The room was very modern and perfectly sized for one person; perfectly clean and appears to have been recently renovated. Location isn't a 10/10, but for the price, its certainly not bad either; it is a little removed from everything. It is quiet at night and far enough removed from the excitement of Florence. It is maybe a 10-15 minute walk to the Piazza del Duomo and about 5-8 minutes from the Mercato Centrale; this location is perfectly serviceable if you don't mind walking to things! Staff was friendly and accommodating and the cleaning services were very prompt. Wifi is reliable. I would stay again!

Despite the high score, a few minor qualms: The water pressure in the overhead part of the shower was nearly non-existent, which made washing hair a little bit of a struggle. The bed I also found somewhat uncomfortable, very hard but not unsleepable. The door code for my room stopped working after the first day; thankfully I was also provided a physical key. As others have mentioned, the bathroom lights are motion detected and sometimes turn off while using the bathroom. TV needs to be on for the Wifi to work, which I have never seen before.

Hotel was recently done up. They have not had a chance to update the photos yet (as of May 2022). So I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived by how modern it is now. Great Bathroom/Shower, Safe & mini-fridge in the room; Air-con, TV & Wifi. Good location beside Train station & about 15min from Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. Might be a bit far for anyone who struggles with walking, but for me it was perfect. Nice & quiet at night also. Good Continental Breakfast. Very friendly & helpful staff.

Google Maps gives a slightly incorrect location. Street is correct, but it's on the next block, North East so little hard to find, but not too far.

This small family run hotel is absolutely perfect. My room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and air conditioned with lovely amenities including good wifi. Close to a nice selection of exceptional restaurants, Easy walking distance to all the major attractions and also a bit removed from the crowds so evenings are quiet. Breakfast is available for an additional charge, with a lovely selection of fresh baked goods, yogurt, fruit, coffee, in a sunny charming morning room. I can't say enough good things - everyone there was friendly and helpful.

The Hotel Manager, Giovanni, was super friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was fabulous, very clean, quiet and new. The amenities were great, with coffee, tea and water available in your home, along with delicious wafers. The TV was awesome as you could use it to connect to the internet and from there, log into your Hulu / Netflix to watch shows. The location was the best. Short 7 minute walk from the train station, a bakery across the street and little market at the end of the street. The walk into the hustle and bustle of Florence was only about 15 minutes, so close enough to all the action but far enough from all the noise. Would definitely stay there again.

Was in the city for a week so accommodation was important for us. Excellent location, very quiet and safe at night, but only 5mins walk to local shopping and eating areas, right alongside large park, and 10mins walk to the San Lorenzo and the hub of the city. Exceptionally clean and spacious single rooms. Hotel spotless also. Coded entry system for access that worked great. Importantly air conditioning very good. Internet also great. Giovanni very responsive and helpful to all my messages prior to arrival. Very late arrival and entry without any bother to the hotel. I highly recommend for a city trip if looking for value and great location. I will spread the word to my family and friends and if back in Florence, will book again. Thanks for a great stay Giovanni, made our trip to Florence so enjoyable.

The rooms were fantastic! Very modern and clean with all the mod cons. Bed was very comfortable. Refreshments in the room and complimentary water. Giovanni the manager was such a nice guy. Was always there if you needed anything. I actually left my expensive music ear phones in the room and Giovanni went out of his way to post them to me in Ireland gratis. That's what I call professional genuine customer care. Thank you Giovanni for a wonderful stay. Hope to be back soon 😊 I highly recommend this property!

To be able to book a room like this in Florence during the peak tourist season in Italy made me very happy! First of all, it's a family run hotel, but when I entered the room it gave me the exact feeling of some 3 or 4 star chain hotel! The bathroom was very clean and the room was very new due to the refurbishment. The small balcony that came with the room was also great, but bugs would fly in if you opened the door at night (the business had an electric mosquito repellent). The location is also good, it took me about ten minutes to walk from the station and only a few minutes to the central market. The owner is very friendly and her daughter (the little manager) is very cute. If I come back to Florence next time, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Good location. just few minutes walk from SMN . park near the hotel, night time there are lot of drunk people. looks hotel is just reformed. Room is really clean and beautiful. Toilet and shower room is perfectly big enough . wifi is strong enough and it will connect when you put your TV ON, sometimes it doesn’t show your room number for login but it works with Samsung TV. Staffs are incredibly friendly and helpful! I will definitely come back here if I get chance to visit Firenze again.

Beautifully renovated and well presented. Very clean and quiet. Perfect location close to Santa Maria Novella station where most day trips have their meeting points and easy walk to historic centre and Ponte Vecchio. Wonderful local trattorias for great meals. Excellent service and care by Giovanni. Breakfast incredible value at 7 euros.

Shower was quite small with a large shower head. Shower caps are a must if you don’t want your hair getting wet.

Perfect, perfect and once again perfect, just no words to express my appreciation and gratitude to the owners of the Hotel for there heartfelt care! I travel a lot and always try to stay in a good hotel but this place is the best! Breakfast is very good. Everything here is absolutely everything made for the convenience of guests. There are no noisy bars and crowds of tourists, so you can relax at night. The bed, bedding, blanket, pillows, towels - everything are very comfortable and clean. Want to come back here again...
