The place was close to all main museums and attractions.

The room was perfect but very cold. The room temperature was at a maximum of 19 degrees (C) the owner mentioned that due to the war with Russia and Ukraine the government didn't allow them to increase the temperature which was weird because we didn't have that problem in Rome or Venice. Besides that everything was perfect. If this is a government thing they should advice the guests about this before they make reservations.

HomeEdo BB location was as described, large enough for the three of us, very comfortable and always clean. It was also in an excellent location - minutes away from most of the places we wanted to visit - the Duomo, Medici buildings, David, shops, cathedrals, and museums. The staff were amazing - they were so accommodating and friendly. They offered great places to eat and unique or not so busy places to visit like the Museum of Natural History. We also enjoyed visiting Galileo Museum and the Gardens, at their recommendation. We had a very early flight on our day of departure and staff went above and beyond to find us a taxi ride; we arrived at the Florence airport on time and without any hassles or worries. A wonderful visit to Florence because of HomeEdo.

Very comfortable spacious room- spotlessly clean. Ceiling art is stunning. Located in the heart of the old quarter- about four min walk to the Duomo piazza. What I loved most about HomEdo B&B was the helpful staff who went above and beyond-communicated with me in advance of my arrival - advising of best way to get to their place, which is only a short distance away from the train station Santa Maria Novella. Malvina was there to let me in, show me around the accommodation, sorted out a taxi booking for the early morning flight, and ensured that I could get in touch with the taxi company should there be any problems for the 4.30 am pick up. Really, Stefano Malvina and the team at HomEdo deserve all the great reviews they receive- thank you for your personal touch.

We enjoyed our stay at HomEdo B&B. It was an easy 25 minute walk from the train station - flat terrain with very busy sidewalks… Stefano was an excellent host. He spent time with us when we arrived detailing on a map of the city what we would see at various places and what to expect. He recommended places to eat and even the food we should consider ordering at certain places. The bathroom was roomy with a large shower - great water pressure and an ample supply of towels - the room and bed were large - large windows opened with a nice street view. Being on a city street was noisy at times, but the excellent windows did a good job reducing the noise level.

I stayed at homedo b&b with my family just for one day and I wish we could stay longer. The personnel were so so hospitable, paid attention to their customers, they recommended places to go, what to do, eat depending on our time of stay and likes. The room, bathroom was very clean actually and it exceeded my expectations (coming from a person who can't even sleep within the sheets in a hotel room). Also the location was perfect it was in the middle of the duomo and accademia. Definitely recommend, until next time!

Stefano was a perfect host. He was very contactable (even while he was on vacation just before our stay). The accommodation was perfect (even better than the photos) - spacious, spotlessly clean, air conditioned, tastefully decorated, quiet and with very comfy beds! The location was great - right beside the Accademia Gallery and very close to the train station. When I stupidly messed up my booking at the Gallery Stefano very kindly helped me solve it. I also accidently set off the alarm in the room and he was very understanding. We were also able to store our luggage after check out which was much appreciated. This is a top class accommodation and I would stay here again without hesitation. Thank you Stefano for an unforgettable stay in Florence.

Great location , close to train station and Duomo. Clean, spacious room beautifully designed and decorated. But what we appreciated the most was the kind and wonderful hospitality of the hosts . Stefano and Massimo are awesome . I have never had a host give us a thorough orientation of the city and give recommendations based on our needs and interests. To me that is better than any 5 star hotel. The cost to value ratio here was fantastic. Will definitely return .

Perfect location Two blocks away from the Duomo. The room was Very spacious, comfortable on every aspect. Our host was amazing. Went out of the way to explain us about the city, were to go, when to go, and even gave us some secret locations to enjoy away from crowds.

Nothing. Just an inconvenience being that it is On a busy street so you get to enjoy the noise of street life. Late night wonderers and early morning cleaning crews.
