The staff was extremely friendly and for example hinted a cheaper parking slot in front of the hotel that I had missed vs. their own carage. Hotel was easy to access with car and was in ok location for our purpose (just to stay overnight before venturing to Cinque Terre next day). Breakfast wasn't exactly plentiful but adequate for our needs.

We felt bit dissapointed that they didn't have any duvet covers for the thicker blankets. We felt unsure about the hygiene of the blankets as in many countries the blankets themselves are not washed as often. Staff did their best to try to find the duvet covers but in the end didn't find them.

- Great location in the city of La Spezia. Easy access to most main transports by walk. 5min to the port. 15min to the main pedestrian street with all restaurants/shops, and 25min to the train station for Cinque Terre. - Lovely staff always helpful and friendly. Our daughter really liked their company. :-) - Breakfast was good with a lot of various food. - Covered and secured parking for your car with valet. - Furnitures in the room were OK and A/C was working well. - Great room service that cleans the room perfectly everyday. - We had courtyard window view, so it was very quiet. - Clean bathroom big enough for two persons.

- Parking with pretty small spaces. If you have a big car it can be difficult to turn. - Bedroom looked smaller than I thought from the picture. - No elevator. - Walls were not well isolated from noise.

Central location with some good restaurants in the area. Short walking distance to the waterfront area; generously sized room with small fridge; good water pressure in the shower. Small but well focused breakfast selection with a good range of buffet items: pastries, bread, yogurt, cereals, etc.

It's quite a walk to either of the train stations (but that is of course not the hotel's fault, rather our selection of location!). Parking is 20 Euro per day, but it is off street and we were aware of the cost when we made the reservation.

Hotel Corallo was in a very convenient location for our visit. It was within walking distance of the marina to access the ferry,also close to restaurants & historical sites.Parking garage was a bonus.I just wish there was a elevator.

Lugging our 3 suitcases up multiple sets of stairs was not ideal.

Great breakfast! It is delicious and offers variety. The staff is very friendly and willing to help. I had medical emergency in the middle of the night and was supported by staff to get to hospital. Bedroom is comfortable. We are family of 5 and stayed in 2 rooms connected. The additional bed was good. I arrived by car but went to Porto Venere by bus (do not try go by car. Trust me: there is no parking space). Bus stop is close to the hotel and you can buy tickets right on the corner. It is also close to the dock to pick the ferry up to Cinque Terre.

I do not have any complain/suggestion for improvements.

Great hotel, we enjoyed our two night stay. Breakfast is from 7am and is a good selection of foods (basic but good). Hotel is clean and comfy, also modern bathrooms.

Just the location, it’s just a bit further over than I would’ve liked. Certainly still walking distance but just out of the city really.

People at reception were extremely helpful can speak different languages. B''fast is good and even atmosphere. Very clean.

Although they are situated in the first floor, they have no lift but still they will help you to carry the language.

Nice hotel, near the sea and away from the town centre. Comfortable room and friendly staff. A perfect location to discover the area of cinque terre.There is no halfboard, but with the many restaurants nearby this is not an issue. 1

Nice location: Very close to harbor, where you catch a boat tour. Are just go and lounge, its very lively by the harbor… The hotel is a 25 min walk from central station, but you can also take the bus.. stops just 1 min away from the hotel. Hotel: comfortable Rooms, wifi that works good. Airconditioning was great in the warm summer weather. And bathroom even has a clothes line.. ( that you can draw out) Breakfast is simpel, but ok. Staff was very friendly.. In all a good stay..

Breakfast was lovely, a good choice, and great staff. Reception were particularly helpful, Elena especially gave us great suggestions on restaurants, and was very friendly. Hotel only ten minute walk from centre.
