The staff working at the hotel are truly excellent. So welcoming and available to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Room was top class. V clean, tiled floors, large bathroom and comfy bed. The buffet breakfast has a great selection which will cater fir all needs. Location was ideal, 10 min walk from town centre and directly across the road from waterfront, which is an amazing place to walk and soak up La Spezia atmosphere. I felt it was great value for my money, a practically new hotel, great location and great staff. I really enjoyed my stay.

Nothing. It's just a pity it hasn't got a gym or pool, then it would be top of the class.

The hotel was nice. AC in the room, perfect for sleeping in the summer months. Short walk to the pier & restaurants. The hotel staff were very friendly & helpful. Very easy to communicate with. Beautiful city to walk around in. 5 minute drive back to the train station via taxi, about 10€.

No Uber. Couldn't get a cab from the train station to our hotel. So we walked. About 25 minutes, which wasn't bad, but after a long trip, you want to get to your hotel, & not dragging suitcases through town. Many restaurants don't open til after 7pm. The food was good, but at $70 Canadian for 2 small bowls of pasta & 5 slices of bread, excessively priced.

Great location just above La Spezia old town and by the new cathedral. Easy roadside parking just by the hotel. Comfortable room with good bathroom. Really great, helpful staff. Perfect place to stay for a boat or train visit to the Cinque Terre. Just 15 minutes walk from the Harbour and about 10 minutes from the old town for restaurants etc. Great!

Only downside was noisy air-conditioning in the room but it worked and made the temperature pleasant if still a bit warm for us.

The hotel is easy to arrive by car. The have a small street there to park the guests cars and thats amazing if you are doing a roadtrip through Italy. The staff is really helpfull and kind. The apartment was amazing, it was big, the beds were really comfortable and the bathroom is AMAZING. So relaxing and big. Also you can cook there if you feel really tired to go to dinner. The breakfast? AMAZING TOO. You have so many delicious things! I loved it.

Very big modern room, lots of space - additional sofa and table with chairs. Sink available in room. Funny round bed, comfy. AC working well. Huge bathroom and shower. Everything was clean. Breakfeast was tasty. Room was well soundproofed, we did not hear anyone else.

Go to breakfeast early, two times we did not see anyone add more food to what was emptied or it was being done slowly. A Little too much Italian sweet style of breakfeast. Parking available only the street outside hotel. Walking distance to restaurants fine, to train staition - more far away and it is not straight forward path.

The hotel is renovated recently, extremely clean and tidy rooms (cleaning ladies do their job very good). The staff at the front desk was very polite and efficient. Very good hotel for 3 night stay for business purposes. Will be back again.

The bathroom was clean, spacious enough but very cold (during winter time). Should have been warmer. Single bed was small and by the wall but that is what I have chosen. During my next stay, I will go with double room. 😃 Ladies that are serving the breakfast, they were not very polite. As like you are not welcomed there to have a breakfast. There was only one lactose free yoghurt. Walls are very thin between rooms. I could hear what was happening in my neighbor’s bathroom 😕

The hotel secretly upgraded our room, which was quite a pleasant surprise. The room was on the bottom floor, with a huge terrace. The building is really interesting architectually. It has a hexagon shape. There's a lift right in the middle and stairs spiral around it. And then there's corridors and rooms conforming to the shape in various ways. Truly a work of art. The location is convenient. Breakfast was great, lot's of choices. Even a raclette. The staff was really friendly and helpful during all interactions: at night during check-in, at breakfast and check-out!

It's hard to find what to dislike :D. Was difficult to find parking. Had to leave the car randomly at first for a while after an unsuccessful search. BUT, the nightshift receptionist found a freed up spot through the cameras and notified about it.

The location was great. Near the bus station, the promenade and the shopping area. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of food choices. Especially loved the chocolate croissants and the muffins. The front desk ladies were extremely helpful.

The headboard in the room too high that the light switch was difficult to reach. You could cut it shorter so there’s no need to stand up to turn off light switch. Provide a bigger trash bin. There were big mosquitoes that kept me awake.

Terrace, staff was exceptional and friendly Appertivo 6-8 pm was nice and well priced at €15 on terrace and breakfast and restaurant food was fantastic

Our room 401 had a musty smell. We opened window. Was better. Graffiti on the wall on our drive up to hotel would be better if cleaned up. Need to get menus with pricing at the restaurant or even a chalk board listing the menu items of the day with prices. Important to also give bill at the end of meal to items including amount spent on Appertivo- so client knows what’s being billed to their room.
