommend us many good restaurants at the center and places to visit! the room is very spacious , there is a safe , cupboard with hangers , a water boiler (kettle) and a comfy queen bed. breakfast is available on site with good coffee, fresh pastries and fruit salad by foot it is approximately a 15-20mins depending on your walking speed (straight road) to the Cattedrale di Santa Maria and 10-15 mins to Galleria dell Accademia (David of Michelangelo) the hotel has a private underground parking not very far from the hotel (150 meters away on the same road) for 20 euros a day
