The location is incredible. You're right in the historical center, and can walk to the cathedral in under 5 minutes. The place is small, I think four rooms with at most seven guests total sharing one bathroom, so you don't have to wait much for the facilities. The kitchen is nice. The rooms are themed and very cool. Mine was the jungle room, with ferns and palms on the walls to the ceiling and a cool monkey lamp. Some other tips: Da Garibaldi around the corner is a great restaurant with much shorter lines than Zaza next door. Lavaderia Manfredi is right between the two, less than a block away, and will do laundry for 10 euros for 3.5 kg, or you can run it yourself. MAKE RESERVATIONS for the Uffizi, Accademia, and Duomo (you only need a timed reservation for the dome itself). These places book up at least a week in advance.

This was my first experience with a contactless booking (maybe they're sometimes there to meet you, but not this time). I had to contact the management via WhatsApp to figure out how to get into the building, since nobody was there. Codes were provided, but perhaps that need should have been anticipated. I also could not for the life of me figure out how to flush the toilet on my own. If anybody else has this problem, you have to press once, hold till you hear a click behind the wall, then press and hold again till it starts flushing.

Very clean and tidy, the room (1001 nights) is spacious and nicely decorated, and Nadja is lovely.

The street is above the street and it's pretty noisy during the night, but we were provided with earplugs. Also this is to be expected and accept when we want to stay in Florence's historical center.

The room was comfortable and had plenty of places to hang clothes and a nice desk. Although I did not use the kitchen, it was spacious and well-equipped. I wanted to be close to the Great Synagogue of Florence, and the location was very convenient. The bathroom was also well equipped with amenities like soup and shampoo. I enjoyed meeting some of the other guests.

I realize that the bathroom would be shared, but I assumed that two rooms would be sharing it, not four. There should be some kind of light over the door so people know what someone is using it to prevent awkward encounters. Also, the coffee maker in my room was hard to figure out and there was no convenient outlet.

Great location. Easy self-check in. Decor is cute and quickly. Room is stocked with some coffee/snacks and kitchen is available if needed. Bathroom was surprisingly clean for a shared room - not sure if due to frequent cleaning or other courteous guests.

I was in the single bedroom that shared a wall with the bathroom. Definitely no soundproofing I could here and turn of the tap. Also the bed wasn’t great, could feel the springs through it.

Perfect location, close to Duomo and not far from railway station. Plenty of shops, supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Comfortable bed and spacious room with lot of character. Guests can use the kitchen.

There was no heating despite the owner promises to turn it for a few hours every day, so the room is cold and damp. Noise from the street every morning but there was an earplugs for the guests.

The location is very good. Duomo is just 7 min walk and Firenze station is 8min walk as well. The apartment was a shared one. The light facilities could have been better The kitchen was loaded with everything. Perfect for a small family

The location is great; everything is within walkable distance. Bred and Nadja were excellent hosts - they also provided lots of suggestions, which were incredible helpful: things to do, places to eat, grocery stores, etc. I had breakfast through the B&B one day, which was delicious. A great combination of things and fresh. The room was also a good size and check-in/check-out was also super easy

The one downside was that it is easy to hear throughout the apartment, in particular the keys turning. So when other guests are unlocking their doors or locking the bathroom door, I could hear it. But I still slept well and had a great stay. Definitely would stay again

The property is at a great location! Really close to the central market and main sights in Florence. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the ensuite bathroom was nice, water pressure in the shower was decent.

There’s no AC in the room but it really doesn’t get too warm in the room and I run hot.

We really liked the room and the staff. The room was both comfortable and had a lot of character.

We booked initially for two nights. However due to circumstance we were only able to stay one night. The owners wouldn't let us cancel or amend our rental agreement. This was clear when we booked but it was a bit frustrating to just lose that extra money.
