The overall apartment is of good size for a family of 4. I like the bathroom/toilet the best as it is of good size with shower cubicle that will not splash out water so keeping the floor dry. It comes with top and another removable shower hose. Location is good as you just need to walk straight from the train station for about 10 to 15 minutes to reach the apartment. You need to collect the key from the hotel beside the apartment when checking in and it went well smoothly. The double bed is king size bed which is comfortable.

Wifi is weak and can only be used in the living room. The master bedroom aircon is not working. It didn't bother me as our room temperature is ok during March. Need to take note if you are going during very cold or hot weather. Kitchen utensils are not too good/complete if you like to cook. The 2 pans are scratched and old. There is no chopping board. However, there is at least a conventional oven to do baking.

The apartment is spacious, nicely furnished and comfy. Communication was hard in the beginning, but the receptionist at the hotel was nice and handled my anger nicely. There is a washing machine hidden in the balcony, but it was functional. The two bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfy. The bathroom is nice and new. We didn't use the kitchen but it seemed equipped.

Wifi only worked in the living room.

I liked that it was across the street from a park and around the corner from a sweet little restaurant that we loved.

The air conditioning didn’t work very well, the Wi-Fi was not great and the beds were uncomfortable.

location is very convenient, close to bus stop and is within walking distance to all the tourist spots. very clean and has 3 air conditioners (1 in living room, 1 each bedroom)

mosquitos, we killed 4 during our 7 nights' staybut there is definitely more!

Location- can walk to centre in 10 mins and station in 10 mins, park opposite the apartment, spacious, good for families and check in via hotel

The Donatello Apartment is a great location, and conveniently located in Florence close to both the train station and sites like the Cathedral.

Clean bed and good location.

The pots were all scratched and difficult to use. Air conditioner didn't work.

Beautiful, comfortable apartment, across the street from a park, and within easy walking distance of major attractions such as the Duomo.
