Hotel was pet friendly! It's an oasis in the middle of an industrial area of Genoa, with trees behind it and a lovely fountain and sitting area in the front. Lots of parking space. Room was large and very clean, bed very comfortable and the bathroom modern and spotless. Staff were welcoming and friendly. We arrived late and were pleased not to have to reserve for dinner (we arrived late). The restaurant and breakfast offerings were very good!

On our return journey the air conditioning in the rooms did not work - the fuse had tripped in both rooms. It was corrected quickly but required two trips down to reception

Outstandingly friendly staff! Also, they spoke perfect English. A waiter at the restaurant was even fluent in several languages and extremely professional, what a fantastic job this man did! The beds were huge and very comfortable, the location is quiet and we slept like a baby. Parking is free and safe directly at the property with plenty of space. Breakfast excellent and lots of variety, the best we had in 3 weeks of Italy, including very good coffee.

Rooms especially bathroom a bit run down. Dinner food at the restaurant was not tasty, which was a bit disappointing, especially in contrast to the great breakfast. The restaurant is pet friendly which we didn’t like but that’s a personal point of view of course.

-Clean and friendly staff. -Being far from the city, is cooler and greener. The air is different. -5min walk to a small shopping center in case you need anything -parking -if you rent a car this hotel is good because you don’t pay 20-30 Eur/day parking and also you have with what to drive around and no need for taxi.

When booked I observed is far from the city but I didn’t imagine is that or soo far. It is so far that even Glovo/takeaway are not delivering there. Also on Sunday the 2 local restaurants are closed so you are of options. - taxi taxes you 25 to 30 Eur per trip to reach center or main train station.

it was a nice surprise to find that we were upgraded to a better room, the restaurant in site was very nice we had our dinner there, the staff was very warm and attentive and the food was really nice too. the breakfast was also very good.

the receptionist at arrival could have been a touch more friendly it was further from the city center than anticipated still needed to drive there.

Great place to spend a few nights. Full breakfast, very large beds, attentive and positive staff. The shower was great, the soap in the showers and hand soap had a delicious honey scent and the dinners tasted amazing!

The hotel was a bit far from the centre but we parked the car at the hotel, walked a couple minutes to a small mall, bought bus tickets in a kiosk, walked across the bridge to the bus stop and hopped onto bus number 7. To get back, get new tickets, and hop onto bus number 7 or 9 in the right direction.

Wide hall, free parking (outside tho) comfortable bed good breakfast (not only sweet, whats happen in many other placed)

position, maybe a little too far from the center (20 min car drive if you pay the motorway -€1, otherwise 40 min) definitely not walking distance, but they never advertised as such

The staff were friendly and helpful. We had our pet dog with us and the room was immaculately clean, can't fault it. The breakfast was also excellent with a fabulous choice.

Nothing really, we had a meal there also and the food was great, the menu could explain a little more in English as we didn't really understand what we ordered for main course but it was well cooked and the serving was large too.

Had dinner that night which was exceptional! Lamb was outstanding, staff were lovely and friendly, parking was good and close to the room. All in all I suppose it’s what you’d expect from a 4* hotel.

Air conditioning was noisy and didn’t actually work and the shower was tiny.

This was a stop over after being on a ferry and a boat with four children who were all fed up with traveling. They loved the room, the internet and dinner was well appreciated. Breakfast next morning was loved by all as there was something for everyone. Location was good with a shopping mall within walking distance. Despite being close to major routes the hotel was very quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful.

It was a warm night and we had hoped to sit outside but that was not allowed for some reason.

Good and spacious parking, clean rooms and faciliies. Good continental breakfast.

Good continuental breakfast and restaurant opened. The waiters were extremely nice but the food was just ok. I was expecting a little more given the status of the hotel.
